Do not go. It's too bad because it was always a good place but the last 4 times we have been it has been a waste of both time and money. Insane waits, distracted service and mistakes in orders. Today is our last time here ever. Waited 25 mins in line to place the order and another 15 once the order was placed. And the food... Well quality no longer seems to be of concern to them.

It is seriously so frustrating when you spend money on something as simple as a salad and you get the stuff that should be fed to someone's pet rabbit or thrown in the compost. I always really enjoy the IDEA of their Southwest Avocado Chicken Salad but am usually disappointed by wilted or moldy lettuce, chunks of the lettuce core or tomatoes that appear to have been frozen and thawed at some point or are well past their best before date. I always desperately want the salad to be tasty, delicious, and problem free but alas it's never to be. The other reason I have this visit only 1 star is due to the non English speaking employee who was manning the drive-thru speaker. I am generally a patient person but I'm also hard of hearing so ppl who mutter, mumble, or don't enunciate are very difficult for me to understand particularly if they are ESL. This person was SUPER rude when I asked them to repeat themselves several times even after I explained that I was hard of hearing and was having difficulties understanding them. I was very polite about it bc I've been the target of many bigots and didn't want to be labeled as such. This woman didn't care how polite I was. I finally just asked to speak with someone else and went on my merry way. That's when I got home and discovered the stumpy salad with watery tomatoes... not impressive.

Great customer service, the food was fresh and very quick service. It was nice and quite environment. Clean and organized but the washroom wasn't clean enough. Overall it was a good experience. I will visit again.

I usually love Wendy's Chili Cheese fries. These were made with no care, unmelted cheese and I got sick after eating them. I used to eat at this location all the time. I will never do that again.

Recent problems addressed AND fixed. ALL good now and great as it used to be. Sigh... of relief. 1 month ago - 5 stars Hands down, the BEST Breakfast Sandwich combo ANYWHERE! I love that they use Swiss cheese and NOT that plastic orange lard artery blocking garbage that everyone else uses. Combo comes with seasoned potato wedges (yay!) and their coffee IS great. Their "small" size (?) coffee equals large sizes at other places. Plus it's a satisfying meal. I couldn't handle two. I never go anywhere else for breakfast now... and if you haven't had their breakfast, you ARE missing out. Breakfast or dinner, I've always found their drivethru staff friendly AND patient (as I have dietary needs when ordering). They LISTEN and deliver what I order... all given with politeness and NO attitude (like far too many of "those" other places). Good food, great value AND personable staff! What else could one ask for? Sure they might be quicker BUT quality and dedication to custom orders takes time. You want fast, garbage food, tasteless fries and inefficient surly staff? You know where to go... THIS is not that place imho. I'm an ardent fan.

This Wendy’s was once pretty decent place. It’s started having problems hiring or keeping staff. I Started paying attention when I would visit. I was in on the weekend that finally open. I notice one problem, one older gray hair assistant ore manager. He’s rough with staff and customers he has no patience for coupons or Bogo offers, he lets you know this with his attitude it to bad he is a hard worker. If you treat people fair, they will work for you, and customers will come back. These old managers forget that Bogo offer are given by the head office for review of your restaurant. In these times you can’t act like its 1960, that was probably his best times

My friend bought a meal with the Wendy frosties didn’t like it so he threw it away and asked for a cup to get a drink, he got the cup but the manager asked him to prove that he didn’t finish the frosty first so he made my friend go in the garbage. What a shame.

Ordered 2 baconator combos. One plain for the wife. Our burgers were perfection. The meat was perfectly placed on the bun. The cheese and bacon were perfectly placed on the patties. Never have I ordered and had such pwrfect burgers.

Absolutely the worst Wendy's restaurant, service terrible. I have to wait 10 minutes for my order, and they didn't even get it right. NEVER AGAIN, . I SHOULD HAVE THIS PLACE INSPECTED !!

This wendys is better than some other locations. The food is always hot and the people there are nice. The only complaint is the drive thru line being slow and long. Although the food being hot makes this complaint less prominent.

If you enjoy Wendy’s then you know what you’re getting. My only complaint is that I find the food is never hot. I seem to think it consistently runs warm at best. Otherwise, no matter which one I’ve been to it’s always the same tasty burger and fries.

The amount of food at this location was stingy. The poutine had literally 4 cheese curds and no more gravy than a splash. They did fix it but added so much more gravy you could tell it was annoying to fix for them. Wouldn't go again.

The young man who was at cash who took my order was polite. The complaint I have is the place is just disgusting. Where you get your drinks the mat is so sticky and has pop on it. My shoes stuck to it very unappealing. Also the garbage has to be emptied inside and outside. There's no more space to put anymore in. As the dinning area had a gentleman and myself , no cars perhaps have one of the workers clean the place up. It needs it! As some staff was just standing there doing nothing! Productive staff make an inviting place . And 1 last thing when behind the counter stop the swearing and the use of F&$*uck continuously again very uninviting! People do hear when having their meals!

All in all not the best, but not the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Pros - Quiet atmosphere - Many (+30) fountain drink options - Clean Cons - The fountain drink machine had a poor-quality touchscreen that was difficult to use - The food was lukewarm

The girl with long black hair working the window on Mother’s Day had really bad customer service. Zero acknowledgement; no hello and no eye contact. Just chatted with her friend next to her while she handed me my food and closed the window. If you want decent food, poor customer service, and to believe a little less in human decency, you should go to this location

This Wendy's location is easily accessible and has plenty of parking space. I usually do drive thru and they are pretty quick, but depends on time of day as there may be more cars in the line up. As far as fast food, they have the best chicken sandwiches, salads and lemonade.

Do not go, sat in the drive through for 25 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. When we got to the window everyone seemed to be chatting and laughing, the food wasn’t even made properly, as the wrapped wasn’t wrapped, and the sauce non existent, and to top it off the frosty machine was down. Would give 0 stars if I could. Just go to a different location or different brand entirely.

It was so busy and it looked short-staffed, but the food was great and the service was excellent.

Baconator I'd the one of my favorite fast food / drive-thru burgers. However the Baconator breakfast sandwich is way too salty. The coffee is sub par. The bacon Corrsant Breakfast sandwich is actually good. It's like a eggs Benny with a corrsant bun. The sausage for breakfast is too salty!

Really enjoyed having the new breakfast menu at Wendy's Restaurant compared to McDonald's. Have to admit that there breakfast potatoes are amazing and awesome taste.

I think the place is underestimated. Inside it is good, but nothing to do outside. It is located in a very nice spot, with mature trees near the car parking. Why won't Wendy's put a there playground there the people with children would have more desire to visit this cafe? I'm surprised why the most of the visitors go to drive-through. The interior is comfortable with soft sofas, TV and a fireplace. Also, views on greenery around cafe in a mix with wide roads is interesting. Wendy has a good choice of salads as well, some people come here just for salads that other fast-food brands just do not offer. To summarise, this location will be a lot better if a playground added. It is good, but playground would make it special. Unfortunately, it's closed on holidays like Canada day and sometimes it was closed for dine in due to staff shortages. But this will be resolved very quickly and a desirable place to work after O Train project will be finished.

This Wendy's okay. The biggest drawback is that the staff here can be hit or miss. Sometimes they are amazing, other times, they treat you like an annoying house guest that has overstayed their welcome. Food is always good and the restaurant is clean(ish). They have the soda machines that allow you to mix and match your drinks, which is a nice feature if you are into pop. Prices are what you'd expect at a fast food burger place. If you are in the area, then I recommend this Wendy's. Bon appétit!

Neither of the 2 Wendy's in Orleans have dine in eating due to a lack of staff, only drive through. Not very convenient if you're not driving. The signs at both locations are rather aged so this is not a temporary thing I don't think.

I showed up in my truck that foes not fit in drive threw. I walked to the door as I did the employee that was by the door started to shake his head left to right (implying no) so I walked away after the employee tried to yell to me that they where open but unfortunately first impressions are key. Do better.

Horrible experience. Hamburger was cold. Had been previously been cooked and not reheated. The floors were sticky and unkempt. The cashier refused to take cash. And 10 minutes after getting our food, the manager asked us to leave as they were closing. Never again will we go there.

This rating is strictly for the Wi-Fi. I came to get a drink and get online to do work, but the Wi-Fi at Wendy's keeps cutting out after a few seconds...if you can even get on in the first place. It's 2023. Who's not offering reliable Wi-Fi these days? Going to McDonald's next time. Avoid this place at all costs if you need to get online. They might need to think about catching up with their competitors.
