Started
coming
to
this
location
about
a
year
and
a
half
ago.
Good
gym
overall,
friendly
staff,
a
good
mix
of
cardio,
weight
machines
and
free
weights;
also
some
really
good
trainers
if
you
have
some
extra
cash
to
pay
for
training
(worth
the
investment
if
you're
willing
to
put
in
the
work).
Place
is
generally
clean,
in
good
order
and
normally
an
employee
around
if
you
need
them,
including
at
the
front
desk.
With
regards
to
some
other
reviews
here
are
my
comments.
The
gym
is
bad
because
it's
overcrowded.
This
is
correct
in
some
sense,
depending
on
the
time
of
day
and
day
of
the
week
this
location
can
become
pretty
busy.
However
if
you
time
your
workouts
to
early
in
the
morning
or
later
in
the
evening,
or
weekends
it's
pretty
manageable
and
hardly
any
weight
times
for
whatever
you
want
to
use
(pun
intended).
IMHO,
the
fact
that
this
gym
gets
crowds
means
it's
a
good
gym.
There
was
another
gym
not
far
from
this
location,
not
crowded
at
all
so
no
wait
times
to
use
whatever
you
want.
The
downside
is
the
gym
closed
down
because
of
the
lack
of
crowds.
The
parking
sucks
at
this
location.
Tonight
I
parked
in
front
of
the
Metro,
almost
never
have
to
park
this
far
even
if
the
lot
is
packed.
It
took
me
80
seconds
to
get
from
my
car
to
the
doors
at
Goodlife,
on
a
leisurely
pace.
People
complaining
about
the
parking,
YOU'RE
GOING
TO
A
GYM!!
In
all
seriousness
if
you're
complaining
about
a
1-2
minute
walk
to
get
to
your
workout
I'm
moderately
concerned
that
your
workout
effort
is
killing
your
gains.
