Worst burrito I've ever had. Looks like they fired all their staff to hire cheap Indians who can't make food if their life depended on it. Won't be going back, terrible business. Not fit for Canadian standards

People go so easy on burrito places in Ottawa. This place had good reviews so I wanted to try it. Food was mediocre at best, but my stomach hurts after eating here. The meat was just barely warm. Ruined my sleep and my weekend.👎

Amazing Food!!! As a Foodie Myself, I come here almost everyday and enjoy every single bite. Along with that they Offer great Customer service, Order on time, et cetera. There’s a guy in the front Named ‘Lovin’ everytime I come He makes my order and he makes it upto perfection. Great place, Come visit for sure.

Awful. Ordered through Uber eats so probably half their fault, but what I got was an undercooked, mushy, greasy, leaking pile of mess. Nasty, won’t be ordering here again.

I've ordered burrito bowl from here many times and was always pleased. But last couple of times burrito bowl was not good at all it felt like its stale and was very dry both times Definitely disappointed.

I ordered through Uber Eats and the food reached super cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The place isn’t that far from my house. The food didn’t taste fresh. I wouldn’t order again from this place. Had better Mexican food.

Painfully average. Refried beans and guacamole both looked stale, like they had been sitting out all day. It’s $9.50 for a small size which seems steep. The chorizo was pretty cold and bland, like a sausage that you could buy from the supermarket. The other toppings were decent. I was disappointed because they have a good rating here on Google.

We visit this place regularly. It one of the best burrito place in ottawa. There is cute guy named Lovin who prepare very good nachos, quasidilla for me and serves me and my friends well with a smile. He is very polite and gives excellent customer service

Very nice service and good food. Lovin and Shauna were very polite and helpful! Very clean place! Wish they had lactose free cheese, but staff was very informed about ingredients and helped me make my choice.

Fantastic service and high quality ingredients at a very reasonable price. My server, Rajwant was fantastic, food was made quickly, competently and the few questions I had were answered instantly. 10/10 definitely recommend.

This is the best branch of burrito gringo. Amazing taste and even more amazing service. I’ve been served multiple times by Lovin and Mankirat and have always received great service. Great portions and they always help with any questions/requests.

A year ago I had given this place a 5 start review, but unfortunately, outside of the friendly service I received here, I had to adjust my review completely. Serving sizes were fine, but the once sauteed onions & peppers were cold and uncooked completely and my partner ended up feeling ill and throwing up after eating his chicken burrito. The burrito was cold and not crispy on the outside at all so I don't think it was put in the press for long at all. This used to be a go-to spot but unfortunately we'll be finding a new burrito spot after this experience.

Went in today and ordered a large burrito, but it seems I got a small instead. Also seems that the ingredients were not hot as it took them over 5 minutes to warm the burrito on the hot press, in the process they burn the tortilla and made the burritos taste smoked. Defenitly no going back ever again.

The nachos are delicious!! Great quick option and so tasty. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful as well :-)

This place serves average burritos, with gas station ambiance, and an overly aggressive tip prompt. The staff is routinely different, meaning they don’t pay or their employees properly. Not the worst burrito place, but is certainly on pace to get there.

Order through uber eats, quasadilla and burrito bowl. Both came cold, quasadilla was soggy. I requested extra pitas, instead received 0 with my order, shorted me 3 sauces as well. Will NOT be ordering there again. $60 down the crapper. No pun intended.

Always had a great experience before. But very disappointed with the latest visit. Buttiro was not wrapped properly and everything was coming out and falling apart. Nachos were burnt dark, very less nachos and so many toppings. Not satisfied with the visit!!

I'm not an expert in Mexican food but I like tasty fresh food and this restaurant is my go to since I first came to ottawa. The portions are crazy big and everything is made from scratch. Deserve to be supported.

Manager over here is rude. Speaks Foreign languages infront of his employees thinking they either do not understand it, nor do not know the technology to find out what he is saying. Employees are teenagers learning what the working world is like. Instead of helping them succeed in his business, he would rather tell them everything is fine to their face all the while talking them down behind their bakes. Food itself is ‘okay’. It’s like a subway but for burritos. It’s ‘okay ish’.

Don't bother ordering online, they won't start making your meal until you arrive in person. Took them over an hour to make 2 burritos. Never will I come to this establishment again

I went to Ottawa few days ago after long time and I find a very good service with a beautiful smile of Shanu, she make me a tasty Burrito bowl in a great hygienic way really loved the food and staff. Thanks for a good meal.

Staff had no idea how to assemble an order. Super unorganized. Cold products were warm and meats were room temperature at best. Watched one staff member basically wrist deep in someone else’s burrito, no gloves, before giving up and just tossing it on the grill. Regret tipping anything at all. Will not go again.

I've ordered here for over a year. It was always great previously. The past 3 months, everytime i order a burrito or nachos I get something completely different than what I asked for. I ordered last night and got a completely random burrito covered in jalapeños when I can't them nor did I order it. I also requested certain toppings and protein and none were followed. It seems they just threw together whatever they had and sent it to me. I've had this occur the last 4 orders In the past 3 months. I took a photo this past time of all yhe jalapenos i picked out but also how it was wrapped so poorly it wasnt even burrito shaped. It was falling apart. I will no longer order from here and I am extremely upset I wasted money on food I didn't order and cannot eat. What a waste. Buyer beware.

Came all the way out to Ottawa from Vermont, USA. I had their amazing tacos and the best warm chocolate chip cookie. The people here give outstanding customer service WITH a smile. Come here and ask for Lovin to make your food. He’s the best! I love coming out to Ottawa and seeing the diversity and how hard people work. The States could learn something from Ontario. Looking forward to coming here again

Three taco with one small quesadilla plus a drink cost $41 after tax. They either charged us for extra stuff or the coconut drink cost 10 dollar. Pricey, average taste.
