Saw a man in a Brew It Boutique van ripping through the Kanata Costco parking lot. He weaved between people at the busy crossing near the entrance and almost hit a car trying to pull into a parking spot while traffic hadn't cleared yet. I can only imagine how little this guy cares about the safety of customers during a pandemic if he's risking lives trying to save a few seconds of his time. Happened around 5:30pm on August 8.

I placed a fairly large order (14 bottles of syrup) and they came damaged. There was very little protective packaging in the order, the box was soaked with syrup, sent many photos of each step of the unboxing and the fact that only four out of 14 bottles were still ok. Gave the paperwork from the shipping company regarding the damaged parcel. First off the owner wells rude and hard to deal with, accused me of bothering him, would not receive any phone calls through the store or cell. I had to continually contact and question before I received a partial refund (I suppose I should be satisfied that I received something) yet the owner/operator admitted he received complete compensation for the whole order from the shipping company, he refused to refund for any of the shipping that he was refunded for and only gave a partial refund for what wasn’t received. This process took over a week and I had to keep everything from the sticky box and broken, leaking bottles for days and had to take a photo of them before I could dispose of them, then the promised refund still took days to receive and it was less than it was supposed to be. Never never again!!! I would give negative or zero stars if I could!!

I found this store online while I was trying to find Torani syrups. I was shocked when I saw just how many they carried in store! The lady working was very nice and friendly, and I felt safe shopping there as she was wearing a mask. Overall a great experience and I will be back!

No matter how good your coffee is I will now be avoiding your products. If you are going to wrap your vans in your advertising you might not want to be driving dangerously, over 30km's above the speed limit, tailgating, passing unsafely and in the middle of intersections and aggressive driving. Your driver on Bank St, North of Vernon @ 4.30pm on 23 Aug made sure that at least 25 drivers are aware of your company for all the wrong reasons, almost causing a variety of accidents and almost taking the rear off my car. Given you have no posted email address to contact about this incident, here you go. Time to remind employees about being a brand ambassador.

Great selection of coffee pods, mostly Keurig. Many different flavors such as, toffee, apple pie, cinnabon. It's great just to treat yourself for the small things in life, it goes a long way. Very helpful staff. If you can, pay in cash, otherwise their wifi is super slow to connect for processing.

The store is fine but I'm giving it 1 star because they wouldn't let a toddler go to the washroom just because her dad didn't buy anything. So inhumane and gross.

Always smells amazing in the store! Not sure if it's all the coffee, or if it's Greg... Big fan of green tea, and they have more options than I would have assumed existed. Customer for life. Be sure to smell Greg when you're in there and let me know!!

I discovered this gem after an appointment in Kanata (I am a Barrhavenite.) It was just in the nick of time as my local farmboy just recently stopped selling individual k-cups for my Keurig... sad ) : Brew it Boutique has an amazing selection of kcups as well some other pods brands. They carry brewers, syrups, loose tea, whole and ground beans and all from just about every company that's in the game. The bulk K cups are laid out beautifully as you journey through light roast, medium and dark, then decaf. Then the wall continues to flavoured java selections, then ciders, cappuccinos and hot chocolates. Oh my! There is a nice little coffee counter at the back where you can have a cup brewed up for you and donate to a local charity. What's not to love? 5 plus caffeine happy stars!!!!

Superb selection of coffee pods, accessories, and other related items. With friendly and upbeat service to match, these guys always have my coffee fix covered. Almost too many varieties of coffee to choose from - plan to spend a bit of time to browse when you come in for the first time!

I really like this store for variety of coffee pods and competitive pricing. It's the only place I can get my favorite coffee in my area. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. I highly suggest asking for recommendations if you want to try something new because there are so many different kinds of coffee there that the staff is a great resource.

I want to give a big thank you to Louise Begin-Papatzimas at Brew It Boutique. I have known Louise for a few years and she (and her staff) have always been amazing when Logan and I go to Brew It. Yesterday she saw my post on my coffee maker breaking and she called me to see what she could do. I told her it was ok I can’t walk very much and once I can I will go get a coffee maker from her. Wouldn’t you know it she and her hubby stopped by last night with a coffee maker and coffee!!! I can’t thank you enough for being so kind and also for answering Logan millions of questions. You guys are amazing. So everyone shop for your coffee there, they are local and you will experience customer service like non other.

My two year old daughter needed to go to the washroom . I walked in asking to use her toilet . Was told it was for customer only . She clearly saw that my toddler needed to go. I understand it’s just for customers but if u see a toddler needing to go youd think they would allow this. Especially when I have been a customer in the past

Ordered coffee beans in September with a promised delivery period of 26 to 60 days. Still haven't received the items. Contacted the company in November, and the owner's response was arrogant, entitled and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the overdue delivery, they suggested a different delivery option for tracking. I was told to wait 90 days for international delivery, but the items never arrived. Multiple attempts to contact the company went unanswered. The owner multiple times called me by the name from my email address, despite different names on the order, display name and the sign-off name. When I brought it up, the owner dismissed it and told me not to use that email address. I paid in advance for the items, but the company failed to fulfill its duty and yet no refund. The most disgusting part my experience is the owner’s entitlement.
