I got nothing but attitude from the worker today . I pay almost ten dollars a smoothie , I expect a level of service . My smoothie should be done right , if it’s not , they should be willing to do it again . She said we’re doing our best , also made a comment that I’m always a problem. Based on me preferring a worker I know to make my smoothie , over a new worker in training . Why would I want someone in training to learn on my dollar . I come here 7 days a week . She told me to go to another booster juice today . Gladly

Poor customer service tonight... aug 6th 8pm. We entered and whistled for someone, then we noticed a foot with sandle in the back.. hey anyone there... then we said "we see you". Employee took her time to pit down a book and cellphone and didn't even acknowlege us. We walked straight out. Also the manager doesn't even have a handle on things... (pun intended) litterally the front door has no handle and is propped open by a wet floor sign.

If I could rate it less then 1 star I would give a minus -2 went in just now on Feb 9 at 11:55 and the blonde hair girl is so rude and snappy and the 2 other employees working were talking about inappropriate stuff on the front side of the cash I will definitely not be going back I ve never been treated with so much disrespect for no reason I got so much attitude as soon as me and my sister walked in ..

I normally go to multiple booster juice locations, and I didn’t have a bad experience till now. Went to this Merivale location on 30th December 2021 night around 8:40 pm. And the girl at the counter refused to serve us Juices, she said fresh Juice service closes at 7 pm, but I didn’t read this kind of policy anywhere on internet. And then we went there next day too on 31st December 2021 around 6 pm, we were unaware about the early closing due to NYE. She was nice as she still offered us smoothies even though they were closing. And she also confirmed there is no such policy of not serving juices after 7 pm on regular days.

Fast and quick service. Quite quick go to place to grab your favrt drink. Mango hurricane was best in taste..!

I freaking love this place. I get a Tropical Tornado with a worrier booster every time I go…. which is too many times a week. I love Brook and Tiana, they’re my girls. Every smoothie is so good it’s my new drug. They welcome me every time with big smiles and have told me once and I’ll never forget… they make those smoothies with love. Pure love and deliciousness. Go off queens.

We bought a Mango Hurricane this afternoon, and it was freezer burnt with large chunks of ice in it! We ended up not even being able to drink it. I called the store to ask if they could offer to send us a coupon for a free regular smoothie, but they said they don't do that at the store level and to call Corporate. I called their corporate number, got an automated message saying that no one could take my call, and then it hung up on me. Now I just want our $8.24 back, so we can be done with it. Hopefully the Manager, Franchisee, or someone sees this to arrange for us to get a refund.

Usually love this place but lately the chicken in their sandwiches are full of fat and cartilage. Not my idea of a chicken pesto sandwich. For that reason im done going here. I had to spit out my food.

Staff was pleasant. Quick service. If your looking for a healthy alternative. Give this location a try.

Booster juice is great, need I say more? Answered all my gluten free questions without any issues, got a nice smoothie with a free “warrior” add on (the powders and such). Was very yummy. Solidly the only place I think is worth spending $9 on a smoothie. They’re just SOOOO good. 🥭🍍🍑🫐🍌🍓

I come here often after my workout because it’s closest to my gym, but everyone that works here seems to hate their job. They are all miserable and a little rude? If you don’t like customers, don’t work in customer service. And if it’s your management that sucks then i’m sorry but don’t take it out on the people keeping you in business

The girl with black hair and blue eyes really stood out to me for her excellent customer service. I go a couple times a week and she is always there working and you can tell she truly works hard at her job! Well done…. I will continue coming and hope to be served by her!!!

I really like getting smoothies here. Unfortunately you will pay for it but I find they do it a lot better than what I could make at home. Ripped berry protein smoothie is an easy recommend

Great smoothies, and friendly service, I would suggest increasing your merchandise and snack section though such as bars and reusable cups.

I go here before I hit the gym every week, they have good sandwiches too add to your smoothie. I fought another customer who was harassing the staff yesterday and chased her out since the staff couldn't seem to get her to call down and leave. The staff were very kind and thankful after, great smoothies made with love!

Ordered for delivery. No straws. Had to leave the house to go buy some.:/

Slowest service ever! Thanks a lot Crystal! Could've bought breakfast at Starbucks for the same amount of time! And the worst part is there wasn't even a morning rush!

The "no mask no service" sign on the door is ridiculously discriminatory, my best friend has severe asthma and would not be able to get a smoothie according to you sign. Plus the staff there is always super slow to adress customers, they continue to do their things behind the counter and only acknowledge the customer waiting to order after a few minutes....never going to this location again

Poor customer service. Rude staff. I asked for terminator which they explained it is discontinued. I asked for a recommendation on which would be good for me health wise as I feel a cold coming on, she just pointed to the menu and said that’s what we serve. I asked again in a different way for a recommendation for the terminator, she said they don’t have oranges. I told her that you are not getting my question. I asked the other employee by saying excuse me twice and she turns around asking me why I’m yelling at her. I told her she couldn’t hear me so I raise my voice. Poor service I do not recommend this place!

Just stopped here on our way from Quebec to Toronto and the staff was amazing. She was extremely helping at making suggestions for drinks. I've been to a few booster juices and the customer service here is exceptional. The drink suggested was the prefect pick-me-up for the long drive. My only regret was not getting the girl's name. She deserves some recognition especially in a time where good customer service is so rare.
