After
coming
here
for
~4
years
I’ve
got
to
say
this
place
has
gotten
the
worst
management
ever
now.
If
their
goal
is
to
scam
people,
have
double-faced
customer
service,
and
honestly
losing
members
left
and
right,
they’re
doing
great.
Understandably,
the
employees
are
scared,
they
now
need
to
double
check
everything
with
the
manager,
and
you
can
just
tell
they’ve
given
their
power
away.
The
employees
are
fine,
they’re
doing
what
they
are
told.
The
manager
Daniel
unfortunately
seems
to
abuse
of
his
power,
always
refers
to
the
policy,
and
has
no
empathy.
In
short,
what
they’re
doing
is
gaining
$20
to
lose
a
member
who
would’ve
come
back
and
paid
for
another
year
had
many
situations
not
gone
so
sour.
It
took
us
40
minutes
to
cancel
our
membership
in
person,
and
that
was
really
the
last
straw
that
broke
the
camel’s
back.
A
few
bad
experiences
we’ve
had
additionally:
-
the
person
who
referred
me
never
got
their
referral
bonus,
-
I
also
never
got
my
referral
bonus
from
referring
a
friend,
-
A
personal
trainer
that
I
was
genuinely
interested
in
working
with
treated
a
free
assessment
with
little
to
no
importance
to
them,
-
I
had
a
day
pass
for
a
friend
who
wanted
to
try
out
gyms
as
they
recently
moved
here,
turns
out
you
can’t
use
them
anymore
and
now
they
charge
$26
for
a
day
pass...
So
really
they
lost
out
on
someone
paying
a
year
of
membership
for
the
sake
of
gaining
$26
(see
a
reoccurring
theme
here?)
Anyways,
be
warned,
this
gym
is
not
what
it
used
to
be.
Most
of
the
staff
is
super
nice,
but
you
can
tell
they’re
not
their
true
self
anymore
due
to
the
manager.
I’ve
attached
my
previous
review
to
this
one,
just
so
you
can
see
what
a
contrast
a
single
management
team
member
can
do.
He’s
really
ruined
our
experience
(mine
and
many
friends
who
attended
the
club
who
have
since
cancelled
their
membership
as
well)
Farewell
Movati,
you’ve
got
a
hefty
amount
of
competition.
