A lovely, spacious, modern bistro. Fantastic selection, flexibility allowed when ordering. Excellent communication between the servers. Very clean, high ceilings with excellent ventilation with plenty of natural light. Everything we ordered was delicious. There was something wrong with my specialty coffee, the manager replaced it right away and hand delivered it to me with a huge smile - genuine, polite, efficient customer care. The coffee was outstanding. The soup was homemade and comforting.. Family oriented, gluten feee options, authentic Italian Gelato!!! #localguide

Definitely worth trying if you are in the area.

Went there with the group. Tried different varieties of drinks from Lavender Latte Matcha, Caramel Macchiato, London Fog, Pistachio Latte, Cappuccino, etc Flavours were very light, on request they added more. Also, Prices were good if we compare with other cafes. So, overall experience was good. But could have been better.

Their fresh pastries are delightful, and I can confidently say they serve the best crepes around. It's become our go-to spot for celebrating special occasions. The owner's friendliness stood out, especially when she personally showed me the accessible facilities, making it wheelchair-friendly for future visits. Highly recommended!

Our go-to place for coffee/tea dates, breakfast, dessert cravings, or just wanting to chill. The patio is awesome in summers. The staff is always a delight to interact with. I make sure to check out the jewelry corner there. Love everything about this cozy cafe in Orleans.

I have seen a lot of recommendations to try this place but, at least for their bakery options, I would say it's just okay. The price is high for a cheesecake and a croissant and they were not very memorable. Also for the bakery case, it would be helpful for each item to have a little sign in front of it saying what it was (and with the price). I thought this place would be good but it was a let down.

The reason I gave them a three star rating is because of their friendliness. The owners and staff are efficient and polite, but not friendly. I have been multiple times, and I am yet another client paying money at their business. They don't smile, say hello or say welcome back. I am a no one. I like businesses that are more personable. I have been to lovely coffee shops, restaurants, etc. in smaller towns, and other patrons/owner would sit down at your table and chat or at least talk to you about more that what you were ordering. Here, not happening. Interesting that other reviews state (from staff that the owner is friendly), yet rude to customers, cold, and occassionally heard yelling at staff members? I think not, no matter how ones day is going. Super unprofessional! One cannot be friendly, kind, and a wonderful person yet cold, rude, and short with customers. You are either a great person, and a people person or not. This shows through in one's personality, and is sincere. Yet the food and drinks are amazing with many windows, a bright space in a lovely relaxing atmosphere. I would go more often, but I have decided to search out a friendlier place, and spend my money elsewhere.

I have the biggest sweet tooth ever and ever since I moved to Ottawa, this has been my go-to for my sweet cravings. The desserts in Cafe Latte Chino are amazing and so delicious. My favourites are the Chocolate Bomb, Ferrero Rocher cake and the Tiramisu.

Been there 4-5 times on the past. Went today for a coffee. I order a café au lait. Coffee was drinkable. Not WOW as it was before. Price are expensive. $4.04 for a small. Their small size looks smaller than other company. Good choice of pastries and gelatos. But as i said before, coffee was much better before.

My new favourite cafe hang-outs! Delicious cake, and a ton of choice coffee and teas. The vibes is so chill here with plenty of space. The staff were so friendly, they even went out of their way to show me details about each cake. Despite having a lot seating types inside, there’s also a quaint patio which is good.

Fresh and tasty desserts, like tiramisu. Coffee and tea are well made and from quality ingredients. Staff is agile and polite. Plenty of Parking. Room inside and outside. Outside you have large covered area, well protected from the street. They do have Gelato and plenty of latte ingredients. If you know a place that can get to the same level, please leave a comment to this review below. I say, you will struggle to find one. They have regular food and booze too!

Visited on a Friday night. The staff are not friendly. My coffee was cold, I asked them to warm it up. Not so willingly, they poured a bit of coffee on top of my cup, and it was still not warm! I ‘d have better bought my coffee from timmis drive through!

Good food and drinks but the it took 35-40 minutes to get a waffle and breakfast sandwich. A bit pricey too. The inside was chaotic and there was stuff all over such as their supplies in the seating area. Other tables were taken up by other supplies and it was just messy and an eyesore.

We came here for breakfast recently. This cafe seemed like a nice place to sit and chat over breakfast, and they had lots of seating available both inside and outside. We ordered a coffee with milk, a latte, a slice of cake, and a waffle with fruits. The cake was decent and the waffle was tasty and loaded with fruits, but the coffees were disappointing. In particular, the coffee with milk tasted very watery. I'd also recommend putting labels next to the baked goods displayed at the front.

Super cute n lovely cafe in Orleans, great customer service, and most importantly AMAZING cakes! They have a big selection, sponge, mousse, gluten-free, etc lots of options! They are fresh and absolutely delicious! I’ve tried the caramel carrot cream and the red velvet, they were both wow! My husband tried the coconut pie and confirms it’s out of this world! We sat indoor but in the summer they have a nice seating area outside with sun protection. I definitely recommend this place for cake lovers! They’re latte was excellent too!

Ordered the waffle breakfast sandwich. It tasted fine. The menu here is huge so I look forward to coming back to try some of their other offerings.

This place was very busy during the holidays. Many many MANY dessert options, including gelato, as well as what looked like great actual lunch food options too. They had decent vegan brownies (my friend said) and I had a very good gluten free triple chocolate cake! My husband had a coffee, and his friend had a fancy latte which had a picture on the top! Think slightly higher pricing than Starbucks but much fresher and better quality, as well as much more accessible for those with food allergies or sensitivities. Everyone enjoyed their drinks and desserts, but it was a bit of a wait. This was the second time my husband and I had tried to go here with friends, the first time there was no seating left for 3, so we left, but this time we had 5 people and eventually we got seating. My husband and I were there for about 25 minutes waiting for a table for 5. We could have put a couple tables together ourselves, but I think they didn't let us do that because of fire-safety exit protocols, so we had to wait. There is self-serve water which is great. The place has lots of windows and comfortable seating of various types (arm chairs and regular chairs at tables). Highly recommend if you're visiting or living in Orleans, especially if you can go back at a less busy time.

Soooo good! I tend to be a little hesitant to try new places like this, but it was the best decision ever it did not disappoint whatsoever… friendly atmosphere, the food is delicious and the coffees are so fun as you can add a custom personalization.

I recently visited Cafe Latte Cino in Orleans, Ottawa and I must say it was a fantastic experience. Firstly, the ambiance of the cafe is very cozy and comfortable, making it a perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying a cup of coffee. The decor is modern and well-designed, and the atmosphere is lively without being too noisy. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, which added to the overall experience. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. The service was prompt, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great time. Now, the coffee itself was amazing. I ordered a latte, and it was perfectly brewed and deliciously creamy. The taste was just right, not too sweet or bitter. It was one of the best lattes I've had. The menu at Cafe Latte Cino is quite extensive, with plenty of food options to choose from. I tried their turkey sandwich with the soup of the day, and it was absolutely delicious. Cafe Latte Cino is a hidden gem in Orleans that should not be missed. With its cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious coffee and food offerings, it's the perfect spot to spend a relaxing afternoon or catch up with friends. I highly recommend this cafe to anyone who is looking for a great coffee shop experience, and I will definitely be returning myself.

A chocoholics dream!! But they have other stuff too :) Been going here for years but never thought to write a review. It's simple - their desserts are amazing (great selection), their wraps and salads are extremely fresh, and staff is so friendly. Support this locally owned gem in Orleans.....if you haven't been, you need to go ASAP!

Love this place so much. Family owned business that I discovered when I moved to Orleans. I come here regularly and enjoy their vanilla latte, croissants, and churro donuts. They also have very fresh salads for a quick healthy lunch. Space is small so can feel tight when busy but the food and friendly staff makes up for it! I also love that they always have new treats at the checkout from local vendors.

Ive come here twice. The first time was good got a pastry and a coffee and service was fast when it was busy. But today, not busy at all, I got a sandwich after waiting 20 minutes for it!! My friends got their sandwich and crepres, the girl specifically said "your sandwich will be right out". I waited 15 minutes after that and they found the ticket and realized it wasn't made right when I went to the counter. I just wish I got a "I'm so sorry". They actually did apologize when they brought the food to me but she left before I could respond. It was made quickly, tasted good but missed my cheddar cheese, I went to the counter to ask for it but they seemed busy looking at the wall and talking and I didn't want to intrude. The sandwich tasted really good though. The drink coffee and canolli from before were good.

My own experience has been mostly before pandemic. I love their Ferraro Roche cake but they didn't have that on my birthday. But we enjoyed the other options. I think the slices have shrunk though and the prices have gone up.

I’m a returning customer of this café and continue to make the occasional visit after moving away from the Orleans area because of how much I enjoy their drinks, desserts, and welcoming service. They have an extensive collection of teas, hot drinks accessories, and local goodies. I made a bit of a far-fetched request asking to purchase syrups, and they did not disappoint! They came through offering to order what they no longer had in stock and updated me on the delivery process. Of course I had to buy a couple treats while I was there 😂 I got the coconut pandan latte and cream of potato with bacon soup—just as delicious warmed up at home.
