My
girlfriend
went
into
the
Bayshore
location
and
was
met
with
a
very
rude,impatient,
and
unprofessional
manager.
I
bought
her
a
gold
$100
ring
3
months
ago
that
had
already
severely
faded.
She
was
told
that
it
was
simply
wear
and
tear…
after
3
months?
She
also
told
my
girlfriend
that
she
probably
hit
it
on
things
and
accused
her
of
damaging
it
herself.
I
can
vouch
for
my
girlfriend
that
she
takes
good
care
of
her
jewelry
and
shouldn’t
be
falsely
accused
of
hitting
her
hands
on
things.
My
girlfriend
then
politely
told
her
that
she
has
much
cheaper
and
older
rings
that
did
not
fade
as
quickly
as
the
new
one
did.
The
manager
then
laughed
in
her
face
and
told
her
she
was
lying.
The
manager
then
showed
my
girlfriend
her
5
month
old
ring
and
claimed
that
they
don’t
wear
and
tear…
even
though
she
said
her
3
month
ring
does?
Little
bit
of
a
contradiction,
no?
My
girlfriend
told
the
manager
that
she
used
the
Pandora
branded
cleaner
to
try
and
fix
the
ring,
and
the
manager
told
her
that
the
cleaner
does
not
work
on
gold.
We
weren’t
told
this
when
we
bought
the
cleaner
and
we
should
have
been
warned
because
my
girlfriend
only
wears
gold.
This
was
an
extremely
terrible
experience,
as
my
girlfriend
is
timid
and
I
was
not
there
to
speak
up
for
her.
We
will
not
be
shopping
at
pandora
anymore.
This

because
I

put
