First time to Thai Flame for dinner. Unfortunately, we were the only ones to dine in on a Friday night around 5:30 pm. Service was great, friendly staff and the food was amazing. My wife ordered #26 and I ordered #39 and started with spring rolls. Menu is updated from the Google photos; their website is accurate to the dine in one. Should have taken photos of the food, but it was too good to wait.

Really nice service, food was okay. I think it’s pricey for the dishes and serving size. I had some better flavour and taste elsewhere.

I had some super delicious green curry with tofu and mango sticky rice. It was tastier (and larger!) than the one at the thai place near my house. The service was excellent. The person who served us (the owner?) was very personable and professional. I also love that this place gives free refills on rice (surprisingly haven't seen anyone else do this).

The food is absolutely amazing. We love Thai Flame. We have eating here for many years (since it opened) and have never been disappointed. Over the years we have eaten here with our children countless times, and brought many friends and relatives and all love the food and experience. The flavors are indescribable. We miss being able to eat-in, but are happy that we can still get your food as take-out. Thank you again for making a birthday dinner be such a delicious meal. Just thinking about it again now makes my mouth water.

This place is always my favourite Thai restaurant. As a frequent traveller to Thailand, all foods taste genuine and amazing! I love their noodles and sticky rice. Their green curry is also amazing!

This place is fantastic, great service, fresh, expertly prepare food, great presentation. Be warned, this place generally fills up at lunch especially later in the week.

Just enjoyed a delicious meal at Thai Flame! The curry was superb with a generous portion of fresh cooked vegetables and chicken, seasoned with a depth of authentic Thai flavour. Highly recommended! We’ll be retuning!

Great place! Great service. Very clean and comfortable. The chairs are awesome for your back. Food is good and well made. Service is very polite and on time. Try some pad Thai!

They do street food well, which is kind of interesting because they feel like an elevated sit down place. House wines are paired and everything. Nonetheless I most strongly recommend the various noodle dishes, mama soup, and other street food-adjacent dishes.

Thai Flame always gets it right! I think this place makes the most amazing Thai food I've ever had - certainly the most memorable. Brilliant medleys of flavours and spices in such hearty food, with optional heat for the spice lords like myself, tickle the palette wonderfully. It should be said that the owner and family always give a warm welcome and friendly service. It's a great place to be.

Eat The Strip recommended Thai Flame, and we really enjoyed our dishes. For an extra $3.95 you can make it a combo (egg roll and chicken satay skewer). All delightfu and friendly owner. Looking forward to a return visit.

Very friendly service, delicious food and it did not disappoint! Was very quick to receive our dinner after we ordered, with generous portion sizes. Definitely on our list to come back!

Quite good! I was suprised because it doesn't look like too much from the outside, but is quite nice inside! The food tasted very fresh, and I enjoyed my meals. What was also a nice change from a lot of places, is that it wasn't greasy. The only downside was I found it a touch on the milder side than I was expecting. Perhaps my experience at places like Thai Express had mis-prepared me for something more authentic.

Ssshhh... Don't tell too many people! My friend and I went here after another place couldn't take us for drop in. I am so happy for it! The owner is a wonderful human being, very pleasant, and man can he make killer tea! Freshly steamed and home made. I asked to take tea home! I had the Thai Green Curry, and my friend had the Panang Peanut, both were incredible! Oh, and bonus, they have coconut rice as an option. I can't wait to go back.

Portions are a little too small for the price, but they had a very interesting take on the curry (#38 on the menu)! We also had #32 (can't remember what it was called), but that was kinda meh. I'd be willing to try out more of their other selections though!

My daughter and I went out for a Dad & Daughter evening and decided to try this place. Thai is currently her favourite cuisine and we both were very happy with the decision to come here. We were served by the owner who is both efficient and charming. The food was very flavourful. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a nice evening.

I'm visiting Ottawa and I love Thia food. It had lots of flavour and the food looked beautiful. We has it for take out and I don't know if it's me but the dinner menu I found really expensive for the little that we got for take out. It's the only reason why I'm not giving the 5 stars! Everything was great, even the customer service!

This was amazing the food was delicious and is worth every moment. The staff was friendly and hard working would definitely come back another time. Yumm☺

Absolutely delicious food! After ordering takeout for supper tonight, my partner and I decided we'd give this place a go for takeout. She had 41, I had 33, and we weren't disappointed! The service was very welcoming, the food was delicious, and I'm glad they entertained the idea of making #33 "extra spicy", although the "serious spice" warning was appreciated! :-) We will definately be back for more!

Great Food, Staff, Experience. Like at trip to Thailand without the flight!!!

Great food and service. I love the curry here as it can be adjusted from mild to spicey. It's one of the only places I can eat curry. There ate lots of other great options too.

First, the prices in the menu here on Google and on the Thai Flame website are completely outdated. Example: Pad Thai is $19.95-21.95, not $14 (website) or $9 (3 year old photo of their menu on Google). Pad Thai was OK, not awesome. The noodles were overcooked and a bit sticky. Sticky Rice with Mango dessert was awesome.

The best Thai place I have found in Ottawa. Very reasonable prices for the quality and portion size. Have been getting regular take out from here since the pandemic hit. Still as delicious as before.

The place is nice a cozy, loved the decorations and pictures, customer services great and the food was 5/5 taste great fresh and good portions. I. Definitely going back again. Highly recommend if you love Thai food.
