Updated (dropped from 4 to 2 stars): - every time I have went to this particular location the burgers are always wrong. Even our two “plain” bacon-cheeseburgers. I literally watched an employee today obviously take ingredients off one burger after mistakenly putting them on, wrap them up and put them in a bag. *this is terrible for people who order burgers a certain way because of intolerances or allergies. If you add onions, pickles and sauces on a burger that CLEARLY requested PLAIN - do not just remove them. Start a new burger. The flavours and sometimes remains are still there, and we once had to throw a burger out when we got home because of this. Old review: Good: - this location actually has Milkshakes unlike Trainyards (including Malted milk - add chocolate for that old school chocolate Malt taste!) - so many delicious fries: hot, crispy, salted - lots of parking Bad: - online ordering doesn’t have “side of gravy” so I always have to go in to order - my burger was missing the bacon and I paid for it - bathroom could be cleaner - I find the burgers hit or miss one whether they are dried out or nice and juicy.

The staff here is always so friendly with smiles on their faces. There is a great atmosphere here, and even better burgerscooked well done and still so juicy! Their Boardwalk style fries are always cooked to perfection with a perfect amount of salt with an extra scoop of fries to satisfy the cravings.

Their fries are some of the best tasting, most perfectly cooked fries I've ever tried but the burger was lacking big time in flavor and juiciness. I got the bacon burger with pretty much all the toppings and overall it was good but the patties were slightly dry and had no flavor in the meat whatsoever and was accompanied by a soggy bun. As I ate I looked around and read the customer quotes they had posted around the restaurant talking about their burgers being the juiciest and most flavorful, which made me start to wonder if we had ate the same thing! The peanuts were an awesome addition and the restaurant had a chill vibe. Burger: 3/5 Fries: 5/5

First of all our bill was 36$ for two little cheese burgers, Cajun fries and poutine! With tip of course if your a kind/generous person. As soon as I got home my poutine was placed in the bag in such a way where it had no choice but to spill all over the bag. The fries were old since I got there at 9:30pm to order. I hate to say both our little burgers were made with the wrong ingredients, burger was wet and moist somehow, bun was old and patties were burnt. I’m giving one star because the Cajun flavour was actually nice and unique other than that I had a terrible experience at this location just last night.

Burger was nice and juicy but the fries were a bit too greasy for my liking. Note that the fries are cooked in refined peanut oil and their allergen information also indicates the milkshakes may contain peanut proteins.

I am a huge fan of Five Guys and have been going to this location for years now. But in the past year, the cleanliness of this particular location has gone down a lot. If a restaurant can't keep the parts we can see as customers, how does the prep area look like. The thought alone has me stopped eating there completely. I do go to other Five Guys, but a lot less often because of the drive.

First time at Five Guys tonight as recommended by my niece. I doubt I will be back. I ordered a Little Cheeseburger with lettuce, Ketchup, tomatoes. When I arrived home I checked the receipt and the cashier had punched in Mayo, Ketchup and Tomato.. First mistake! And I tipped him 15% just to punch in a few keys. I opened the burger and it got worse. No Ketchup, no lettuce which I ordered, just a pool of Mayo and a tomato. Boy does anybody get it right? It wasn't even very busy at the time. $15.05 for something i could not eat. Unfortunately it was take out so little recourse without inconvenience. The fries were all over the bottom of the bag and the bag completely grease soaked. I don't normally comment on these things but what a debacle!

Very slow service....but honestly I don't really mind because it smells SO good here. Great atmosphere with full visibility to the kitchen / prep area. Staff appear to work really well together. Fun place...great for friends, families and date night!!! #localguide

We love Five Guys in general since they have freshly cooked burgers. Unfortunately this location wasn’t one of them. It was our first time trying this location but the burgers were so greasy and everything was falling apart. Too bad because we love Five Guys. Probably better go to a different location.

Yeah , the burgers are great but the prices are just too high. The marketing is misleading too, most of it is about the Five Guys chain in the US where the burgers are apparently just "5 $". All the burgers on the menu are pretty much 9$ , and thats just a burger. No fries , no pop. A full meal here will easily run you 20$. The milkshakes are great but once again, over 7-8$. Just not affordable at all for the average family imo.

Accessibility: Mostly accessible - no automatic doors and entrance features double doors/a turn. A great option for a tasty, greasy meal. Avoid if you have peanut allergies. April/23 - 4★ Takeout -Friendly staff, well staffed. -Plenty of smoked peanuts to take home. -Food was all made fresh. Cajun fries 👌 the burger was made well but meat was slightly dry. I would definitely return. Five guys restaurants are one of my favourite burgers.

Juicy tasty double patty burgers with lots of toppings for free. You taste REAL BEEF !!!! French fries are delicious and done well(you get A LOT so we share a large for our family)...not greasy. The peanut butter and strawberry milkshakes top everything off perfectly. The staff is very polite...great place for families, or if you want a great burger 🍔 and fries 🍟

Food is extremely overpriced. Items are sold individually, opposed to in a combo, so they inflate the prices more that way. Not worth it for the flavour (taste was ok, nothing out of this world to be worth $42 for two burger “combos”). Don’t think I’ll come back.

This is our main Five Guys location and today we were treated with the perfect meal! Freshly made crisp golden fries with perfect amount of salt! The burgers were also a notch above. I don’t know what was different and had to tell the team members that today was my families favorite visit by far!!! Keep it up Five Guys team ❤️

Decent place for huge burgers and fries. Good fries (and you get lots) and burgers so big you should probably order a small. It's fast food but not as fast as McDonalds but better.

Pros: Awesome milkshakes! Decent burger. Cons: Fries were absolutely cold and overly salted. Long wait for food.

Ordered online. Showed up for my pick up time and the restaurant was super busy. I spoke to the guy running the pickup orders and he bumped my order to the front of the line. Which made me happy. The food suffered though. The milkshakes took a long time to be made and they were very runny, and my wife's burger was undercooked, pink on the inside and cold.

Allergy alert. Generous portion of fries are cooked in peanut oil. Burger patties are homestyle. A delicious assortment of condiments and toppings are specified at the cashier. The music system is a bit loud. Preparation is prompt.

My wife and I are tick off about not being able to go to the Orleans location. We would be very happy if you would tell the people that are renovating to hurry up and get it done. My wife was very upset again today that she could not enjoy your eating experience. We are an older couple and our time to dine at five guys is limited. Please hurry up We are hungry. Keep up the good work.. Michel

The best burger, the best patties and the most generous fries portion. The only negative thing there no patio tables

I love the food very generous with portions except for gravy paid 3$ for half a container, you should be having it full for the price and gravy isn't expensive.i bought 2 expecting full containers. So won't be getting gravy again 😞😞.

Great experience, delicious fries! Their cajun fries are so spicy. Love that they always give extra. Prices are really good. Fast and friendly customer service

First timer! Had Little bacon cheeseburger and regular fries. So happy it was Coke. Burger was delicious and juicy. Very fresh ingredients. Fries cooked just right and overly generous amount. A little pricey so it would be treat to me. Oh and grabbed a handful of peanuts to crunch whole waiting for order to be ready. Only disappointing thing is potatoes are Idaho...we're in Canada with PEI taters available.
