i was in the store sometime last week doing some shopping and at the cash was the most outstandingly kind, upbeat, diligent cashier that I’ve ever met. I think her name was Jen but she has purple hair. She was so kind to each and every single customer that was in the line up and when I went up to her cash she was so extremely sweet and efficient. she was able to get the line down extremely fast and give absolutely amazing customer service to everyone that went through her cash which I think is remarkable. I was in again this morning and she was working in the clothing section and she looked like she was pretty busy, but since she had been so kind last time I decided to ask her for help finding what I needed because I’m not familiar with the store. She dropped what she was doing and started happily assisting me right away. I told her that I was looking for some clothing for work and described what I needed and she went above and beyond & took me around and showed me a bunch of items that for what I needed and I ended up spending a lot more than I needed because she was such a phenomenal sales rep lol. On two occasions she has provided me outstanding customer service and I feel as though individuals such as herself deserve to be recognized for the amazing hard work that they do. I wish all employees I’ve come across have been this kind, helpful and efficient because she’s made each shopping trip enjoyable.

The new owner is a horribly disrespectful person. I used to love shopping there but after repeated bad experiences I'm done. I'd rather commute twice the distance than give him my business.

Its a nice small GT boutique. When it is busy, its almost impossible to navigate, but when it isn't busy, it is one of my favorite places to shop.

I cannot give 3 stars a couple of floor staff are friendly and willing to help when you ask, a couple of cashiers also are same, but there has to be one that just ruins it, ( think name Linda?)she makes you feel unwelcomed, and her level of customer service and friendly demeanour is not on a level of acceptance and hope it gets addressed by management

Too bad they took out the change room and left it looking like a war zone in the corner where it used to be... had to make 2 unnecessary trips since you can't try stuff on now

There's no changing rooms. I found clothes that I liked but then couldn't see how they fit me.

Went to giant tiger in bells corner had to use the washroom I couldn't belei the washroom the toilet was do dirty I had to tk a bunch of ppr wet it and wash it completely b4 using it it was really disgusting at least the person that used it nx had a clean toilet

They have cheap prices but they're not the place to buy your fresh produce

One of the best and most clean Giant Tigers I've been too. I know some of the workers there and all are warm and friendly. Great place to shop for deals and clothes and a little of everything to be honest. Want deals? Find the Tiger in Bells Corners

Nice store, overall pretty clean and the typical Giant Tiger stuff. Can be a tad messy here and there, but not dirty. Good selection of products. Have noticed some staff get a little bit sassy once, but the customer wasn't being easy to support either.

To me, the best value at Giant Tiger is always the clothes. They're surprisingly nice quality for VERY reasonable prices. The groceries, when compared to other places, are competitive at best, with a few things a bit more expensive than usual (however, the Snyder's pretzel bites are always $2.98 here, a great going rate - and you can't find them everywhere!). This store is smaller than many of the others in Ottawa and doesn't have a great variety, but it does its best, and the customer service is always friendly. Shoutout to the really sweet staff member who went in the back looking for more pretzel pieces, then came out, said the truck would be out tomorrow, and gave me a pep talk about buying the ones I had my eyes on. Overall, I always like coming here, despite the minor quibbles.

Canadian department store with clothes, food, seasonal, etc at reasonable prices. Clothing is to date styles but not your mall namebrands.

They dont carry the items I'm looking for they good for the groceries I can find a lot of things I need The service is good at the cash you can always count on them to give you the right amount

Theyre no longer carrying lactose free milk. The manager decided to opt out. I used to spend quite a bit here. I will unfortunately not be going as often now. My sister as well.

Everyone is kind, and helpful but I would personally like to thank the young lady who I think she said her name was alexis who was very helpful. Yesterday the store was busy, and she was the only cashier. She took her time with each of us. What I personally liked is her time management skills while ensuring great costumer service skills. Very kind young lady! Great work ethics!
