I am giving it 1 star because the system does not accept 0 as an input. I bought my fiancee and engagement ring for $6000, yet I felt like I get better customer service at dollarama. The staff seem bothered and show you that they are annoyed when you ask questions as if they donated the ring to you. I paid for lifetime warranty and I think I lost it when I was moving houses. I spoke to the manager and politely asked him if he can find me in the system to give me another warranty certificate to replace it and he was angry and said "do you expect me to go through every file?". That was a miserable experience. I am happy I only get married once. I am not buying a single thing from this location. It is a very hostile environment in there. Try to avoid it. St Laurent mall's store is much better with friendlier staff.

I visited this location because I was the ring I purchased was size 7 but when I wore it for the first time it felt tight while the other size 7 ring I had fit the same finger comfortably. Sarah was wonderful, she explained that at time a smaller size 6.5 or 6.45 can get mixed in so would check other locations as they did not have anymore. Store manager appears and things change. She explains that although it is not a 7, its close enough to be considered that size. This was a first for me and I have bought many rings in my day. But they could get it sized which I didn't understand because if it was already considered a 7 what exactly would they size it to? At this point I am done and ask for a refund to my daughter as she had bought it for me for my birthday. I was so disappointed but based on the store manager's statement it was clear that they do not offer good quality products. I mean if you cannot even be consistent in your sizing of a ring how can i trust the consistency and quality of anything else. I also was not happy with her approach or the way she spoke to us. So for these reasons I will not be going back to Charm Diamond Centre for my jewellery needs. Sarah was great though, thank you for your very professional and empathetic service.

We went to Bayshore mall store on 11/13/22. We wanted to buy gold diamonds earrings and we wanted to try out a few so that we can make a decision which one to buy. The staff at the Bayshore store was very rude. She made a remark “you can only try so many”. That turned us off. We had only tried 3-4 earrings. We are not buying peanuts that we will buy without trying. We will never visit the store again.

The Charm store at Bayshore is my favourite jewelry store in Bayshore! They always have a big variety of jewelry and the best deals. Mira is my go to associate. She is super friendly and knowledgeable about the jewelry. She always helps me get the best pieces that I’m looking for. I’m always satisfied when I’m done!

TERRIBLE STORE!! Both the Sales Woman and the Manager lied to my face about the list price of a necklace. They were very rude and up-charged me because they knew it was the last day stores were open before Christmas. My family, friends and I will never return to this place after such a rude and horrible experience.

Very professional staff and wonderful customer service. I brought back a chain and ankle bracelet for repair, but lost the receipt. Mara looked up my receipt and printed a copy for my records. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for some unique and beautiful jewelry pieces.

My fiance bought me a beautiful ring back in July, I brought it in today to be cleaned because a black spot had appeared where the gold holds the diamond. She told me she would try but couldn't guarantee she could get it out. She took the ring and told me to come back in 20 minutes. After 20 minutes I checked the ring and said it was still there. She told me I had an imperfection in the diamond, I said no ma'm my paperwork says it is an IF diamond. She told me no no no it was an imperfection in the diamond. Another employee came over, checked the ring with a magnifying glass, asked if I minded waiting another 15 minutes and she would clean it. I waited and she managed to get the spot out no problem, told me that it was probably some hand cream and said that dust had turned it black. I thanked her for being helpful and left. The first lady continued to try and tell me that my diamond had imperfections, even when the other employee had fixed the issue. I did not appreciate having to argue with the sales lady. This is not my first negative experience either. I have been in to get it cleaned before and have had little to no service. Perhaps its time to try another location..

Excellent customer service! Felt zero pressure and walked out with an amazing purchase! Such a different experience than the other 2 stores I visited same day in the mall.

Very unhelpful staff. Went in to see about getting my wife's ring fixed when the diamond fell out. They refused to help me because my wife didn't get her ring cleaned ever 6 months from them. Who in there right mind has time to get ring fixed that often. I will never buy something from this company and I recommend you don't also.

My husband bought me a gold box link chain with a lobster clasp for my birthday. He was told its the strongest box link necklace the store has. Within 2 weeks the clasp broke, we brought it in and they sent it for repair. 3 weeks later, we get it back. Then 3 weeks later the chain itself broke and it fell into my hand. Thank goodness I was sitting down for it or I would have lost it. We bring it back and by this point, I just wanted a refund. To no surprise, they say NO because it's exceeded 30 days from purchase. They wouldn't even give us a store credit. I need to go back and buy something else from them. I do not recommend this store and the quality of its products.

UPDATE : I HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY MAMAGEMENT AND THE SITUATION HAS BEEN RECTIFIED, THE SAID EMPLOYEE WAS ADRESSED ABOUT THE BEHAVIOUR , I VISITED THE STORE AND I RECEIVED A STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEREFORE IM CHANGING MY REVIEW FROM 1 STAR TO 4 STARS . I am so disappointed after today's visit the way i was treated was so rude and discriminatory . I walked inside the store with my stroller , I was planning to shop for a gift, there was one salesman and one sales women both busy so i stood there next to the piece waiting for them to be free so they could help me with my purchase. The sales women finished first so she came towards me i smiled and said hi she just marched into my face and said move over i need to go in opens the counter goes in and proceeds to help a women that just showed up outside the store. important to note I am a lady who wears the hijab and clearly she didnt feel that i deserve the same treatement as everybody else,i could tell by the look of disgust she gave me , i felt so horrible and discriminated against I am a long time customer of charm bayshore centre bought so many jewellery as gifts for family and friends and the most important piece my wedding ring. But unfortunately after this experience i will never step foot there nor will i recommend it to anybody .

My boyfriend and I went in to look at engagement rings to give him some ideas of what I like. We were greeted by Mira who gladly helped us and assisted us with every ring I wanted to try, she was very helpful in explaining all of the options in buying a ring. we have been to many jewelry stores and have never had such a great positive experience as with Mira. We will be coming back and specifically asking for her as we just adore and appreciate how nice and helpful she was.

Had an awesome experience dealing with a young woman named Sarah, she was well spoken about the product and services able to be provided and helped pick the right ring for the occasion! Highly recommend shopping here for jewelry as the staff are all warm and are quick to provide service.

Matthew at Bayshore was excellent, he was very helpful and gave us lots of advice and time picking our wedding bands.

They are fraud. Horrible experience. They offered a final price of around 800$ for a piece of diamond jewelry. After the payment, I had to send the diamond for some custom alterations, and when I received it back, the store asked me to pay additional 100$ saying that they forgot to mention it before. Such a terrible service, and a total FRAUD. Do NOT go to this store.

Worst craftsmanship ever with this store. Sent my ring to fix and came back even worse than before. So so disappointing even with the extended plan. Don't buy anything here or fix anything here
