We drove all the way from Montreal to try some Arby’s. Montreal is seriously missing out. We went a Sunday afternoon but only take out was available (I think they had issues because of the previous day storm). The menu is kinda overwhelming but provides different options than the typical fast food joints. I had the loaded fries, the chicken bacon swiss burger and some nuggets. Everything was delicious. Oh and the drive-thru employees were amazing. Anytime I’m in Ottawa I will go for sure.

A pleasantly unique fast food joint, very different from other fast food chains. It was my first time trying Arby’s. I ordered a Double Roast Beef sandwich with fries. The sandwich was delicious and quite filling. Service was fast, and the place was very clean and cozy.

Only got to try the curly fries, but wowza! these are the best fast-food fries I've ever had. That, paired with the Arby's sauce, so yummy! Great service - ladies working at Arby's were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Will definitely be back to try more!

Always dependably great food. The three cheese and bacon sandwich with a side of au jus is awesome. I like everything on the menu here.

Staff were very nice so I feel bad posting this but this is serious and needs to be shared. As my sister bit through her sandwich, her chicken was raw. Now, we’ll have to wait and see the aftermath of it if she gets sick but this is unacceptable and has made my stomach turn for the rest of the day.

Arby's offers great options for a quick snack, and a variety of menu items that are great for a delicious luncheon. I strongly recommend the facility for people visiting the neighborhood. The staffs are friendly and the experience is nice. Team, Keep the good work and all the best!

This is the only Arby's in Ottawa so I wanted to try them. Location was ok but the burgers were also just ok. The curly fries were overdone.

After not having Arby's for years, I was delighted with the quality of their beef sandwich as well as the customer service; not your typical greasy fast food spot! 👌 Their drink machine also had cherry coke 🍒 and many more non-soda options than normal, including a few types of Goldpeak iced teas, lemonades, fruitopia. I got a single sized beef and cheddar sandwich and it was awesome, but I'd go for the classic roast beef double sandwich next time.

Love to hit it up once and a while to get some fast-food with a totally different pallet! The great Canadian and some curly fries...my favourite 👌🏼💯

There isn't an Arby's near my town so whenever I am near one I stop. Great fast food chain that serves deli style sandwiches. The go to is the classic beef and cheddar sandwich (served on an onion bun). Their curly fries are the best out of all the fast food chains. The Arby's sauce is a must as both a topping on the sandwich and a dipping sauce for the curly fries. The traditional Greek Gyro isn't bad either.

Burger was okay, nothing crazy but if you're craving a deli sandwich then it hits the spot. Pics don't do it justice - it was actually filled with plenty of meat.

My review of Arbys will be biased towards the positive because I enjoy the food. The food is consistent and there are plenty of choices available. Similar to other franchise fast food restaurants, the prices are becoming hard to justify as a consumer, so my visits here will become fewer.

4 star because my dad and brother really love this place and the service is always great. Our young guy cashier recommended this poutine sandwich and it was funny to watch him eat it. Im not crazy about the sandwiches but the curly fries are good Check out @carinadventures for city spot reviews

This was the first time we had been to this location and were very happy with the service. The server was polite and friendly. Our food was hot. I gave a 4 for food as my husband's sandwich was made with the wrong bun and didn't have cheese. I gave a 4 for atmosphere only because the table had some type of to what I think was a cleaning(sanitizer) left behind. Clean cloth and water might be better. Just a suggestion. Other than that the atmosphere was very nice!!!

The crispy chicken was not crispy and was not good. The salad felt like old from 3 days. I didn't enjoy it and it was my first time. Will never purchase there

My guilty pleasure for fast food, even though I have to drive 20+ minutes to get there. Only real problem is the dining room closes ridiculously early (7:00pm on Sundays, though 8:00 pm other days). I got there about 6:45 on a Sunday, but was told that unless I could eat my meal in about 10 minutes I'd have to get it to go. So if you're inside close to the time the lobby closes, be prepared to leave whether you're done eating or not, I guess. As I sat on the curb in the parking lot I saw no less than 20 people go up to the door, in the span of about 20 minutes. Maybe it's time to rethink the policy.

I tried a crispy chicken sandwich for the first time, and boy did I regret it! It was one of the worst chicken sandwiches I've ever had—and I'm not just saying it like a cliché. Compared to other fast food restaurants like Wendy's, KFC, and Harvey's, Arby's lags far behind them. I don't know if it's obvious looking at the picture, but the chicken was extremely dry and hard to bite through, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. You would think the bacon would have added some flavour, but honestly, it didn't taste like bacon to me. As well, looking at the picture, you can see that the chicken only occupied 75% of the bun. To be fair, almost all restaurants are doing that nowadays—shrinking the meat but keeping the bun the same size so that it appears larger than it really is. And to make it worse, the price keeps going up even though we're getting less. I think I'll just stick to their roast beef sandwiches from now on.

Food is great and the full-time day staff are fantastic. However, part-time evening and weekend students definitely need coaching in customer service. Blatant ignoring people standing at the counter is unacceptable in the service industry.

Tried Arby's for the first time yesterday and it didn't disappoint. My Partner and I tried Smoke meat, turkey, Buffalo chicken and Curly fries. The smoked meat was really good. My partner said his turkey was good, my Buffalo was good but chicken too tough. Curly fries yummy too.

Everything was fresh and staff were great. Cant go wrong with the classic roast beef sandwich and curly fries.

Good food and service, but they need to tend to taking out the garbages more often and not waiting until they so overpacked that patrons are disgusted. This applies to washroom garbages, and outdoors. Rubish all over the place! Yuck! Floors are sticky everytime I visit the place.

The only Arby's in town, at least that's what it feels like. If you are craving their particular brand of sandwiches or need your curly fry fix this is where you got to go. Price felt fair and the service was great. Food was made fresh and tasted really nice. Space was clean and quiet. The latter makes sence since I was there at an odd time of the year and day.

This is the BEST fast food place in Ottawa...service is top notch! always clean lobby and fast friendly service..can't say enough good things about how this is run.

I went in the evening and ordered a roast beef sandwich and a poutine. They said it would take a while for the fries and I told them not to hurry. When I got home, I discovered that the fries were quite undercooked which kinda completely ruined the poutine. I don't know why they needed to hurry. The place was not that busy. The counter server was extremely friendly. Update: well, the immediate response from the owner looks good, but.... I followed the instructions the next day and have yet to hear from the "Guest Support Team". It's been over three weeks. Too bad, I kinda like Arby's :( Update again: I received a letter with two meal coupons on Friday November 25th. The letter was dated November 4th and mailed November 15th from the USA. Five weeks total. Back up to two stars.

Food is amazing, only my second time here as I live about 45 min away but everytime I’m in the area I’m making sure I stop by! Well I tried again on Friday September 2, 2022 I stopped by at 8:15pm. Open sign was on and says open till 9pm yet doors were locked. As the open times can’t be trusted and I live so far away I won’t be returning. Food and service on my 2 visits were great but when closed an hour early, with no notice on door and open sign still on is just poor a business practice.

This place is consistently amazing, always hot and fresh. A great alternative to other drive throughs with stuff to please everyone. The only down side is its in Kanata and I need to drive 25 min there and 25 min back. But we'll worth it. Thanks Arby's Staff!

The food here is great, but the seating is terrible. The booths are almost in line with the table and the padding is so stiff there is no give. My skin got stuck to the seat while sitting in here and almost tore off when I tried to get up to get my food. I recommend not eating in, but getting it to go.

Arby's although being fast food, really falls short of anything worth spending money on. The only reason I am holding back on a 1 star rating is due to the staff that do a decent job. As for the food however, you'd have no reason to eat at Arby's other than to say you tried it. My main issue with Arby's overall is how as a sandwich business they deliver below the minimum standard of what a sandwich could be. Yes it is fast food, but the majority of people could make a better sandwich at home with little effort. Arby's ingredients are poor. The menu is uncreative, and honestly unappealing. I near guarantee, the average person will leave after eating a Arby's meal looking forward to eating anything else. That is the brutally honest truth. In the end, I insist you go to just about any other fast food chain recognizable if you're looking for a quick and chap bite. Cheers.

Good food and great service. One of the only fast food restaurants to actually ask if we wanted any condiments. Quality is better than most fast food restaurants and prices are comparable.

Excellent as always. Get the three cheese and bacon combo, then add some horsey sauce and upgrade to a milkshake. Sad that this is the only Arby's left in Ottawa, but great in that it makes trips here a bit of a special occasion.

I don’t know the name of the man who I just ordered food from, however a friend of mine and I just went through the drive through and the man there was very nice to both us and when I asked for extra mayo he pulled through and gave me a bunch of extras !!! Props to him for working in a fast food place and still having such a great attitude and being so kind. As someone who as worked in fast food before I know it is not an easy job!
