Beautiful store. Really helpful staff. Found a lovely dress to wear to a black tie event.

Worst customer service I ever experienced They need way more experience in customer sevice to get the one star When i went to buy the dress no one was ready yo help they spend more time chatting to each other Anyway I got the dress.. Then after a week i was trying it again with all jewelry and shoes that i got it for the dress i noticed the dress it started to rip where the stitches are in 2 spots and it is very noticeable in the chest . i went there for an exchange the manager looked mad and was looking at the dress and said that must be stretched!! ( it is a stretchable fabric) they didn't have the same size that i want ... I tried bigger size i hoped it will work but i was not my size and even it has same problem I tried different dress but didn't work for me so i asked for a return i didn't have the receipt because i wasn't planning to return it. but i had a picture of it she said that doesn't work and i can do nothing for you!!! I asked her to scan it from my phone but she said no (it worked in different stores!) and not even I can get a store credit! I ended up having the dress that I paid 400$ that doesn't worth it for the bad quality and i can't wear so I went to get another dress .. But for sure not from them anymore again

Ladies at the cash are tremendously rude. Make me feel harassed about doing a return. Would give zero stars if I could.

Was told to try a size at home by paying now and getting it shipped. No problem for return. Liars. "looks worn" yeah that's how trying on something works. Manager was no help either. Contacting them directly

This is for Laura the clothing store. All three of there stores were completely empty. I asked if I could use the change room to breast feed my crying newborn. The associate asked her manager and her manager said no. Very disappointing. Will never be shopping here again.

Please ask the lady who works on the plus side to stop asking what size I am every time I enter the store. Her suggestion is that I have no business being there is uncalled for , (I am a size 14 but I like roomy clothes) I have noticed I am not the only one she does this to, It is rude , I am not stupid , I KNOW where I am. If this line of questioning was after I have asked for a certain size , I would understand, but to ask me the minute I walk in is rude.

Love the staff!! Always so helpful and proactive with greetings and getting a changing room set up as soon as I'm carrying around more than one item. I always feel well taken care of. I find it very hard to find clothing as someone who is 5'1", so Laura Petites is great and affordable. Especially for faux leather and seude jackets!! It's hard to get those tailored for petite bodies lol. Thanks for thinking about the little guys 😂

Sales service was excellent. Prices were great, as sales in effect. Still lots of great articles to add to my wardrobe, all at great sale prices.

I went to Laura's to find a petite dress for my brother's wedding. After choosing 2 dresses a nice . sales lady named Maritza kindly took them off my hands and started a changeroom. She then checked to see how they fit. I told her I would be looking for others, but she took it upon herself to find 4 other dresses for me to try I ended up buying one that she chose and am very happy. I will be shopping there again. Thank you!

This past Sunday I went to get a dress for my convocation ceremony and before coming in I had been at the mall for four hours searching for the perfect dress. When I went into Laura, I was met with Sydney who was hands down one of the best associates I’ve ever had the pleasure of receiving help from. She helped me find the perfect dress, set me up in a private fitting area, and was attentive and kind. She made the experience extremely special and I have never been happier with a retail experience. I believe Sydney genuinely cares for guests who come in and I know that this location will be my go-to for any special occasion. Thank you Sydney for making my experience perfect!

I am not sure if we just received the staff on a off day but they didn’t seem bothered to help my sister and I. She was shopping for a gown for a special occasion and they made it seem like a chore to help her find a size. I knew my sister would be in between sizes so I asked if they had any other sizes in the back. The lady said she could order it in if it didn’t fit. I told her it was time sensitive. My sister wanted to try on two dresses, she started with the blue dress which was a size 6 and ended up being too big. They had one of the dresses in the window on the mannequin. They suggested if she needed she could try the one in the window. Now comes the time to try the one in the window, I am greeted by two reluctant staff members who are trying to explain to me that “we don’t have the blue one in a 4” but “we have the other one in the window in a 4”. I replied I thought that’s what she was going to do try the one in the window. Another staff memeber says “just get her to try on the 2, so you don’t have to undress the window for nothing”. I told them to just to forget it! We were not greeted on the way out, and why would we be. Clearly we were not welcome in the store to begin with. Thanks for nothing! We took our business else where, Melanie Lynne where they were glad to help us. All smiles, made us feel welcome and even suggested alternative styles!

Terrible customer service. My sister was yelled at because she wanted to do a simple return. It's not the customer's fault if the system makes it hard to make returns. To make things worse, the manager was also part of the problem. Terrible attitude. Bullying someone because they're younger than you is petty. Shame on you.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Olha has been helping me with my wardrobe, professional and casual for years. I rarely shop anywhere else.

Everything about the store is young and white. Laura, the average Canadian woman is neither young nor white. You need far more diversity in your ads in particular.

Many of the reviews on here are reviews about the Laura Secord chocolate/ ice cream store. I am actually giving a review about the women’s clothing store (Laura Petite) at Bayshore. Went in today specifically at Bayshore because I did pre-shopping online and had selected 2 navy blue dresses for my mother’s funeral. Laura website said they were both available at this location. I was never able to get assistance. The woman at the cash register ignored me. At which point another employee came around the cash and asked me if I needed something. I explained to him that I came in to see 2 dresses and showed him the screenshots. He asked the other women to help me. She pretended to go to the computer. As soon as he walked away she told me she had “things” to do (sealing an envelope). I figured I could search the store myself. I had pretty much finished going through the store when another employee asked me if I needed to try something (I had nothing in my hands) and so I showed her my screenshots of the 2 dresses. She said she didn’t know if they had them even if it said they were available. I asked if it would be possible to look in the system and she boldly answered “no, we don’t do that”! I decided to just get out and stop wasting my time. The staff very obviously don’t wish to be working there, or at all.

Thank you Olga for your great advice and help that enabled me to find that perfect outfit for my nephew's wedding! I appreciated your honest opinions! I received lots of compliments and I felt so good in my new outfit!

Worst Lara ever. Went there with my best friend who is a little bit bigger then me. We we trying on « petite » dresses. Mine fit(size 8). my best friend kindly asked for the next size up (12) the rude employee (a middle age Hispanic woman) looks at her up and down and says « we don’t carry nothing for your size here » my best friend, sad and hurt that her prom dress shopping experience was ruined. Took the dress off told her to be nicer to people and left crying. We then went to another Lara where a lady was kind enough just to tell us that the size we were looking for were sold out since the dress was a last season. Do better. It ruined our days and experience. She ended up getting a dress at another company.

I shop as often as I can at Laura, and find the staff are friendly and very efficient, always trying to help if need be, and make my shopping experience a very pleasant one, and look forward to my next visit. I love everything the store offers, and find it hard to pick one particular item because everything is so very special. Thank you for having such a wonderful and varied array of clothing to choose from.
