Staff was helpful. I recommend shop at Coles.

The staff is friendly enough, but the store is quite small. I was in there today and the social distancing could have been better. There was a woman customer there who doesn't know the meaning of distancing. She was in a hurry to get to the cash and I was ahead of her. I tried to tell her to keep her distance, but she still didn't get the message. That is typical of the rudeness of this god forsaken city! The mall was letting in too many people. The young man tending to me was pleasant enough, but he is also a goof.

I love this place! A lot of options for a smaller bookstore. The staff are all very friendly, and there is a little old man that just made my day the last time I was there. A very pleasant place to visit, we will be back!

I was able to find learning gifts for my nephews, there are great novelty shops for last minute christmas gifts. The mall is clean, warm and well maintained. It's not overly busy and makes for a less stressed shopping experience! Thank you Carlingwood Mall!

Went there to buy heartstopper, even got helpfully directed to where it was, ended up getting bloom because it caught my eye, also started plum points here

Staff are rude and don't acknowledge their customers. they seem to lack most of the neat things they usually have for gifts. Wouldn't recommend this location
