    My girlfriend went into the Bayshore location and was met with a very rude,impatient, and unprofessional manager. I bought her a gold $100 ring 3 months ago that had already severely faded. She was told that it was simply wear and tear… after 3 months? She also told my girlfriend that she probably hit it on things and accused her of damaging it herself. I can vouch for my girlfriend that she takes good care of her jewelry and shouldn’t be falsely accused of hitting her hands on things. My girlfriend then politely told her that she has much cheaper and older rings that did not fade as quickly as the new one did. The manager then laughed in her face and told her she was lying. The manager then showed my girlfriend her 5 month old ring and claimed that they don’t wear and tear… even though she said her 3 month ring does? Little bit of a contradiction, no? My girlfriend told the manager that she used the Pandora branded cleaner to try and fix the ring, and the manager told her that the cleaner does not work on gold. We weren’t told this when we bought the cleaner and we should have been warned because my girlfriend only wears gold. This was an extremely terrible experience, as my girlfriend is timid and I was not there to speak up for her. We will not be shopping at pandora anymore. This review is only a 1 star because I can’t put zero.

    Came in to exchange for a different ring size and was told to go to a store like winners or Walmart and shop there since I wanted an exchange and that this a jewelry store that’s above that, indicating SUZANNE does not deserve to be a manager or work with people overall since she has a superiority complex with customers. Rude manager that has a horrible attitude. Will never come back to this store again.

    Was able to get in and out after waiting in a last minute Christmas shopping lineup, the wait was long for the amount of staff working but the service was speedy when we were being helped. We were impressed that the charm we were looking for was in stock as well. Just a little bit hectic and disorganized with time management but all the staff were very kind!

    I'm very disappointed from the service I got from the manger today. I got a grad gift from my parents friend and it was a Pandora bracelet. they ordered my gift online (it's covid right not everyone shops in store) they didn't have a gift receipt. I loved the bracelet but all I wanted to do is change the size to a size bigger so I can enjoy wearing it. I was so excited to finally get a Pandora! but the manager refused. she asking me for a profile number or an order number, I don't have that info and I find it an inconvenince to call ppl and ask them for receipts and order numbers just for a size exchange. I was very polite and tried to go back and forth with the Manager but she shut all options, won't go forward unless I have some kind of proof of purchase. Now I'm stuck with a bracelet that doesn't fit me and I can never enjoy. My heart is broken from Pandora. I will never shop with this brand again because clearly they don't care about the happiness of their customers. I'm giving away my bracelet, I always dreamt of having a Pandora bracelet as a grad gift and now I feel like I just wasted my energy for nothing. thank you Pandora! if anyone is considering to buy a gift from here please don't! they will end up embarrassing you and won't change a size for your loved one unless you go in with them and have a receipt in your hand which I find very unrelastic. don't waste your money or energy.

    I didn’t feel welcome in the store, the sale associate was not patient or helpful enough I felt pressured to just buy and leave, definitely going to return the charm Soon!!!! I don’t think all the associates are that rude, I think I was the unlucky one.

    Went in to exchange a ring that was gifted and was told I could only exchange ring sizes and could not exchange the style of ring, as I only had the gift receipt. The return policy online and on the physical receipt does not state this anywhere. I even read out the policy to the clerk who still said it wasn’t possible to exchange my ring. EDIT: I returned to Pandora and was told that the associate was a replacement from another Pandora Montreal location and did not understand the policy correctly. The sales associate apologized for my experience and was very kind! An easy exchange was much more complicated than it should’ve been, but I’m happy with the service that provided the second time around.

    Loved their customer service and collection! My bracelet broke down, went for replacement so they gave me best options according to my choice. Replaced one of my charm for free as well for being their loyal customer! Big shout out to beautiful ladies Heaven and Suzanne for wonderful service and enthusiasm! 🫶🏽

    I am so thankful to both Sheenam and Suzanne for their help last week! My sweet, picky little sister is always last on my Christmas list of gifts and I fumbled into Pandora with zero plans. Sheenam patiently showed me over 4 different trays before I finally made my decision and Suzanne kindly helped me with the engraving process. I was overjoyed to learn there was a way to personalize my gift with an engraving. I highly recommend it - it takes just 5 minutes!

    i don’t usually put bad reviews but I need to speak on a manager who’s name is Halie. She ruined my experience shopping for my mothers birthday gift. She is so unwelcoming & has no sense of customer service which is a shock as to why she is a manager. I have been a life long pandora customer but having such horrible / rude experience with Halie makes me uncomfortable to even continue shopping there. She is also extremely rude with her staff, she practically yelled at another girl working there right infront of me. Which is so unprofessional to me, why is it okay to speak to your coworkers this way? Or even any human being. 0/5 pandora. Disappointing.

    During January they were extremely understaffed and had a terrible line system. At 8pm on a Tuesday it was still a 45-60 mints wait to enter the store just for them to be unhelpful in the return process.

    Super knowledgeable and friendly staff member named Alex, she was beyond kind and patient with me while I navigated through buy my first pandora bracelet with charms. She explained everything super clearly and even gave me her opinion and helped me buy some charms for my significant other who happened to be quite tough to buy charms for. I was probably there for around an hour and Alex never made me feel rushed or like I was a bother to her. Whole time she served with a smile and was very upbeat. Even talked to me about her pet rabbit after she discovered I had one to! Definitely a model employee if I say so myself.

    Wonderful shopping experience choosing a special gift for our d-i-l's birthday. Sales person, Anna Maria, was pleasant and knowledgeable and took all the time I needed to help me choose the right gift. Crazy busy considering we probably shouldn't all be out there shopping but store numbers were limited, hand washing was encouraged and plastic separators protected both staff and clients.

    Today is my birthday and I went to your store in Bayshore. I bought 2 charms but left the store very unhappy due to unfriendly customer service. The sales lady was so unfriendly and unhelpful.

    I went to Pandora a few days ago and a lovely sales associate helped me find exactly what I had seen on instagram. She was super patient and even showed me other alternatives for another earring that was not available. Beatriz is amazing!

    Came here numerous times. This is a busy store, especially during holiday or promotion times, but all the staff I've met so far are friendly and professional. They let me try everything I'm interested in and give helpful suggestions. The return experience is good as well, but just make sure not buy any Final Sale items, once bought, you can't exchange or return.

    I went to pick up an online order today, and even though it was super busy a sales associate named Beth was beyond amazing! Not only was she handling online order pickups but she was also checking out regular customers at the same time! Her customer service was outstanding.

    The worst experience ever, brought 2 bracelets with charms and earrings for their free washing service. But ended up with worse outcome — the silver ones all got more tarnished than before. And one of their sales associates who washed them said SHE TRIED. Yes I believe you TRIED to sell me the $25 cleaning kit after ruining my jewellery. A very bad experience indeed.

    The store is poorly run plain and simple. Half the time the associates have no idea how to work the registers and their attitudes are far from nice. I stopped by the store when it was relatively busy and was content to stand and wait and browse the catalog until someone was free to help me. While looking through the catalog was asked if I was on a waiting list (which baffled me considering I’ve never heard mention of waiting lists at Pandora before) and when I answered that I didn’t know that there was a waiting list the female associate snatched the catalog from my hands violently enough to give me a paper cut. When I mentioned that I was bleeding she turned her back on me and walked away. I refuse the shop in store after that. Buy online and pick up in store is a much more pleasant shopping experience.

    i have been trying to get ahold of them for 2 days and no one will pick up the phone. I was there the other day and bought 3 rings and qualified for the free bracelet, but the store manager said she didnt have any and laughed and told me to call customer service. so i called customer service and they were useless. The guy was yawning obnoxiously while talking to me and saying he cant help me since i bought the items in store. Soooo who am i supposed to talk to lol ??

    14 Feb 2023 I just changed my rating from 1 to 3. After my post, Pandora’s customer service contacted me and help with the exchange of the earrings. They have a nice team. I really don't understand why the staff at Bayshore didn't do that. This is the only reason I don't give a 5. Thanks anyway. 8 Feb 2023 Now I realize the 3.8. My daughter received a pair of earrings as a present and after 5 months one of them is not closing well. We came to ask for the warranty and the answer was: if you don't have the receipt is not possible. Hey, was a gift!!! My last time at Pandora. Looks like a high-end brand, but for me is an expensive brand with no warranty and respect for the client.

    I visited the store a couple days ago, the staff was so patient, the store was swamped but the workers were so nice and took their time with me, let me look at everything and helped me pick the right gift. I am so happy with the service and will definitely be back to shop there

    This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have every had. The manager at the Pandora store was rude and did not allow for us to explain what we wanted to do. I had read the reviews before going and just thought that these people were exaggerating that the manager was awful and rude but they were right. I was sharing the reviews with my friend and the manager confronted me saying that she didn’t get paid enough to be told her service was awful. This will definitely be my last time in this store and maybe my last for Pandora. You front line staff represent your company. And this is poor representation of your brand.

    Went to have a look with my daughters as they have asked for a nice bracelet with Marvel charms for Christmas. The service was beyond disappointing, staff were talking to each other and barely noticing people. Once they acknowledged our presence, they were unfriendly and seemed unimpressed when we mentioned we were looking for Christmas gifts. My daughters left there very disappointed as they felt that staff were looking down at them and I felt that too.

    Came here to exchange a ring I received as a gift. Customer service was awful. Very slow and once I was seen I was met with rudeness. The lady insisted that my ring was worn even though it isn’t because it wasn’t as shiny. I had only tried it on a few times to make my decision whether or not to keep it, yet it was somehow scratched up. I’m very careful with jewelry. The crystal was ALREADY slightly foggy after the ring was barely touched. Not only ridiculous customer service but terrible product quality. Won’t be shopping here again or wearing the jewelry.

    My daughter bought a ring with birth stone and she asked for October and the guy confirmed it was the October stone, after she was out of the store she looks at her ring and it's not the October pink it's the June light pink. We right away went back (not even 5 minutes later) and they would not exchange it because it was a final sale even though it was the salesperson's mistake. Never going back there again.
