We
just
got
a
new
puppy
and
we've
needed
supplies
for
him.
In
the
past
5
days
we've
been
to
the
store
3
times
for
various
purchases
that
we
realized
were
needed.
Each
time
the
staff
have
been
abrasive,
impatient,
unaccommodating
and
unhelpful.
We've
spent
over
$350
in
the
past
6
days
but
we've
had
enough
of
the
unpleasant
staff.
Today,
May
28,
11:20am,
we
went
to
get
a
small
KONG
and
a
few
other
items
for
teething
needs.
The
clerk
didn't
give
us
a
chance
to
look
inside
the
bag
at
the
products
we
had
purchased
before
shutting
the
door.
When
we
looked
inside,
the
kong
was
pink.
We
knocked
and
waited
5
minutes
for
the
clerk
to
return
and
we
politely
asked
if
we
could
exchange
the
pink
one
for
a
different
colour
as
our
puppy
is
a
boy.
Her
response
was
"NO
RETURNS"
and
we
said
"I
just
bought
it"
and
she
replied,
"YOU
GET
WHAT
YOU
GET"
and
turned
and
shut
the
door.
This
isn't
a
new
attitude
from
the
various
staff,
we've
experienced
it
before,
but
kept
giving
the
benefit
of
the
doubt
that
someone
was
simply
having
a
bad
day
-
but
enough
is
enough.
I
have
three
cats
and
a
new
puppy
and
I
will
NEVER
SPEND
ANOTHER
CENT
in
this
store.
If
I
could
give
a
negative
stars,
that's
what
I
would
post,
but
the
minimum
is
1.
