    I hope they’re aware if the amount of customers they lose per day just for the long waiting. You see the employees with almost no sense of responsibility or decency to understand that when it’s crowded that they should get the line going instead of chatting and giggling with their friends. It took us almost 25 minutes waiting in line seeing an employee talking to her fellow “customers” . Untillll she decided to eventually do some work and get back to work. Maybe i don’t understand how the system works , but i really hope they only have an idea of what it feels like waiting in line for long for absolutely nothing.

    Staff don't say hello, there is no sign to tell you to line up outside of the store. I patiently waited for 20 min. Tried to flag down staff in between customers. They ended up helping 2 other customers who just walked in. I politely asked if someone could help me place an order only to tell me I need to line up outside. While they help the other 2 customers who also did not line up...a bit inconsistent. Simple hello would help organize the confusion. I will stick to online orders. Not the first time at this location. Will be my last.

    Some of the employees are nice though most are uninterested rude and only push sales. Wait is ridiculous. Having two people working on Saturday is wild. I’m watching these two girls struggle while fifteen people wait in line

    I’ve been a long time Nespresso customer and I understand the intention of the club experience. However all of that is negated when you have to wait 20mins to be served to grab coffee. This should be a grab and go process but instead it’s an inefficient set up. There are only 2 locations in the city. 3 staff on a Saturday isn’t sufficient when it has to be a 1:1 service ratio. Figure it out please!!!

    The lineup out of the store was intimidating but went quickly. Staff were courteous and friendly and due to a mixup provided a bonus sleeve which ways gratefully appreciated. Staff were efficient dealing with the amount of customers, product is always as expected.

    Short haired Brunette gave me amazing service. As a first timer she explained everything in great detail and showed me some great recommendations. Anyone complaing about a line up has LITTERALY no clue how to be patient or use their brain for 2 seconds. Great place and great staff

    I'm surprised anyone ever talks about how they can get coffee from this place. Completely ignored by the staff and they would take other people ahead of me as the staff either knew them, or for what appeared to be no reason at all. I will literally never go here again, because of the staff. And I will tell anyone who asks to not go as well. The staff are rude, and demeaning, and I would be ashamed to be working at this location or to be running it.

    Was really disappointed in the service I received or should I say didn’t receive. There is no guidance as to how to place an order or line up or anything in this store. When the store employee said they could help who was next I looked at the other gentleman who looked like he was waiting and asked if he was next. He said it was ok I could go since the other employee had freed up. I turn the employee in front of me and said I guess I’m next. He rudely responded asking if I was even in line then the other employee rudely yelled over the store saying I wasn’t. Even though when I walked into the store only the other gentleman was waiting. This isn’t the first time that the customer service has been horrible there. I am ignored almost all the time and have to go ask to order coffee. And from what I read in the other reviews this seems to be a consistent issue. I will order online from now on instead of having to deal with rude employees. They need to have a serious review of their customer service at this location!

    the brown girl at this store has an attitude problem. if you hate your job dont show it on your customers we didnt harm you in any way. behave well people will behave better with you.

    Poor service, the blonde girl (they should have their name tag) has an attitude problem. I asked her if any Christmas gift set because I would like to get gifts for my friends. She said No, nothing. I told her last year we bought the Christmas box from here, just wondering if this year there something will be similar. She said .. told you nothing. She wasn’t happy at all when I asked her questions. Since her attitude was very bad, I looked around at the shop. A guy came and asked me if he can help. I bought few items from the guy (super friendly). Once I paid, I asked him about the gift set. He told me yes, they have and showed me. I asked him if I can return what I just bought and get the gift set. He told me I cannot since the transaction has been completed. I told him the girl told me no Christmas gift set, if I know there’s gift set. I would get the gift set instead. Honestly, the guy was super nice but the blonde girl. If she hates her job, go home. No smile, no greeting, not willing to help customers. Christmas shopping should be fun and happy , because of her attitude.. I didn't have a happy shopping at your store.

    Rude service, as a first timer in the store we were looking for help on all of the menu options. You're supposed to wait outside the store but no one is there to greet or direct you, no sign, then when we did approach someone for help he was quite rude. When we said it was our first time in the store he was rude about that too. No recommendations, just waited for us to choose from the huge menu, no help or explanations. Absolutely horrible and will not ever be going back. We will either order online or honestly might switch to Keruig.

    I bought a Nespresso Pixie Titanium online at Nespresso.ca and had to visit this store in person afterwards to sort some things out about my order as Nespresso’s phone customer service didn’t leave me feeling 100% confident. Kellina at the Bayshore location needs to be recognized for going above and beyond in terms of stellar customer service, taking the time to help us, had a super positive attitude, patience and demonstrated extraordinary professionalism overall. Thank you Kellina for helping us, you are a true professional and Nespresso/whoever you are working for in the future is extremely lucky to have you. Thank you again.

    Typically I have a good experience here, however, I was in at 4:30 (rang up at 4:36 exactly) on October 6 and the girl who helped me was extremely rude. Couldn’t answer the simplest question without sassing me (literally all I asked is how a certain pod tasted), rolled her eyes, and was just generally very rude. She had just come from the backroom, so either just started her shift or just came off break. I’ve worked in retail and get that there are hard days, but I was nothing but kind and wanted to make sure I’d like the notes of a new pod before I bought it, but was met with extreme rudeness.

    Every employee in the back of the store, they see a customer walk in & don’t go & serve them… 1 single blonde girl at a cash but she’s out of it completely, no customer service from any of them. What people say about this store is so true. They all look like they’re in a daze.

    We walked into the NEspresso boutique for a free coffee and walked out with a NEspresso machine. Corina, the agent who prepared our coffees, charmed us with her friendly enthusiasm, taking time to explain different brews, coffees, and machines, all with no pressure to purchase. We said we'd think about it, but turned around at the door and bought a machine. NEspresso should hang onto this young lady and make her a sales manager to train new staff!

    Long story short, great customer service from Jojo! Online customer service was NOT helpful at all and the manager of the online customer service was even worse. On Nespresso's website, I couldn't find any other help except that one number for online customer service. Luckily, I got JoJo to hear my situation, was willing to help and finally solved the issue. Many thanks to Jojo!

    Mixed reviews for me. Staff is friendly enough and it's nice to see the coffee bar open again. Staffing levels seem to be a problem. Lunch hour and one employee working? Not sure what the average time an employee spends with a customer but its not a quick process. Average 3-5 min? More when buying a machine or making a coffee. When there is a line of 3 customers and 1 employee you do the math. Suggestions: -Self check out for people that know what they want. -What about one person on coffee bar per shift to make that process quicker. -why is all the staff on a lunch break at the same time? (2 returned from the mall once my order was finished?)

    First time in the store, let alone any nespresso shop. Always wanted to check them out but always had other things to attend to. Tonight I had a few extra moments and it was worth every second. I had the pleasure of meeting Corina and having worked in sales, she was extremely knowledgeable polite and cared about what she was selling. Honestly I was very curious how the coffee would taste and certainly the Nespresso Vertuo did not disappoint. Although I did not purchase it at this visit, it will get top billing on my Christmas wish list. Thank you again for all the help, info and great cup of coffee. See you soon hopefully...;)

    The manager was very rude and was giving me dirty looks the whole time i was there. I believe his name was Alex. It was my first time trying coffee and i will not be going there again. There was a lineup outside the store and he stood in the corner glaring at me and other customers. i do not recommend going to Nespresso at Bayshore. Although the lady who helped me was very kind, her name was Kellina. she was very helpful and helped me pick out my first coffee. i will only be going there if she is working.

    I bought a coffee machine on Oct14. 2022, Around 7:15 o’clock, and she wasn’t helpful and when I asked her about everything about machines or coffee she told me I don’t know. She wasn’t really polite and friendly. It was a big bad experience for me.

    I’m a big fan of the store front but unfortunately haven’t had the best experience here. I bought my first machine but was then sold $90 worth of incorrect pods. Returned and got that sorted with no issue (was just more of an inconvenience), then to get home and realize that they didn’t include the kind I had asked for. I’ll now have to take a third trip which is slightly frustrating. Quite happy with the product I do have though.

    Horrible Customer Service. I went in to buy four sleeves of coffee, I knew what I wanted. But you can no longer just ask at the counter you have to order and pay at the little terminals. Problem is that I forgot my glasses and couldn't see the screen well enough to order. I asked an employee for help with my order but she didn't think the terminal was working. The second employee said she would help but went to serve someone else. The third employee I asked sent me to a forth employee, at that point I just left. This place used to be so good and friendly. I'm guessing they have a new manager or something but it is really bad now.
