    I loved working with Lydia online during the Covid-19 pandemic! She adapted her programs right away to provide a well-rounded practice for her followers. I had not worked with her before, and I quickly realized how beneficial practicing with her was for my mental and physical health. Her classes are fun, balanced, and super engaging!

    Lydia is a fantastic coach! She is caring and enthusiastic. Her workouts are always challenging, interesting and fun. Before I met Lydia, I felt like my general fitness level had plateaued. Since training together, I have achieved personal bests in strength and speed that I thought were out of reach!

    I have followed Lydia's workouts over the pandemic, her positive vibe and energy are inspiring and especially welcome during this difficult time. My endurance has increased, gained muscle definition, my body is grateful. I do want to thank Lydia for sharing her resources and knowledge for both body and mind.

    I wanted to take a second and just share how much I appreciate Lydia's company. Her workouts are bounded to 30 minutes, just enough time to feel wobbly but not enough to completely overwhelm me. Her instructions are clear and concise and she is attentive to any injuries or workarounds that might be needed. She trains a wide range of people in her noon hour class (now done via Zoom) from young moms to retirees of all fitness levels. I've done both 1:1 training with her to prep me for a hiking trip last year, and her group classes (now). In a word, she's awesome! You won't go wrong hiring her.

    I started training with Lydia because I seem to lack energy\motivation to get my own self in the gym. The accountability helped me but more importantly she accommodated EVERY INJURY I had. One month I had an elbow (epicondylitis) injury, two months later I tweaked my lower back and several months after that I injured my knee. Each time she accommodated but with an INTENSE WORKOUT without aggravating the injury. I loved her creativity when it came to workouts. She is also available to discuss more than gym workouts, but also sleep hygiene, nutrition, and the grey mindset. I felt supported and encouraged to push more. I ended up losing some weight but more importantly recovering from these injuries and gaining lots of strength, thus looking more shapely and muscular which was MY GOAL. I love her and would highly recommend her.

    Lydia is a motivating coach, and her descriptions of target muscles for each exercise allow visualization in aid of improvement. Her systematic approach (changing muscle groups, daily), and repetition of sets of exercises for 30 or 45 second bursts help anyone overcome self-doubt. Yes, you CAN do it! She will encourage you, call you by name, and check your form. A-MA-ZING.

    Love Lydia! Workouts that are challenging but fit easily in a day. I have gain strength and regained my love of excercise during these crazy covid times. Her critique of techique is gentle and precise. And her spirit is inspirational and uplifting.

    Absolutely love my workouts with Lydia. She got me fit, toned and flexible. I can't thank her enough. She is knowledgeable, motivating and even when I didn't feel like working out she inspired me to keep going.
