    DO NOT go here to have your ring replated. The black rhodium on my ring started fading in time, so I figured I could have it darkened. Leaving my ring with them in confidence, I got it back a few weeks later just for the fading to be 10x worse than it originally was. They basically made it look silver with a light grey film around it. My ring wasn't even recognizable. I asked to be refunded for the damage, and they told me they could replate it again to try and fix it, but I'd have to pay for it. I got no compensation for the damages or anything. AVOID.

    Great customer service! Their staff weren't pushy or impatient when I asked to look at several different pieces of jewelry for an anniversary gift. Prices seemed quite reasonable as well.

    Great service and friendly staff. Kai was great. *Went back for more work on other watches and Kai was fast, friendly and professional. Thank you Kai. *Due to Kai's great service; my wife contacted the store during the April 2021 lock down and served over the phone by Zahara. Zahara did a great "A1" job helping my wife make her purchase.

    I recently purchased my fiancée's engagement ring at People's Jeweller located the Place d'Orléans Mall. Kai went above and beyond to meet our needs. We went with a Canadian diamond which was really important for us. He took the time to show us various cuts and sizes. Kai was not pushy, and communicated extremely well. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for that special piece for their partner. I will certainly be going back to deal with Kai for our next purchases.

    Had to take my engagement ring & band in to be fixed since it was losing diamonds. Found out there was a big piece broken off my ring and it was not fixable. Kai was extremely helpful and kind, letting me know my options. He went above and beyond to make me feel heard & happy. He was able to work some magic with my warranty and promptly took steps to get my ring issue sorted quickly & efficiently. I went in expecting to have to fight to have it fixed but he truly wanted to help me and that was SO appreciated. I’ll never buy jewelry anywhere else. 10/10 customer service from Kai.

    I brought in a smokey topaz ring to have a Small diamond (that I lost) replaced, around november 26 2021. Had my warranty at hand that included replacement of stones on list of repairs. Argued with manager about warranty covered. Was refusing to do it until I said would never come back. He finally took it and sent it for repair. Or did he? Think he is keeping it ostage out of spite. Cause I've been calling every month and still nothing. I have been very calm and patient on the phone. Last month even told him to put a fake diamond and please send back. It is now the 19th of March.

    I have never been more impressed with a jewelry store's service. The store is clean and tidy, and located in such a convenient spot in the mall. The staff are so polite and professional. I'll definitely be going back to this location for all my jewelry needs.

    Many purchases, no complaints. Manager has always gone out of the way to take care or me. As long as you bring stuff in for free cleanings and inspections your warranty and stuff will be fine... I feel like most people that had issues didnt follow the pretty clear terms lol

    Kai and Zahra provided excellent customer service! I ordered a beautiful bracelet, as well as purchased a pair of earrings for a gift and everything arrived on time in the correct size and colours. I came on several different occasions and Kai and Zahra took their time to answer all my questions. Would recommend.

    Two of the chains to my necklaces (ruby on the left and diamond on the right) have broken within the same week. I refuse to wear my other necklaces that I bought from peoples because I don’t want them to break, so they end up just sitting in their box. Waste of money.

    Beautiful store. Wonderful staff. I WOULD NERVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. The MANAGER KAI is TERRIBLE. Not only is he uncaring about his customers he clearly does not care about his staff. When you have an issue - the staff promised (on his days off - which are a lot during the week) that he would call me - the customer. I did not receive a call, but a defensive TEXT. I've also worked retail and am in customer service for a living. The issue- I took my 25 days purchased engagement ring to be resized. The staff along with he email from peoples would be back in two weeks. I called after two weeks and was told it wouldn't be back for another 3. Would have been nice to get a call that it was delayed- from the manager. When my fiancée called for a response and he blamed it on his staff, the company and shortages - fine... But at least give your customers a call for the delay. This was not done. When we dropped the ring off on January 15th, we were assured our ring would be back before valentines day for our grand reveal for our family whom we hadn't seen in 2 years because of COVID. This didn't happen. We told that to the staff when we dropped the ring off and were assured. We were very let down. Lets focus to the week of February 14th. Kai assured us the ring would be in by the 18th of February. I went in close to closing and what do you know? He's not there, I never got a phone call, and apparently UPS never came because of a snow storm (keep in mind I've also been on the road all day for customer service - despite the roads which I understand, I would have liked a call for a delay - it wasn't done) My ring isn't there. Another let down and at this point I fell VERY lied too. Zara reassured me the ring would be there tomorrow and that Kai would call me. I indicated to Zara we wanted a refund as peoples did not meet their requirements. Well, the next day came and KAI TEXTED me. DIDNT CALL, but texted. Blaming everything on UPS and didn't account for what I was told. I was told my ring would be in on the following Tuesday,. and that he wouldn't be there. He offered no refund taking NO ACCOUNTABILITY that PEOPLES had it most of the required time and offered. This manager has RUINED my experience with peoples. RUINED the engagement I was looking forward to. This person SHOULD NOT be a manager.....

    I had been going to this location for years. I had a massive issue with a ring where the diamonds kept falling out. I bought the extended lifetime warranty. eventually traded the ring for something different. We’ll long story short same thing happend. I decided it was in the shop more than on my finger so last shop repair I put it in my jewelry box where every few months I would clean it. . Fast forward to a year later and I decided I wanted to try and wear it. Well I noticed the size was a bit big and I lost another diamond. So I went in. After being there sooo soo soo many times I said I’m on file as I lost my paperwork in a flood that same year. I was assured I would always be in the system. Go there to find not only am I not in the system neither is my husband. No phone number on record no address nothing…. Weird. Talk to the manager and she said without paper work she can’t help cause I’m not on the system. Funny how it just magically disappeared. I’m not even kidding my husband and I went there like 20 times. no staff was the same and I was basically told too bad…. So now I have a ring that I love and a warranty I bought that means nothing. No one offered anything or tried to help me. They just said try to find a piece of paper work which I said I do not have because of a flood that happened. I am very very upset and disappointed in the situation. I went to Michael hill and decided to purchase a new ring there. It’s been over a year and no diamond loss or anything! Peoples i am extremely disappointed and I was a very loyal customer. Never again

    I had a great experience with People’s. I had a small diamond fall out of my engagement ring after 6 years and it was sent to get replaced. It was all covered under my warranty. It took a little while because of Covid but I got it back and it’s beautiful. Staff was also very friendly.

    Excellent customer service recieved yet again, I've always dealt with Peoples because I know the reps there are knowledgeable and friendly. No pressure felt as my purchase took more than a day, reccomended by them I was told to sleep on it. I did and I couldn't be more happy for my purchase. Great job!

    Very disappointed in the service provided to me today. I went in looking to get my ring inspected as it looks like there is a fracture in the main diamond. The employee quickly brushed me off by saying it was just dirty. I tried to explain the issue looked to be inside the Diamond. She puts it under the microscope and continues to deny any issue although a large opaque spot is very visible. I point this out to her and she again says it’s just dirty and proceeds to clean it. She put its back under the microscope and says the mark is “gone” however it is just easier to see. She tells me this is a “birth mark” and there is nothing she can do. However we have paid for the warranty and have had this ring for weeks now and never noticed the mark until today. Instead of using the warranty she asks asks me if I want to buy something else and is pushing a sale on me for more money. I walked away very disappointed and feeling like I am now stuck with a broken Diamond, even though we paid for the $375 warranty.

    I wouldn't even give them a star if I could. Worst customer service ever experienced. My fiancee had purchased a bridal set with a lifetime warranty. The diamonds on the rings keep falling off. Two years ago they replaced the entire set at no cost and gave us same warranty. This time, a different store manager understood nothing of what I was trying to explain to him and didnt want to compromise what so ever. He went as far as to raise his tone and embarass me in front of other clients! He then finally verbally agreed to exchange the rings for the exact same set and keep the same warranty or exchange the rings for another at same value. I didn't like any of the rings they had available. He then proceeded to belittle me again. I told him I didn't want to hear him any longer. The other employee came to help me (very nice young lady). I told her I might as well exchange it because i didn't like any rings. The manager then said no (retracted his offer) and they didn't even take my ring to get it fixed!!!! To make matters worst, they provided me with a customer service number that wasn't even "in-service"! I called customer service (number from website) and the lady stated that the manager was in the wrong and that the district manager would call me. I have never received a call, it's been over two weeks now. Never ever will I shop at this Peoples Jewellers....save your time and money and go elsewhere! The store manager should receive appropriate customer service training! Went to another Peoples (in another city) and the lady understood exactly what I needed and I finally received appropriate customer service.

    Very disappointed with People's Jewelers and the experience I had with the repair of my wife's engagement ring. The repair took exactly 2 full months to do. The price was $665 and when I asked about the warranty I was told that because the ring was not purchased from People's Jewelers that there would be no warranty at all. When I heard that I couldn't believe my ears. I insisted there should be a warrant on an expensive repair like this and she went to ask the manager who just looked at her and said no warranty. The reason I went there in the first place was that I thought that being People's Jewelers have been around a long time and had a reputation to uphold but I was wrong. I don't know of any other profession that doesn't stand behind their work. If I had of known that in the beginning I would have gone elsewhere.
