    We have always loved going to this store as a family ..spend lots of money in this store ...everybody has always been so nice and helpful but when we went Sunday the cashier we had was rude from the moment we got to her cash and it all went downhill from there! She was very unprofessional with a big attitude! We went to Westboro and it was such a different vibe in there! We are forever going to the Westboro store now as they were all super amazing!!

    Terrible customer service. I left feeling absolutely humiliated. I came in to pick-up my hemmed leggings on May 11 at around 5 pm. They couldn’t find my order and after waiting 15-20 minutes someone comes to me telling me that their system says I had picked them up. Which I obviously hadn’t. The guy who was “assisting“ me made me feel like me coming in was part of my plot to get a free pair of leggings. After being told I’m being given “the benefit of the doubt“ I was given a pair of flares as a replacement. I told him that they were not the same pants and showed him my email as proof. He essentially said he didn’t care and that his manager told him to give them to me and that if I didn’t want them he’ll just take them back. I told him I didn’t appreciate how I was being treated and that I just wanted MY pants. Finally he tells me to go get them off the floor stock. Only to then find out (to everyone’s surprise but mine) that he found my leggings and that the reason they couldn’t find my order was because they misspelled my name. *Suddenly* his whole tone of voice and demeanour changed. Don’t shop here.

    The worst service in town. They never answer the phone while they have 6 staff member working. Lululemon used to have great customer service but not anymore.

    I am a faithful customer of lululemon. I wear their clothes for working out and running errands. I purchased a pair of align pants and the stitching was funny in the waist but it wasn’t falling apart. I wash delicate and hang. Stitching started coming apart so I hear they stand by their product. I attempt to go through online and it was a nightmare. I finally get a person and they take all my info and photo to say someone will contact me in 5 days. It’s been well over in business days. I go into store which is what I was trying to avoid and say can I just exchange they are recent stock ALIGN pants. I tell the staff of my horrible customer service and she states I’ve been hearing that a lot. Uhm ok? No I’m sorry. Let’s see your pants. I show her and she tells me it’s a repair only. So now I have to come back into store? You can’t just exchange them. Standard black pant. How is this customer service? Online is a nightmare and I never hear back. In store doesn’t apologize and I’m forced to go in again to pick them up. Which I’m not sure how they will look like they weren’t stitched up improperly. I’m actually extremely disappointed for the first time ever in lululemon.

    UGH!!! The worst customer service ever happened to me at the BAYSHORE location. The girl worked at CSR is RUDE and LOUD and clearly talk to every customer with an attitude. Then when I requested talked to the store manager. She walked to the back and came out asked the other CSR next to her at all time! The guy name is NABIL who wear a wrinkle white tshirt looked like he came to work with hung over refused to my requested too. When I asked talk to his manager he went back to the office and came out said he is the manager. What a ridiculous move! They all don't have a name tag on. Clearly they know they gonna get a lot of complaints. I'm always been a loyal customer to lululemon for years and years and most of my off work clothes are from Lulu. I like the product and quality but clearly their store staffs don't have the same high standards and value align with the brand. And they have the attitude that they just work for money and don't care about the brand and the customers. SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE TODAY!!! I'm definitely refusing to walk into the store in Bayshore Ottawa location anymore!!!! And I'm hesitate to shop again from lululemon. Since there is other similar brands like sweaty Betty. Really good brand. You can only shop online from Canada and they have good customer service! Really hope Lulu can do a better job here! Otherwise just losing loyal customers or YOU DON'T CARE!!!

    Staff are great here and the quality of the clothing is good. I think it's a little expensive, you are paying for the name. It's worth checking out and seeing if you think it's worth while.

    This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received from a Lululemon location. I was told by the customer associate that the barely worn pair of pants that had clear product defect was not their fault and accused me of washing the pants with white towels, which I do not even own. Furthermore, they couldn't even load the profile that was used to purchase the pants and continued to say that the manufacture default was my fault. Horrible service. I would recommend going to another location. If I could, I would give this location negative stars.

    I'm not sure what happened to this store! I used to have such good experiences with the customer service here, but with my last visit the staff all stood together in two groups chatting while customers came in and out. We had to interrupt their conversations about weekend plans to get service and they made it seem like our questions were a nuisance. The store was kept very tidy. The legging selection is much more limited now though - almost all Align leggings.

    I am not one to pay 52.00 plus tax for a simple pair of knitted gloves, even if they are lululemon... So, I did the next best thing and had my daughter purchase them for my birthday approx. 5 years ago and I loved them! Great fit, great look and for a knitted pair of gloves they did the job most of the winter. Fast forward 5 years and denied one attempt at acquiring a replacement pair in the GTA, a lovely young lady named Brooke did not hesitate to confirm lululemon's policy. Within seconds I was searching for a replacement and I am now sporting a new pair of knitted gloves. The photo below was taken at -37 degree whether with my old pair, looking forward to the next cold day, ok so that is not true.... 59 days until spring! Thank you kindly Brooke for the great service....

    I returned a pair of pants at this location that I bought online. I never received my money back. Currently in a battle with lululemon to try and get my money back, however, they are also being very difficult to deal with. Used to love lululemon but wont be shopping there anymore.

    Worst customer experience i have recieved in a long time. I work in the customer service industry as well, and just a small tip; don’t talk down or be confrontational and hostile to customers. It makes them uncomfortable. Even if you think a customer is somehow making you “look bad” or putting you in an “awkward position”, I promise you a 1 star review and a bad review to upper management makes you look worse.

    Extremely bad, horrible, terrible customer services. I went for a return and they refused to do it, even though one of their staffs had promised to do it. The CSR I dealt with first claimed to be the manager of the store. She refused to take return/replace or help any way. She just told me to sell it off online!!! Upon further questioning another CSR arrived to solve the matter. Made me wait 15-20 minutes and came back to let me know that they can't do anything and the person I dealt with wasn't the manager, there was a 'MISCOMMUNICATION'. I asked for the name of the CSR because she basically lied/pretended to be the manager and I wanted to file a complaint against her. He refused to give her name, neither did he let me talk to the store manager! Ridiculous people working here. No comments about the products. Won't be buying again for sure. Amazon has all the dupes anyway!

    Mimi was super helpful when I went to Lulu, especially since it was my first time. It was like having a personal shopper. She explained the different bras according to what I was looking for, found some online and brought some to my change room. She even started me an online cart for the items I couldn't find in store. Josh was also very helpful at the cash and to help me find the perfect mat. I'm very excited to try the stuff out and extremely pleased with the service I received!

    I need to highlight the staff here. I been back a few times to purchase and get things hemmed. Taylor, Paige, Jamie, Erika and Josh amazing customer service. They always recommended products or find items that were out of stock. Since I'm short finding pants that sit right and does not slide or crinkle at the ankles has been hard. Taylor is the most patient and honest when it came down to finding what works best for me and my life style. Definitely coming back since the quality of their products speaks for itself.

    Very bad customer service and unprofessional. After I bought $140 leggings which is falling down the first day I ware it they said they can't change it and they are sorry about the situation. Which is they were faking it. My sister and I are shop that store for very long time and we will never go back there.

    I have to take some to recognize Joy at Lululemon Bayshore. She was so helpful as I had a defective product and she made it so simple and easy to resolve the issue. Often as consumers we are prepared to the worse and Joy just made my experience phenomenal. Thank you for having amazing staff like Joy! Happy Holidaus!!

    It was a surprise to see no line up in front of Lululemon store at Bayshore mall. They did a good stuff by making our ladies bottom shapes looks more real and attractive (unless a see-through fiasco sometime before that was not so bad in reality :) ).

    Bought a pair of leggings less than a year ago. Ripped above the knee within the first 5 months. Called lulu at bayshore and they said it was a "user error" because it didn't rip at a seam. These became my stay at home pair and they just ripped again... ? Amazing leggings, unfortunately these aren't worth the money.

    I brought back a pair of my wife's pants with the tags still on them past the return deadline because they had dark lines in fabric. Sarah reassured me but they were strictly creases & would come out with a little bit of wear and a couple of washes. She showed me another pair in-store having similar lines and offered to take the pants back in the future if the lines would not wash out. She even spoke to my wife by phone to explain the situation. She was very courteous and helpful. We will be back!

    Not sure what her name was but the girl at the change room is probably yourbest employee... today I walked in looking for a surge warm full zip jacket the one girl told me if it’s not on the sale rack it’s gone and not in the store but the website was saying there was one in stock I tried a pair of pants and decided to just ask the girl who attended me at the changing area about the jacket she searched for it and later ended up asking if she wanted me for her to go look for it in the back I told her it was alright she still insisted she wanted to go check so I agreed and about 3 mins later she came out with the last one... I usually don’t do reviews but your one employee def made me a happy customer thank you

    I don’t even know where to start. I’ve tried to spend a Bayshore gift card here 5 times, and never once been asked if I need help. I’ve tried asking, the employees avoid eye contact at all cost it seems. Even when I try to look lost and like I need help, nothing. The store is so disorganized and the legging section is lacking in all sizes and generic colours, hello where are the black leggings? Other lulu locations have phenomenal customer service, I dont understand why this one is so bad.

    My girlfriend went in stores today to possibly exange an old pair of Lululemon leggings. Once she arrived to talk to an employee she politely asked if she could return her old pair of leggings (they were damaged and old). The employee responded very rudely. My girlfriend was very shocked because we usually have amazing service from the employees at Bayshore Lululemon. Very disappointed.
