Newer structure and easy to get to from the trans Canada trail system adjacent to it. Basketball court next to it and plenty of parking in the dedicated parking lots.

A nice quiet community park managed by the city. There is a sandy playground with swings and a play structure for the little ones. A soccer field, basketball court and a baseball diamond. In the winter there is an Ice rink maintained largely by volunteers.

Lovely park. Seating for mums and dads. Plenty of garbage cans. Basketball court that gets transformed to an outdoor rink in the winter by neighbourhood volunteers. Ball diamond and soccer field with nets.

A nice local park located behind a school. Includes full size soccer and baseball fields. 2 things to keep in mind: parking lot is small so you may need to arrive early to get a spot for your teams big game and there is not a lot of shade on the side of the soccer pitch

Great place for cross country skiing for novice skiers. Nothing too challenging but a mix of straight open trails and wooded areas.

Great park, lots of kids. Different structures for different ages, great sandbox area, covered area for parents, splash pad and parking. We drive to it from our neighbourhood. Can also divide and have one parent do the grocery shopping at Superstore.
