Yesterday I placed order on call for delivery From this location. Worst experience ever from pizza store. Delivery guy showed up late and his attitude toward us was intolerable. I just asked him about pizza pizza time policy . His answer to me was you have to stand on door for your delivery. On top of that i paid tip to driver. He even didn’t felt his mistake. He called costumer care regarding that and customer care representative behavior was bad too. We know its late time order but if you will provide this service no one will order from pizza pizza. From my delivery address every week place 5-6 delivery order . Order was placed at 12:50am Saturday that time was not late for delivery .

Pizza is good but the place is not clean at all, tables and chairs are filthy, there was a spider silk in one of the chairs, but the most disgusting place inside were the toilets, no soap, and the sink was in a deplorable state, it seems that they never clean it.

Terrible. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. No sign on the door stating it was out of service. However, I was told it was out of service after I mentioned that it was absolutely filthy and had dead cockroaches in it. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told they "don't do that here". Told to call Pizza Pizza for a refund as my order was made online. Not a care in the world that a customer was disgusted. I wish I could rate less than 1 star for cleanliness.

Service great and I got my order in about 10 minutes. This branch needs a refresh as it seems to be tired. I will still keep coming back to this branch as this is only 1.5 kilometers away from my house.

I placed an order tonight from pizza pizza call center. Delivery guy showed up nearly an hour later. Told delivery driver bought the 40 minute Guarantee. He started giving me an attitude. So I just gave him the money cause I was to hungry to stand there arguing with him. I didn't even bother to tip him because how late he was plus how bad his attitude was. Not only that once I sat down to eat the pizza, it was completely cold not hot at all. What terrible service pizza pizza gives. What a waste of money. I had tried to call Pizza Pizza customer service to make a complaint was placed on hold for over 25 minutes then line just disconnects. I tried to phone 4 times with each time being placed on hold for quite a long time and each time line just disconnects after 25-30 minutes of being on hold. I will never ever order from Pizza Pizza ever again. Their delivery drivers have such bad customer service, deliveries are way to late. Food comes super cold. Pizza pizza call center customer service is utterly terrible cause can't get a hold of anyone to complain. I will never waste my money ordering from Pizza Pizza ever again.

Not sure if the management changes but the last time 2 times in store, I saw new faces. The pizza I ordered for last 2 times were super delicious. The made it properly and I asked for well done pizza. It was properly done.

Last time I was here was 3 years ago and it was terrible. I think there are new owners or maybe better employees because the pizza was really good. Pizza was cooked perfect nice golden brown cheese and tasted great.

Is this half moon cheesy bread? Bad customer service. they can not change dipping sauce once you order online. update - They gave me new bread after complaining to pizza pizza. This time cheesy bread was good. Again worst customer service by telephone pizza pizza head office telephone operator. He was not able to find my address on his system. We can make delivery order with same address and they can deliver if we pay delivery fees otherwise my address is not on their system. System keep changing based on delivery charge. Changing to 3 star only because of second cheesy bread. Thank you.

I ordered two four topping pizzas at $9.99 each. They were cooked to perfection. I got green pepper mushroom double pepperoni. I requested the pepperonis on top because sometimes they don't do that. And sometimes they don't cook the pizza enough. But this time it was so perfectly cooked and delicious and hot when I got it delivered.

I ordered from uber eats and I’m actually impressed.... I ordered because I wanted to save $$ and this order paid off in other ways. Their single size onion ring is a great portion, along with their poutines. Everything is cooked to perfection. Thanks Pizza Pizza Richmond!

Anytime I need something quick and close to home they always disappoint, because it's the only cheap pizza place close to me, I order still, but this time I was super disappointed very little toppings my extra cheese was just a thin layer and it was cold when I picked it up.. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Since when they charge $6 extra for delivery the pizza is cheap anyway.The steak they put so little on it and other toppings like chicken.This company is making so much money i don't understand the cheapness. They only started charging $6 extra until now when there is covid and people are dying why do they come up with the extra cost now all of a sudden?

Horrible experience. Used be good a long time ago but it seems that ownership changed or something. Messed up both my pizzas, wouldn't fix it, wouldn't refund, that was after keeping me waiting for 45min in store (I ordered on the phone 20min before arriving). The worst thing was how rude, unprofessional and arrogant the employee was. Zero customer service skills. Will never step foot in there again.

App glitches and sent the pizza to a completely different address. I realized it was the wrong address immediately and called and I was on hold for longer than the whole time it spent to deliver the pizza to the wrong address. I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service for nothing. Ruined my night. Never again.

I was super hungry and pizza pizza was the only place still open. I haven't ordered pizza pizza in over 10-15 years. I was impressed with the pizza I received. The toppings were fresh, and the pizza itself was cooked perfectly. I particularly liked the crust. Just the right amount of doughyness! The price was fantastic!

I'm a regualar at this Pizza Pizza and the staff remembers my usual order, which is nice. Friendly staff always sporting smiles. The dining area is completely surrounded by windows and gets quite heated in the afternoon. But that's not stopping me from returning next week.

Perfect place to hang out and has friendly staff. But some customers are so rude. I had a terrible experience yesterday night. I was there to pick up my large pizza, and a bunch of teenage boys there were being rough to staff as it was Friday night and they were looking busy, so they got delayed in delivering pizza, and a group of boys started abusing staff and management and started making a video. The team apologized to that group, but they were still rude to them, so the staff gave them money and canceled the order. If you see it from the store staff's perspective, they handled the situation perfectly. After that, I got my pizza which was good. So, if the group is complaining about staff, listen to the whole situation from both sides.

incredibly unprofessional that they can arbitrarily decide the order is “not time guaranteed” because they are busy. Do NOT accept the order then. How pizza pizza allows a franchise store to violate their general company guidelines is beyond me. The pizza was not even fresh. Never buying from pizza pizza again.

Overall this place isn't bad. I've ordered from them a few times, and it's been OK pizza... it's been what you expect from a place that mass produces pizza. Nothing special, but nothing bad. That's not why it got a low rating though. I ordered from them recently, and I had an item missing. No problem, I just requested a refund. But nope, they don't refund items... odd, you took my money without giving me the item, I shouldn't have to pay for something you didn't give me. When I spoke to customer service and the specific stores supervisor. They were so dismissive and rude. They seem to not care if anything is wrong. When they finally said they would send me another, I asked them to make sure the driver is not paying his own gas money for a second trip because someone else made a mistake. This was a missing item in a tied bag. The driver didn't leave it on the counter. The packaging was done wrong and he grabbed everything supplied. This was not a problem by the driver. But when I spoke to the supervisor about this, he didn't care that an item was missing or that the driver had to use his own gas money on a mistake that was not his fault.

Manager was obnoxiously rude delivering my pizza when I didn’t hear the total correctly… and had his music blasting on his phone when I answered the door. Robertson road pizza pizza has better tasting pizza and great customer service try there instead next time for a better experience. This location really needs a reality check, and learn that their customers are humans too. Also payed for 3 dips and there was only two in the bag.

I've done so however it's been 3 days and no reply. I guess Pizza pizza cares as much about customer service as much as they do quality control. (They don't care.) I order Half moon cheesy bread in person Pizza Pizza at 1338 Richmond Rd, Ottawa. They made my pizza extremely dry and cent amount of chees on it(pic-1). when I complain about it they gave me half moon after more than 1 hour and even worst than the previous one (pic-2). I talked with the owner and owner gave attitude to me and said to me " Do you even know how Pizza is made ?" I ordered food at 8:00 pm and both My daughters stayed without food till night 11:05 pm as this store refused to make good half moon bread. Do not go to this place at all. Robertson road pizza pizza provide great food and customer service. check the difference between these two store half moon bread in the pic -3. I paid full even though they are being so cheep and saving money. Pizza pizza should take some serious action if Pizza Pizza wants to save the reputation. Owner of this store as well the employees are so rude. I am tagging this incident to the city mayor and this story to social media.
