If you're getting your vaccine at the Curling Rink portion, they ask that you stay in your car until the loudspeaker calls your appointment time. The speaker actually provides a decent reproduction of a human voice and should generally be understandable for most. The rest of the process is very smooth with many people to guide you and lots of space. They ask that you have your appointment confirmation at the door to ensure you are at the correct location and they use your health card three times during the visit. Check in, for the shot and then to check out after the 15 minute wait time. I assume the process is similar for the other site at the sportsplex.

Great place for a swim and food is good but impossible to book a spot for the pool (Covid-19 restrictions) because nobody answers the phone or emails. Called five times in one day - no answer. Again the next day. Staff tries their best but it seems like the majority of them don’t know what they’re doing or what’s going on.

diverse range of sport options, such as indoor/outdoor tennis courts, volleyball and ball hockey courts. Customer service is lacking, and often non responsive.

COVID vaccination review: great system that is organized and efficient. Each staff member has a single task which makes the process very fast. Instructions are provided at every door you pass through and staff are consistently wiping down seats after every person. Friendly people, distanced well, not overcrowded and was in and out in less than half an hour.

Great facility in our city for so many sports, with plenty of parking. Baseball games, football practice and soccer games played, despite the cool weather. Nice paths for a stroll nearby. And that's only the outdoor possibilities. Latest rain had no affect on conditions. Looking forward to warm summer nights in the stands.

The hiking trail at the back of Nepean Sportsplex is awesome! It is a all-season trail and you can bring pets during summer-fall time. The football field is nice.

Ice needs some help... it's always too soft or super puddley. They need to use less water went cleaning the ice for games and such. Other wise the facility is great! Clean and well kept. The skate shop out front is the best in ottawa.overall Good facility. Accessibility is well rounded.

No way to get anyone over the phone, no answer to my emails and when I went there to book a time slot for the pool, I was answered that it was not possible. How is it possible to swim there ??? It's a pity because the place and the pool are very pleasant.

I love going swimming at the minivan sportsplex because of the high platforms to jump from. It gets my heart racing in a good way. Very fun if you want to take the whole family I would recommend this to anybody who wants to have a great time!

What is unacceptable in this day and age is that such a great public space for sports is essentially only accessible by car. Public transport is too slow and infrequent and by bike difficult for kids from downtown - it's an extra training session let alone a long ride! Ottawa needs to get its act together and improve the micro mobility in the city or these places will become deserts as transport choices will change. Right now we are making arrogant and selfish decisions based on ego-primacy. Ottawa needs to change if it wants to stay relevant.

Great facility with rinks, curling, and a major swimming facility indoors and a football/soccer field and baseball diamond outdoors. Ample parking out back. Parking can be challenging when all facilities are used. Parking out front can be problematic.

Nice overall complex. Mainly bought a pass for the weight room. Machines are pretty old and out of date. Overall the weight room is quite small in comparison to the size of the building but it does the trick. And is very lightly populated

This is my favorite of all the city pools. The staff here are relaxed and friendly, the lifegaurds attentive without being militant. The pools are clean and I love that the one pool is a bit warmer which is nice for the kids.

The rinks at this arena are always in such good shape, and the complex, while a bit of a maze to get around, seems to be pretty well-maintained and has anything you'd realistically need at a sports complex.

The RSC is my home away from home, and in the summer I play so much tennis there my wife and I might actually spend more time there than at home! It's a wonderful place to play tennis. The restaurant is fantastic and service is top notch. The RSC has more to offer than just tennis, including yoga, indoor hard court sports (e.g., volleyball, basketball, etc.) outdoor beach volleyball, fitness classes, and summer swimming. They also have a nice fitness facility with machines. The tennis is amazing. Four year-round indoor hard courts and seven summer outdoor clay courts. It's a gem in Ottawa!

This is a very clean nice establishment that has a bar inside it and room for a dance floor as well. There is very limited parking in the area around this establishment which is the only reason why I don't give it a very high rating.

Went there for the PopX convention as a vendor. Was located in the arena and we had a good time. The only thing is that it was scorching hot in there, temperature was 35 that day! As for the building itself, I couldn’t really explore much since I needed to be at my booth but it seemed in alright shape. Some parts were under construction but in general, was nice. After the con, many people seemed to be outside to play so it’s a popular family spot definitely! The place didn’t smell bad or anything, was very clean too. Was glad to see that they had those automatic water bottle filling up stations!

Went to a wedding there, the hall was nice... catering was kinda rough. The bar was lacking in options and there was no debit, the ATM right outside was broken as well, had to leave the venue to find a bank...

Great facility, just about everything in sports you can play here. Has three hockey rinks, which I was there for. They are doing some remodeling construction inside, which closed the front entrance for now. Anyways I give it a thumbs up, very well maintained and clean

  • 2/5 Sally T. 1 year ago on Google
Pretty sure I've rated already. Was here for Gem/Jewelry show. Too many doors without push plates, too many entrances into the building and too many stairs to easily navigate using a mobility device. The show itself needed more GOOD signage and to be spread over more days. Too crowded to see things.

  • 4/5 Anna G. 1 year ago on Google
Quite clean plaxe, lots of facilities, I was there in pools, group classes and at the ice rink. Needs some renovations but it's still in a good condition. The only disadvantage is that because of its size there are many entrances and two big parking lots from different sides of the building , takes time to find the one you need at the first time .

  • 2/5 Peter S. 1 year ago on Google
It's not the place I am reviewing but the event. Went to a Christmas craft market here and wasted time and money. $5 for seniors and $7 regular entrance fee. They should have paid us to go in. There was maybe one booth that was unique. The rest were candles, wood products and things that you can buy at the many free craft markets around the city. Don't bother.

  • 4/5 smallplastic h. 1 year ago on Google
This sports and event arena is spacious, well kept, and very well lit! The staff are super helpful. However, the place is sprawling!! It's very easy to get turned around inside the center. If you're hosting an event here signage will be key!

  • 3/5 Sarah M. 1 year ago on Google
Might be better after construction is done but parking is horrendous on the pool side of the building and having to walk my kid through the sports side is just awfully far and smells terrible obviously. Unnecessary when we just need to be by the pool. Unfortunate cause the swimming instructors are awesome and my kid loves going.

The Easter farmer's market was amazing, aka picture . Prices were through it, and the special guests were a hit !! Revlon sale was so dope over the Easter weekend . It's definitely a wicked spot to investigate. Never know what's going on ! :)

This has just about anything a community sports complex can ask for. If you are not into sports, it also boasts large conference rooms and on-site catering.

Great facility. Don't undertsand how you have three rinks fully booked and a pool open and no concessions available.
