Good staff and things were neatly located in all the aisles. Lot of variety of things at cheaper price.

Service was exceptional. The customer service was very responsive to my needs. My card didn’t work and the employee was very understanding and let me hop (recent back surgery with a cane) to my truck to pick up my wallet to get the actual card because my tap didn’t work. She kept her cool and was extremely kind. ;)

This Dollarama location is one of my favourite. The store is clean and organized, the stuff is friendly and helpful.

Found some coconut cookies that my son loves and WM store no longer had stock

MASKLESS employee wandering through this store amidst customers and cashing them out on the afternoon of Thursday, September 16th. Claimed asthma when questioned. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE DURING A PANDEMIC. Try wearing a face shield then - the store even sells them!! [Employee appeared to be a caucasian male; did not request their preferred pronouns].

This store seems a little smaller with less items than most other Dollarama's. However, the staff here is friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking here for sure. Good location as there are other shops nearby, including Walmart.

Well I've got those mettins for my daughter. It worth 4$. It's not that outstanding quality but I get it since it was end of season and most of the brands are out of mettins and they are putting all the winter collection into clearance. Dollarama is a place where you can find most anything you want for a lower price. And the good about it, you just get in and out in 10 minutes finding what you are looking for.

Its a nice, clean & well maintained place with helpful & kind associates. You can find almost all home accessories, crafts, toys, utensils, etc in the store & the max price is just $5 with a good quality. 🤘🏻

The place to go if you want cheap but don't care about quality. Prices have increased somewhat on many items but there are still good deals to be had.

Line up was huge and there was no one manning the cash. Once they realized there was a problem they did react quickly.

Bit crowded to find items

Went in the other day to grab a few things. One cashier was busy with an older lady that had alot of items. She asked for help as the line was growing but it seemed to take forever for someone to come help. When the second cashier came up she sounded rough and uncaring wanting to know if we needed bags or she couldn't help us. She had little to no care when each person went up and seemed like she just wanted us gone. Needs better customer service training.

Good prices but not always good quality. But you simply get what you pay for. Good for chocolates and things that you don't need to last long.

Shelves at the cash should be moved around so customers can social distance at the cash and not need to get within an inch of another customer to cash out. Such a easy solution they havent found months into a pandemic... wont be back during covid.

Our go-to Dollarama, this is the nicest location we've been to. Great attention to detail, it's clear there's a lot of passion behind the scene. Also, very helpful and friendly staff. JD

I bought some plastic containers from Dollarama and later on I found the same size plastic containers with better quality but the same price at Costco...

Only comment on Dollarama as a whole and not particularly this store, it would be better if employees wore some sort of name badge or identifier that they are Dollarama employees. Always difficult to know who to ask for help. Luckily the staff at this location are very friendly and helpful:)

The Dollarama on Fernbank Rd was FULL of people on Nov.15/20. NO social distancing even though the store was packed.We are in a state of emergency. Reckless and careless. Profit vs Health I did file a report with City of Ottawa.

I have been to this location many times and receive mostly great customer service.. Debbie the manager goes out of her way to insure customer satisfaction. She went above and beyond to climb the latter searching for a specific product I was hoping to find. It is very refreshing to see such amazing customer service in today’s society.

I had the worst experience today between 4 and 5. As I entered the store with my nieces and nephews, a store employee kept staring at me. My nephew reached for something on the top shelf in the aisle in front of the cash register. The same employee yelled at him to get off the shelf, telling him that he could not stand on the shelf and said: Now you got me mad. Then I realized that she left the cash, and someone stood in her place and followed me around constantly, whereas if I were to steal something, she also yelled at my other nephew because he put a product in a different place. Then, when all of that wasn't enough to make me think twice about my visit, the employee came to me and said: "you have been in the store for half an hour, kids are screaming and creating a mess, so I have to ask you to leave. " I left everything I was planning to buy and when I went to ask her what her name was.
