Outrages price to have a simple watch battery replaced which took him less than 2 minutes. At an hourly rate this guy would earn more than a surgeon. Not the most friendly shop keeper in the world either! Won't be going back any time soon

Absolutely outstanding service by Gamal at Vantage Jewellers today! I have a Michael Kors watch with a white acrylic band and I could not replace the battery as one of the screws was seized. I went to another reputable jeweller who said he could not touch it and others recommended that I buy a new watch. Even Michael Kors wanted me to ship the watch out west and it would then be sent to California and they still couldn't guarantee that they could fix it. I then remembered Vantage Jewellers right here in Orleans who had previously fixed my son's Fosssil watch. I went in today and although Gamal was not able to remove the screw, he was able to pry the back open enough to remove the old battery and insert a new one. He surely made my day and I am so grateful! 😊

Went there to get my ring resized. They told me that they might not be able to do it because of the diamond settings. Said they'd tell me before they attempted it but never did and ruined the diamond setting. Gave it back to me with diamonds missing. Trash company.

Amazing store, Salim got rid of the rust and resized my watch for me. I’ll definitely be coming back once I gather some more watches and jewelry. The one at place Orleans I believed wanted to charge me like 30-50$ only for resize I’m guessing since rent is high and business is low in the mall and this store is right next to it. Highly recommended 5 star great service resize took 5-10mins and rustproof I came back next day since I came late and was done when I came the next day. Thank you Salim

Mr. Mansour the lead jeweller at Vantage Jewellers is a professional through and through. For 8 years now, I’ve brought him watches, necklaces to repair, and purchased a watch there. His customer service is ‘old school’ meaning he actually listens to you, doesn’t make you feel like he’s in a rush, and he explains things clearly. Also, the quality of his workmanship is simply the best in Orleans!
