UGH!!!
The
worst
customer
service
ever
happened
to
me
at
the
BAYSHORE
location.
The
girl
worked
at
CSR
is
RUDE
and
LOUD
and
clearly
talk
to
every
customer
with
an
attitude.
Then
when
I
requested
talked
to
the
store
manager.
She
walked
to
the
back
and
came
out
asked
the
other
CSR
next
to
her
at
all
time!
The
guy
name
is
NABIL
who
wear
a
wrinkle
white
tshirt
looked
like
he
came
to
work
with
hung
over
refused
to
my
requested
too.
When
I
asked
talk
to
his
manager
he
went
back
to
the
office
and
came
out
said
he
is
the
manager.
What
a
ridiculous
move!
They
all
don't
have
a
name
tag
on.
Clearly
they
know
they
gonna
get
a
lot
of
complaints.
I'm
always
been
a
loyal
customer
to
lululemon
for
years
and
years
and
most
of
my
off
work
clothes
are
from
Lulu.
I
like
the
product
and
quality
but
clearly
their
store
staffs
don't
have
the
same
high
standards
and
value
align
with
the
brand.
And
they
have
the
attitude
that
they
just
work
for
money
and
don't
care
about
the
brand
and
the
customers.
SUCH
A
BAD
EXPERIENCE
TODAY!!!
I'm
definitely
refusing
to
walk
into
the
store
in
Bayshore
Ottawa
location
anymore!!!!
And
I'm
hesitate
to
shop
again
from
lululemon.
Since
there
is
other
similar
brands
like
sweaty
Betty.
Really
good
brand.
You
can
only
shop
online
from
Canada
and
they
have
good
customer
service!
Really
hope
Lulu
can
do
a
better
job
here!
Otherwise
just
losing
loyal
customers
or
YOU
DON'T
CARE!!!
