Good pizza, quiet atmosphere and great service.

Love the pizza from Colonnade, just not this one or the one on bank Street. Yes they share a name and the same boxes. But that's about it, there was very little sauce on the pizza I had last night and the pepperoni was put on very sparingly, love the Gilmore location because they put a lot of toppings, not this place. I ordered wings with my pizza and nothing was done to the wings, just meat deep fried, no seasoning whatsoever, all the flavour for the wings was dependent on the sauce that came with it, the sauce (honey garlic) was so bland, you can tell it's from a jar or container and served directly to the customer, not worth $15 for 10 wings with not effort put into them. I pay the premium price of $50 for 1 pizza and 10 wings to be served something that has a premium quality. This is just another pizza place, trying to get as much profit as possible reluctantly serving you food, save your money and order elsewhere.

We walked in, it wasn’t busy. We sat in a booth. I had the Mixed Grill meal. It was delicious. My partner had the Colonnade Omelette. The server was really nice.

This family restaurant is a good place to spend your time with family while enjoying the delicious pizzas they serve. We had a combination pizza. It was fresh, hot and yummy. Fries were good too! Servers are also welcoming and kind. We had a good time in there. I definitely recommend this place!

Solid family restaurant/ pizza joint. With delicious pizza and friendly staff. They know how to ease the dining experience with toddlers. We were offered booster seats, cups with lids, and colouring activities. Our visit was great and we look forward to more family dinners here

Bit on something hard and spit this metal piece out. Brought the pizza back to the restaurant and they refunded my money but they also asked me to email them a pic and my video for the owner. It's been a week and I haven't heard back. Why on earth wouldn't you respond to my email with an apology or promise to quality control moving forward? I'm seeing my dentist to ensure my molars are ok but can't help but wonder what damage I could have done had I swallowed this piece.

Placed a large order for an office lunch. Not only was the customer service friendly, but the pizza was absolutely delicious and was ready for pickup right after the store opened. Kudos to the team for accomodating, will certainly return.

By far the BEST pizza in town. I was very excited to see this Colonnade Pizza location being built. Super convenient location. Parking usually not a problem. Very clean restaurant & staff are so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!! Never disappointed !! 😋 🍕

This is the second time that visited colonnade Pizza! I didn’t like the first time I went (6years ago or so) tonight I went because my friend had a birthday celebration there. I ordered medium 3 meat pizza and a Pepsi.total of $40 exactly. Plus $5 tip.I had 3 slices, and took the rest home. our servers mixed up our orders, gave the take out to some one else, I did not like the pizza, dough was chewy! So I will go back there again unless I have to.

I used to live here and loved Colonnade Pizza On a trip here I decided to go dow nostalgia lane and it did not disappoint. I ordered a Large Meat lovers a large combo(mushrooms green pepper and pepperoni) and a gluten free less cheese small. And also a side of Caesar salad and hot pepper flakes. It was ready for pickup in 20 mins and I raced back to my hotel room in Kanata and brought it up to our room. The pizza was exactly as I remember thick crust and not over cooked , good ratio of sauce to toppings and very filling. There were three of us and we had leftovers on the regular pizzas and the Gluten free was eaten completely. Which says a lot. Their gluten free crust is a more crunchy flat crust and should please the pallets of gluten free eaters. I was very happy to say what I remember from many years ago still is as good as it was and makes a good choice for take out when you are passing through and cannot think of anything. I apologize for the lack of good photos as I couldn’t wait to do in. I recommend this place as a good place to eat. The staff was also very friendly. This was the Carling location. I did break my keto diet for this one and promise I will be back on it but was worth it.

Went with my 18-mth-old for a bite to eat while waiting for a prescription at nearby Shoppers. Service was prompt, restaurant was spacious, seating comfortable. A highchair was provided for my toddler and a table offered to accommodate it and our stroller. Food however was unfortunately below expectations. I ordered penne with meatballs and tomato sauce ($18.95), as a dish I thought my toddler could also eat. The amount of pasta and sauce was generous, but protein consisted of only four small meatballs, one of which was very dry (tasted like it had been frozen for a long time). The sauce was tart and kind of watery. Still hungry, asked for a little more meatball and was given three more but for an additional charge. After tax and tip I spent nearly $30 on a basic and not terribly good lunch. The server was attentive, but overall I did not feel it was good value for money.

Delicious food, I haven't found better pizza in the Ottawa/Gatineau region. Maybe it's personal preference but these guys deliver. Also the staff and management are amazing. Super clean and attentive.

The pizzas are always good but today they went above and beyond. I ordered 4 pizzas for pick up for Mothers Day lunch, they made a mistake on one and two people couldn’t eat it because it had ham on it. When I called they insisted on making another one and the manager delivered it all within half an hour. Thank you for saving our Mothers Day

It's been a while since I've dined at one of their locations. Almost as good as I remembered, but the effects of the economy are evident in the overall portions of ingredients. Still a good dining experience, though.

100% for every aspect of our visit. We were a group of 14 who had made a 6pm July 6 reservation initially at Swiss Chalet in the Fairlawn plaza, but that restaurant was closed tonight due to a power issue with their ovens and hadn't notified us. There was nothing they could do, so Swiss Chalet gave us a dozen coupons for a return visit. Colonnade was the nearest restaurant and I had heard good things about it, so we gave it a try. When I asked Samira from Colonnade about hosting our group at the last minute, she said they were busy in the kitchen and perhaps it may be a bit longer wait for the food but we were most welcome. They set the tables together to seat all 14 of us, gave us water and we ordered appetizers. After we ordered pizzas to share and other great entrees. Samira made sure we had super service including a glutten free desert for our friend who was having his birthday. The food was delishious, prices were really reasonable. Thank you Samira and staff at Colonnade for saving our evening out and making it so very special. You're the best!!

My Mom And I went here for late lunch and ordered a Small Ceasar salad and Combination Pizza. The food was super delicious which came to our table pretty quick. The waitress was very pleasant and gave us amazing service. The atmosphere here is great, very clean restaurant.

Great place for bad mood days. Great food , nice music (not loud). Try to resist for few minutes or you will burn your tongue (like 🙋‍♂️)

12/10 pizza every time. I live out of town and I make sure to stop in whenever I’m passing through. Highly recommended.

Beautifully well done. Golden cheese, perfect amount of sauce. (Garlic sauce is also noteworthy) By far, the best Colonnade Pizza in Ottawa.

Family owned, very kind and friendly staff. The Pizza was delicious. First time trying out their pizza and it was more than I was expecting:) Thank you for your great service and delicious food! Will be back.

Their pizza is currently my favourite in Ottawa. I also love their Julienne salad as well.

We had a fairly large family reunion at the Colonnade. It was perfect for what we needed. On very short notice, they were able to accommodate our fairly large reunion. We were hoping to be outside in a picnic venue however we had to made last minute changes due to the forecasted weather. As always the food was great, the service was amazing and food arrived very promptly. I would not hesitate to gather again at the Colonnade. Big or small crowd they are always so accommodating.

Bit into something hard in my pizza, it turned out to be a plastic eye off a doll or something. Doesn’t seem like something that happens by accident. Won’t be ordering from here again.
