I
WOULD
NERVER
SHOP
THERE
AGAIN.
The
MANAGER
KAI
is
TERRIBLE.
Not
only
is
he
uncaring
about
his
customers
he
clearly
does
not
care
about
his
staff.
When
you
have
an
issue
-
the
staff
promised
(on
his
days
off
-
which
are
a
lot
during
the
week)
that
he
would
call
me
-
the
customer.
I
did
not
receive
a
call,
but
a
defensive
TEXT.
I've
also
worked
retail
and
am
in
customer
service
for
a
living.
The
issue-
I
took
my
25
days
purchased
engagement
ring
to
be
resized.
The
staff
along
with
he
email
from
peoples
would
be
back
in
two
weeks.
I
called
after
two
weeks
and
was
told
it
wouldn't
be
back
for
another
3.
Would
have
been
nice
to
get
a
call
that
it
was
delayed-
from
the
manager.
When
my
fiancée
called
for
a
response
and
he
blamed
it
on
his
staff,
the
company
and
shortages
-
fine...
But
at
least
give
your
customers
a
call
for
the
delay.
This
was
not
done.
When
we
dropped
the
ring
off
on
January
15th,
we
were
assured
our
ring
would
be
back
before
valentines
day
for
our
grand
reveal
for
our
family
whom
we
hadn't
seen
in
2
years
because
of
COVID.
This
didn't
happen.
We
told
that
to
the
staff
when
we
dropped
the
ring
off
and
were
assured.
We
were
very
let
down.
Lets
focus
to
the
week
of
February
14th.
Kai
assured
us
the
ring
would
be
in
by
the
18th
of
February.
I
went
in
close
to
closing
and
what
do
you
know?
He's
not
there,
I
never
got
a
phone
call,
and
apparently
UPS
never
came
because
of
a
snow
storm
(keep
in
mind
I've
also
been
on
the
road
all
day
for
customer
service
-
despite
the
roads
which
I
understand,
I
would
have
liked
a
call
for
a
delay
-
it
wasn't
done)
My
ring
isn't
there.
Another
let
down
and
at
this
point
I
fell
VERY
lied
too.
Zara
reassured
me
the
ring
would
be
there
tomorrow
and
that
Kai
would
call
me.
I
indicated
to
Zara
we
wanted
a
refund
as
peoples
did
not
meet
their
requirements.
Well,
the
next
day
came
and
KAI
TEXTED
me.
DIDNT
CALL,
but
texted.
Blaming
everything
on
UPS
and
didn't
account
for
what
I
was
told.
I
was
told
my
ring
would
be
in
on
the
following
Tuesday,.
and
that
he
wouldn't
be
there.
He
offered
no
refund
taking
NO
ACCOUNTABILITY
that
PEOPLES
had
it
most
of
the
required
time
and
offered.
This
manager
has
RUINED
my
experience
with
peoples.
RUINED
the
engagement
I
was
looking
forward
to.
This
person
SHOULD
NOT
be
a
manager.....
