Food portions have gone way down; chicken tenders are half the size they used to be. Same as their scone biscuits which are now two-thirds of previous size. The cashier should have asked more questions about our order (there wasn't any other customers behind us), i.e. which ranch sauce (they have at least two kinds), eat-in or takeout, etc. Always a bit chaotic when they call our number--wrong sauce, no sauce, missing items. They recently removed the booth seating on one side of the restaurant and only replaced with small tables and one chair for most of these tables, making the place seem deserted or very "clinical" like during peak Covid with much physical distancing. Worst of all is they removed the garbage spot with a flap opening with a plain rubber garbage bin with no lid; just lined with a black garbage bag. There are two tables facing this. How unsightly! Your prices are not cheap. At least show that you appreciate and welcome your customers with a better interior setting. I felt like I went into a restaurant in a rough neighbourhood during the time I was eating here. Forgot to take a photo of the damaged seating (the bench I was sitting on and the one behind were taped with duct tape all over the seat). Once again, everything was doused or marinated in heavy salt. Lastly, the restaurant should tell Hellman mayonnaise that their individual packets are horrible; the slit that helps you tear open the packet is above the sealed part ( see photo) making it EXTREMELY hard and most of the time with greasy fingers unable to open!!?

So disappointed but this has to be the Worst Popeyes that I have ever been too. Staff could careless if you are here or not. I am working near by temporarily and have been here 3 times and they usually don’t have some side dishes; no corn or beans and rice tonight. Most tables are dirty, was able to found one clean in a mostly empty store. Employees sitting playing on there phone though so I decided to get on mine also and post this. I gave them two stars because the chicken tenders were good...but the mac’n cheese was pretty sketchy, I suppose that’s their version of the surprise at the bottom of the box.

The food was good. What you would expect from a Popeyes. It came out quick. They had no high chair or booster seat. It seems like they are missing tables and booths. It feels like you are going into a store that is about to close. Sorry tables, dirty floor, just seems like a dirty place. Wouldn’t recommend anyone going back.

As much as I liked it at the beginning I can't share the same view any longer. The quality and freshness of the food went down the drain. I literally had to go back and have it changed in most of the locations in the last year. I used to go quiet regularly but that's not longer the case. I guess the good things never last.

Prepare your food in a matter of seconds, very warm welcome and gives the best also. I went there on a Sunday afternoon with a couple of my friends, and there was a survey going on. The prize of the survey was 1 piece of chicken. But instead they gave us 3 big ones. Master class.

A nice local eatery. Good for a quick visit. We were served quickly. The facility was reasonably clean, and the staff was friendly. The food was hot and fresh. There was ample parking.

Used their drive thru service on a Saturday evening, and there was no line up, and the service was quick. They got the order right. The spicy chicken sandwich was good, not greasy or too saucy. The 4 piece chicken meal was also good with the fries and biscuits.

After hearing the “hype” about Popeyes I finally gave it a try and I was less than impressed. For starters the female cashier on that day couldn’t be bothered, I found myself wondering who actually was working. I paid $40+ for chicken strips for this. The restaurant was dirty. Only one chair at each table. The food took awhile, and was less than subpar. The only thing I can say was really good were the cajun, mashed potatoes. I more than likely will not be returning.

It was a mistake coming here. Barely anyone in here and it's taking forever for the food. The cooks look like they took a slowmo pill, the cashiers look completely lost. Customers almost got into a fight over god knows what.

Always consistent and the chicken is phenomenal. Drive thru a bit slow but overall great.

Ordered two regular chicken sandwiches and two onion rings via their website. Arrived ten minutes early to pick up my order hoping to catch it when its warm but it was already on the counter waiting for me. The server said that yes once they have the order they just make it and let it sit in case it gets busy (restaurant #11869). The chicken was chewy and soft, not crispy at all in fact the batter was still white and soft on one side. The meat and the buns were cold. The onion rings were cold. Worse chicken sandwich ever!!!

Nice clean place with great service

The food was good only it took about 30 minutes to get it. The ice dispenser didn't work so the fountain drinks were room temp. The restaurant looked run down, tired. Dirty windows, dirt marks on the walls, floors and really dusty display of jars containing various peppers. I don't even want to think about the kitchen. This experience was just kind of...sad. I do love Popeyes fried chicken though!

This location gave me very old chickens, prob from this morning. The taste is different from other locations and super dry. Fries were fine tho

AVOID THE POPCORN SHRIMP AT ALL COSTS!! The butterfly is good and most of their chicken is good but the popcorn shrimp is such a ripoff. Tough and overcooked; lots of pieces that are just chewy dough with no shrimp. Almost inedible

We always get Popeye's chicken when in Ontario; they are not present in Quebec. The taste is different to KFC. Is it better? I would say both are. This Popeye's had crispy hot chicken. Eat-in allowed as we were on 2 and no other person around. Ordering was quick, although some of the sides, coleslaw, corn, were not available. Getting the food took some time. The people doing the service seemed under some stress this early morning. And they could not find ketchup. Overall good experience!

Ewww!!!! My chicken was uncooked. Had to throw it all in the garbage, what a waste of money.

The spicy chicken sandwich was amazing. Drive thru service was terrific. I'll be back.

Taste good and fries are excellent, I think the best better i tasted. The reason only 4 stars is because once i had chicken piece that wasn’t fully cooked. Still i like it and have lunch at least twice a week.

Service was great! Crispy chicken sandwich came with a generous portion of chicken. My only complaint is the amount of grease dripping from it.

The best! Cooked food thoroughly and taste amazing! Kids love it . Lady was super kind to Me, placed an order over rhe phone for pick up and took her time to meet my needs in person.

The chicken fingers were perfect. Juicy inside and crispy outside. Not great at all.

"My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined." No but in all seriousness the staff was really nice. This was the singular best fast food experience of my life. The drive-through attendant was so kind and funny. Truly a good experience.

The staff are really nice , loved the biscuits, fried chicken and the French fries. Sauces were good, didn't like the ranch though . Mac and cheese were not tasty. Need child seats as I couldn't find any for my toddler. Loved the experience overall

I went 3 times to the drive thru, and they forgot my fries 3 times OMG. The chicken is good, though.

Macaroni was gros, waited 30 minutes for it after my order was placed, the place is DIRTYYYY like there's no dining room cleansiness. Windows, doors, handles, walls , seats and tables are so greasy and finger prints everwhere. The windows are streaking almost as if washed with a dirty rag. It was gros but tenders were tasty, just eat your eyes closed.

Best chicken, mac & cheese, coleslaw and biscuits in town 100% better than kfc ever was

A halal place for fried chicken!! Quite disappointing service with long waiting time. Many Popeyes franchises give away special sauce for me but not here they will charge you. I always love their fries and chicken at Popeyes but this franchise is not performing well like others in terms of service.

Clean, friendly and quick. Unfortunately, can't say the same for the food. It's gotten worse over the years for both portion and taste.

The timings on the maps were incorrect. It closes at 10 p.m. not 11 p.m. we took a 3 o Piece combo with fries. Chicken was really oily like literally had that oily feeling in the stomach after dinner. Used to be a popeyes fan but not anymore. Gotta find some other place for fried chicken

I ordered a 4 piece in the drive thru and when I got home one of the pieces was actually not fully cooked and the fries were cold.

Service was super slow. It took us almost 30 minutes to get our 5 chicken burgers. I understand it's not something they keep fresh but you would expect them too have a better system in place to have faster service. Other then that the chicken burgers we're good but the fries tasted old by the time we got home.

Food was hot. Fries were nice and crispy but the chicken was very greasy. Had to use napkins to remove grease and still was too greasy.

Well I don't why the reviews are bad.The taste is like any other Popeyes. The staff is very friendly and infarct the order was delivered quicker than that of downtown popeyes
