Formal employee: staff will give you attitude and is dramatic. Management still promoted them because of favouritism. There’s no growth and you will work in a sweat shop. There’s constant verbal fights between colleagues and the work culture is toxic. The Gloucester location has this one female who treats the other employees with major disrespect. The regional manager still promoted her though sadly. She kept giving customers attitude. I just can’t believe they don’t notice this. She even gave attitude to a formal manager who went back school. I noticed it and it was just sad. Felt bad for her because she doesn’t like confrontation. There’s complaints made but the regional manager still promoted her shy…. Andrew is a great owner but the employee brought the moral down. Pros: 50% off on food/ regional manager is a hard working woman Cons: that one freaking female employee that got mistakenly promoted even after bad reviews from her coworkers

Green olives in the guac. Black olives in the sprouts God knows what in the feta 🤢 I’ve visited this pita pit many times. The sanitation of this place needs to be improved. There is far too much contamination among ingredients. I understand the nature of the business, however cleanliness needs to be prioritized.

Walked in, and decided to walk out. Employee looked swamped prioritizing online orders. Other employee was busy on the phone. No other customers in the store. Maybe I dodged a bullet reading the other reviews? There are so many other food choices in this plaza with prompt customer service.

Great chicken souvlaki wrap with lots of fresh topping options. Helped a by (I believe) a new worker who was doing great. Only criticism: put up an "Order here" sign -- layout a bit unintuitive.

I ordered 3 pitas, 2 drinks and 2 cookies. The experience was chaotic. She had to do one order 3 times because she kept breaking it. It was mishandled uand quite unhygienic. She kept crushing the stuff each time and threw away some parts of the fillings each time. Finally that particular pita was half the size when it came to my hand. She also skipped the two cookies. I asked whether the order could be cancelled. But she gave no response other than a black face. I will never visit this place ever again. So unclean.

Brown soggy iceberg lettuce. Not to mention for $20 with a drink, the deli club you get 2 ham, 2 Turkey, 2 bacon and a teaspoon of cheese. At Subway the club for $18 and a drink you get 6 ham, 6 Turkey, 4 bacon and 8 slices of cheese with FRESH ingredients. Simple math people!!!

the last time i went here was in november 2021. the girl who was working there wasn't rude but wasn't welcoming or helpful. she was just kind of there. their lettuce was kind of old and they put way too much sauce, my meal drowned in it. also you get a tiny fruit smoothie for almost $8!? although, i have to admit that thet gave generous amounts of toppings. also, their location is super clean.

Tried this location for the first time after a Costco run and was disappointed. The restaurant was very unorganized; kitchen tools, ingredients, and crumbs scattered all across the counters. If this is any indication of overall cleanliness, I’d be concerned. Huge line up inside stretching to the door, while some employees seemingly occupied themselves with other activities (drawing a Turkey poster to hang on the front door). Maybe serve the long line of customers first? Many of the ingredients empty with the employees scraping the bottom of the plastic containers to fill the sandwich. I had to ask 3 times for more lettuce as clearly the employee was using less in an effort to “stretch” whatever remaining lettuce she had left for other sandwiches. Again, refill the containers instead of drawing? They certainly skimp on the toppings here compared to other Pita Pit locations.

Servings were small even the larger sizes. The blended drinks were small for the price they charged. My companions and I were all still hungry after we ate here. Probably won't return, they use to have really big pitas and hearty helpings. Not sure what happened

This location is great. They were so kind to kids getting their pitas and were so friendly despite being quite busy. Also, the pitas were excellent!

Worst experience. We are vegetarian and no care taken to prepare our veggie pita. They made some bacon something touching right next to our pita. Very dissatisfied and disappointed as this happened second time at this location. Unfortunately there are few locations here and this one is nearest to us. Next time I have to drive more to get good service.

I love pita pit generally, but this location is an absolute mess when it gets busy. The staff is completely lost and lose all common sense. Too bad, cause I’d love to come more often, but this really aggravates me as a customer. Maybe we’ll just try and come a little less often, when it’s not so busy.

Terrible customer service. Haven’t had pita pit in over 15 years went there tonight, the girl working at 6:30 pm on thursday october 20th, was leaning on the counter back to her customers, never turned around to say hello or ask what we wanted. We waited a few minutes, we said hello 3 times before she didn’t even look back and said: “you’re gonna have to give me a minute”. & Right there & then we walked out. Never again will I consider going to Pita pit. What a joke.

Good location, but make sure you watch that they put what you asked on the grill. Sometimes the mix up souvlaki and shawarma or souvlaki and regular chicken, or they forget the double meat you paid for. They also sometimes just don't add cheese and forget to steam the wraps so they fall apart really easily.

was served by by Trinady, very high level of customer service from her. My food was hot and tasted great. Very well organized person and appears to be running all aspects of the store very well. If she's not the manageryet, she should be made manager.

Wheelchair access button is broken but Sabina was very kind and helpful with the whole process of getting and making my food even though she seemed to be alone and had online orders coming in one after the other! Fresh food and awesome employees!

Loved it!! The two people working seemed very busy but that didn't stop them from being great at customer service. Very nice and polite. The food was amazing as well! Thanks ladies!!

Food was very good although standard. Service was friendly and kind. Menu boards are limited so it's hard to know what to order if you don't like the 3 options listed but anything is possible. All options to make any combination of food is doable

My absolute fave take away. Always freshly prepared and delicious. Even when busy staff work quickly and efficiently to process orders.

I ordered the ancho chicken and black bean wrap and what I received today was extremely disappointing. All that was in it was the beans, chicken, spinach and a bit of cheese with sauce. It was missing more than half the listed ingredients. There was no red onion, tomatoes, avacado, or green peppers. I have enjoyed Pita Pit in the past but this has completely soured my experience.

As a first time customer, I was very impressed at what I got. Very delicious, not too over priced either. I will be going back for sure!

I have been here 3 times and each time it gets more disappointing. The lettuce is always brown and wilted so I always opt for spinach. The portion for a small seems to keep getting smaller while prices go up. It cost me $14 for a small pita and drink, the pita ended up being the size of a $3 snack wrap from McDonalds and I had more than 4 toppings on there. The girl making my pita Sunday night was a total disaster, she ripped my pita so bad she should have given me a new one but for some reason she deemed it acceptable. The toppings given were minimal and she asked me 3 times if I wanted white or whole wheat and another 3 times if I wanted it toasted and at the time I was the only person being served!

I've been coming here since it opened. Such a wide range of choices in toppings and sauces that there's always taste different. But for some reason it seems some staff are way better at making pitas than others. Meaning that the taste is way better.

I asked for a beef brisket bowl w light on the spinach base & more for toppings & extra sauce....i didnt get a salade....i got a soup of sauce w some toppings & little to no spinach....😱😬🤦🏽‍♀️ Could not eat this.... Missing stuff fm order also...
