Super fun environment! I am a vegetarian. So, its very hard for me to eat anything at such bar and grill place. But, Moxie’s have such a wonderful vegetarian menu section, where I ordered nachos, burger, tortillas. I loved the food.Must try Nachos!! Super delicious and enough for 2-3 people. Also, loved the drinks and ambience!

BEST food. Peppercorn new York steak is amazing, calamari is so good! The white chocolate brownies is to die for! If you haven't had this combo go have it. Amazing food I had a great server by the name of "Baxter", funny and very welcoming. Amazing food at this location. Great chefs!

Pleasant atmosphere, clean and good costumer service. Must say out of all the items we ordered our favorite was the calamari. The wait staff is very friendly but I did find that if you’re not drinking alcohol the refills don’t come as fast.

Excellent food for the price and our food service associate was snarky and funny, +1 for that. Nice and chill place for friends and family, check it out.

Birthday dinner, I had the tuna stack and poke bowl. Both were good. Poke bowl was more like a salad than traditional poke bowls. Partner had a rib eye steak said it was cooked perfectly. Servers were attentive and great. I'm the artist of the Diana Ross painting by the front:) was a good time !

An upmarket chain restaurant that is a well known gem in the heart of Kanata. Who doesnt sometimes want to be guaranteed a delightful experience with friends or partners at a professionally run establishment for a great evening out? The great thing about Moxies in Kanata is its well run management. If you are unhappy with a meal they will happily exchange it at no cost and dutifully dote on your table to ensure you are pleased with the service. It is difficult to find restaurants that so reliably provide a consistent service in this day and age. The food is also mostly excellent and very easy to please any crowd. There is a reason Moxies is so popular in Kanata and if you havent been then you have certainly missed out. Its a well known among the locals and frequently frequented for business lunches due to its consistency, fair pricing and convenient location. Everyone should try it at least once. I have certainly dined at worse and it is a refreshing experience to be reminded there are still some well run locations about. 5/5 in its class.

Food was good. And jealous of the environment of the bar as I looked over and saw my server and manager/ other staff with a drink in front of them...even though my server wasn't drinking till after then they took the bill...It was nice to see them having fun.

Went for the first time with family arriving from the States. We were 7 and each ordered a different thing and we were all extrmely happy with our dish. Dishes were nicely presented too. definitely recommend. and the place is neat and spacious. We ordered chicken lettuce wrap, chicken with mango sauce, shrimp tacos, burgers and fettuccine alfredo.

First time in this restaurant, and I love it! Food is delicious, cozy place, great service. Will come here again for sure!

Visited this Moxie’s in late August and it was excellent! Staff was super attentive and the patio was really clean and great. Had a very lovely lunch here.

We had 2 drinks, chicken wings, sirloin steak with peppercorn ranch sauce and the shrimp curry laska. Overall satisfied, nothing worrying. The ambience was good and very clean. Polite customer service. I wouldn't say the steak was the best but it was okish for the price. Everything else was satisfactory!

I like Moxies. And, I really want to continue to like them. But, food quality seems to be slipping and the cost rising! It has become so expensive to have a lunch or dinner there. Staff have always been very good, service inside the acceptable limits and the atmosphere has been terrific. I just cant justify the cost of the food for what is being served. Brutal “Cobb Salad” without blue cheese dressing or crumbles. Never again would I order that item. I hope they can do better. 🙏

Very friendly staff, good choice of drinks and correct prices, around 35 CAD for a bottle of wine that I shared with other 3 people and a gin tonic. The kind of atmosphere is not my favorite for hanging out (modern, located in a parking lot) but the place could be a good option for watching a sport match (plenty of screens everywhere, even on the urinals, which I loved).

Went here with a couple of friends. We have visited this place earlier and tried Chipotle Mango chicken and the blackend shrimp tacos. It was good. This time We ordered Chicken nachos, sweet and spicy chicken wings, chicken Alfredo pasta and mile high mocha pie dessert. Quantity of nachos was good and it tasted great too. Just a little too oily. Chicken wings and pasta were average as it was not to our liking. The highlight of the dinner was the dessert. It was simply amazing. For those who enjoy the taste of mocha, it's a must try. Let me warn you of the quantity though. After the appetizers and main course, it was difficult for the 4 of us to finish it. We took our sweet time to finish it.

Great service and always delicious food!

We had dinner here on a recent Saturday evening and really enjoyed it. Loved the warm and cozy restaurant ambiance. Our server was Lindsay, and she was great. We shared the calamari to start, followed by the lemon herb salmon and red thai curry. For dessert we shared the sticky toffee pudding. Everything was delicious, and we look forward to a return visit soon!

We were really happy with the vegan tacos and vegan crispy tofu lettuce wraps. There were so many flavours! They were really fresh and super yummy. I also loved the regular potato and sweet potato fries. Our non-vegan friends were also very happy with their meals. Everything we ordered was good. We will definitely be back for more. I would order the same thing 😄. We also really liked our server Austin. He was very attentive and genuine. It was a great experience.

Great food before a movie, covid restrictions were in place but not intrusive, was a perfect place to dip my toe back into public life.

Steak was a bit cold and not seasoned. Though we were a large group. And they comped us for the steaks. Might go to Gloucester only. Other than that, good service and great people. Can't complain about that.

We had Dinner Friday June 19th. I ordered the Lemon Basil Salmon for the first time. This is my new FAVOURITE Dish. Usually I play safe with Steak but I wanted to try something new. I loved the sauce that was over everything!! Mouth Watering!!!

On “Beef Vandalo” plate the naan bread was the only thing that was warm but beef and rice was close to cold and that is the reason for three stars. However service was good. All they need to make sure that since the price is high the food quality needs to meet that expectations. Otherwise it’s a good restaurant to dine in.

They always take good care of us, whether it is for lunch or dinner. The food is varied and it is good. The service is excellent, the staff pay us attention without interrupting us. The food is chicken, beef and pork, salads, and pasta. The decor is pleasant and is designed to allow customers privacy. They also have an good drink and wine selection and they have a bar on the top floor.

It is a beautiful restaurant . Food is good and employees are nice and friendly. However the quality of food can not justify the price of food.

Tuna poke bowl and burgers were super amazing and the vibe was super incredible. We have been to a lot of places but Moxies has the best deals in terms of tequila and drink specials.

Great decor, heated entry, separate dining from the bar makes for a SUPER environment. The guacamole, tuna and calamari were fresh and tasty. Perfect after hour tapas and drinks. The white chocolate Brownie was amazing, simply indulgent. To top it off we had Zoe!!!

We’ve been eating at Moxie’s since 2020 and even during Covid the atmosphere was friendly it was inviting my daughter Sophia loves the salmon it’s her go to dish. We love Savannah her sister, the new management team it’s a great atmosphere. You have to try the steak with the mushroom cream sauce and the grilled asparagus it’s just so good you can eat for $100 you could eat for $500 the choice is up to you, the bathrooms are clean the tables are clean. Very tasty steak.

We ordered dinner for takeout last night after seeing the lights at Wesley Clover. It was ready in the 20 minutes as promised and brought out by a very friendly hostess. My beef vindaloo was quite spicy, which I loved and excellent presentation for takeout. My friend had the blackened chicken and fries. Great presentation also and he said it was typical, good pub food. We will definitely do it again.

I had the loaded cheeseburger and 2 local craft beer. Safety protocols were followed. Service was delightful. My friend had steak and frites. And Friday October 23 was very warm. So, it turned out to be a lifetime memory.

Nice atmosphere 😉. Big screens to watch sports on the bar side. They have daily specials for you to chose from, drinks and food. A bit higher priced bar food, but tasty. The staff is always friendly. A big plus is the clean, nice washrooms. There is nothing worse than using a dirty washroom at a restaurant.

All the hostesses are very kind and welcoming. Servers are energetic and very attentive as well! The Lounge is pretty modern and has beautiful decor/lighting. Food is pretty tasty, but be aware it is slightly expensive, so make sure you're in a good place financially before you go! Great place for dates, anniversaries, birthdays, or work gatherings :)
