I felt like I was the only customer they had even though I saw how busy they are. Rafael went so far above and beyond, I felt like I was always his number one concern, even though he was booked solid with other clients. He always took the time and had so much patience working with me to make sure that I was able to get the best possible results from my treatment. It's so rare in health care to find a business like this, that truly cares about their customers and always put your needs first. Fabulous!

i go to the hazeldean location they tell me come back tomorrow well have what you need then drove a hour to and from kemptville and they rented the chair to someone else unprofessional avoid these ppl they must be off in the head cause now my aunt is suffering cause of there incompetence on top of which i go back in there and they have chairs i could maybe have rented but they keep the batteries for them at other locations i cant even make this stuff up im blown away at how anyone gets anything done with this company ... waited a hour the 14 year old kids working at macdonalds have more sense im so disappointed

This place is top notch. I dealt with Rafael and Kerry who were amazing. They walked me through the whole sleep test to CPAP process and constantly followed up to see how therapy was working the whole time. Every single question was answered and concern addressed. Everyone is friendly and helpful and responsive. I am so glad I went here for my sleep issue. I highly recommend !!

Just a quick note to say a sincere thanks to Capital Home and in particular Kerry-Lee. I am a veteran and Kerry stuck with me through all the hoops forced by VAC to ensure that I got the equipment I needed and that I was fully informed on how to use it. Kerry was kind, friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable and she went out of her way to navigate the bureaucratic requirements of Veterans Affairs. I find the location in Hazeldean Mall to be convenient and all of the staff there were friendly and helpful. I cant say enough positive about my experience and in particular Kerry's knowledge and assistance.

Excellent service, referred my wife here for her sleep test because we didn’t want to wait months for the sleep lab. I'm not sure how to leave a review in indeed but I figured Google would get more reviews. I was invited twice to interview with this company via Google meet. The first time no one showed up so I messaged them and they said they had a work emergency..fine..they left me waiting in lobby. So they asked me to reschedule. So I did. Guess what. No one showed for that one either. It would be a courtesy to let one know if they can't make it so I'm not wasting my time when I could've been doing something else.

Capital Home (Rafael Mendonca) was excellent. They supported me not only in getting a new CPAP faster but with the insurance issues and filling out the ADP form. I always got my questions answered quickly and, if necessary, I could easily get an appointment for a meeting in person. I definitely recommend them if you need to rent a CPAP or purchase a new one.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Had an issue with CPAP mask fitting on first try after a few days with leaks. Staff were very helpful and resolved it immediately giving me several options. Would recommend without hesitation. Have received my new CPAP machine shortly after my trial.

I was very impressed with the customer service and knowledge of the team there. I thought their selection was great. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of home medical equipment.

So I did my sleep lab at the royal Ottawa under supervision of Dr Elliot Lee, whom I can't say enough amazing things about, but I digress. I registered at a whopping 57.5 apneas an hour according to the AHI index. So I contacted capital home medical, they have several locations but the one I went to was the 267 O'Connor location. And my sleep coordinator if you will; Rafael. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING GUY. not only did he get the paperwork for government funds and everything done in record time, and literally had me fitted and my own personal machine a couple days later (funds came in on Friday) He knew the system in and out to get as much funding and as much coverage by ODSP as possible. Not only did I bypass having to do a month loaner on a used machine, and been given my own machine immediately, he got my CPAP cleaning supplies and my distilled water covered for the year so I have no out of pocket costs. That and he's a very kind friendly sociable person who truly cares about his position and his clients. I truly believe I'm in good hands. And that's a HUGE weight off my shoulders. If anyone is low income or on government disability and have OSA. Please for your own well being get it treated, and of course call up Rafael at capital Home. You won't find anyone better! Cheers!!!

I was on the never ending list to be retested as my current Cpap was out of date and not working properly .I contacted Rafael in there office . I had a home sleep test done and a new Cpap machine within a week. You can’t beat the service and the customer after care, will definitely refer anyone to them.

I've been here many times. Staff are great and really helpful. Product range is great and very well priced.

Very disappointed. My Dad is almost 100 and I brought his walker in to be repaired on Saturday. I was told the technician was away that day and they would have a look at it Monday. I called Wednesday after no word and they said they had taken it apart on Monday and would need to order a part (which they hadn't done yet!) I said I'd pick it up now. We took it somewhere else, they had a look at it and tweeked the cables; it's fixed! Terrible service.

Decent selection of masks and units. Their prices are insane. ResMed Masks selling for 50% markup compared to competitor brick and mortar retailers in the area and double the price that you can get online. I would question the ethicality of the pricing especially if work benefits or govt. health benefits/bursaries are covering the cost of a majority of it. EDIT: Took a star away because the canned response to their price gouging. 100% Markup on an f20 cushion? 300% on an f20 facemask? And no delivery? People just buy it from Amazon. The staff are amazing but their prices are outright a rip off of people who don't know better or don't have the know how to shop online.

Staff very knowledgeable and service was fantastic! Originally helped us get wheelchair and oxygenator for elderly mother and in that process we discussed my sleep apnea and set me up with a sleep test and a CPAP machine which has dramatically lowered my A1C glucose level. Still being monitored to ensure levels are good and CPAP is still working for me thank you Rafael and staff of Capitol Home Medical Equipment have and will continue recommending your services.

Capital Home assisted me with my trial of a CPAP machine, provided instructions on how to use the machine and properly wear each type of masks. I highly recommend them as they are able to get machines while other companies are suffering from back orders.

They did a lot of running for my uncle and never charged him once for all the time they ran to bring him the stuff he need. except for once when he needed his wheel chair at hospital.This is very good service.Thank you

I tried to get a quote for a wheelchair for my disabled daughter. One salesman, Frank, managed TWICE to mess up my email address, so I had to keep calling back. After a week of effort, I was told that they can't provide a quote without seeing my daughter, despite her already having been assessed and knowing what she needed in a wheelchair. This was a colossal waste of my time. Had they just told me that at the outset, I could have saved myself a lot of effort. This company seems to be supremely incompetent and I would avoid them at all costs.

I have been ordering products for my dad from here for over 6 years and have always recieved excellent customer service. They are alway quick and responsive.
