    My third visit to Hudson's Bay for perfumes was once again a pleasure. The staff's passion and product knowledge make each visit enjoyable. The great deals and generous samples are a bonus. I'll definitely be returning for more.

    I was disappointed in my trip there last night. I realize it is boxing week, however it was highly understaffed, all of the clothing is expensive but is all wrinkly hanging on the racks. It was hard to decipher what was actually on sale. I was especially disappointed with the customer service at the Women's wear. The young girl at the service desk was rude to customers. It seems that customer service is no longer important in that area of the store. On another note, the woman at the jewellery counter last night was wonderful and very pleasant to deal with.

    I would not recommend buying any higher end watches or jewelry from this location. I purchased a $3,000+ watch yesterday and was given a used watch with no authenticity documents. Watch had stickers removed and warranty card was severely scratched. When I went back in store to return it, the representative (Tatiana) told me "this is what you bought, this is what we had, this is what we gave you". Rather than trying to understand where I'm coming from, she got extremely defensive and began speaking in an extremely disrespectful manner. Instead of processing my return, she chose to hand the issue over to an employee that was finishing their shift. Totally unprofessional. I typically have good experiences with The Bay at other locations. This location was one of the worst.

    The Bay is a mainstay going back to my childhood along with Sears. Good quality products. They have expanded clothing options to be more up to date with general fashion trends and offer plus size options up to 3x. Staff are friendly and professional. I would have give 5 stars if regular the prices were not so high. They do have some fantastic sales and clearance though, which is when I will usually go.

    Staff were helpful and they had a wide selection of things. Prices are around mid-range for things that they sell. Definitely not the lowest prices but also not the highest. They seem to stock higher quality items. Full disclosure: It's been close to 3 years since we shopped here, so far so good.

    Fantastic this mall is very big, location in perfect. Building design is awesome I like how organized the parking. I liked shopping there, especially sports wear with very reasonable prices. Also Mark's has various clothes with good discounts. GAP as well. And KFC 🍗 is the best. I like how clean is in all floors. They deserve more than 5 stars 🌟

    We went later in the day. The place seemed quiet and there was not much staff to be found. Outside clothing the selection seemed limited. Products looked like they had been arranged to make the most of limited stock. Big contrast with the Bay online experience where there seems to be more of everything and the turnaround time is excellent.

    Completely disappointed with the direction Hudson bay has taken. Merchandise was highly disorganized at the men's section. All dress shirts were mixed in different sizes, some of which were flipped upside down and no staff anywhere to be seen. Very disappointed in this store and will not be returning.

    The selection of clothing in the men's department is authentic. The quality of the materials is excellent. I was searching for the color orange, and I found this, which I bought. I will certainly return here for more.

    I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Hudson's Bay. The staff was not just unhelpful, but outright rude. They didn't let me speak, seemed annoyed to assist, and one even called me a liar, suggesting I shop elsewhere. This is not the level of service I expect from a reputed store. Such behavior is unacceptable and has seriously affected my view of Hudson's Bay.

    I went to get a perfume for my hubby on last Friday. The service was excellent. I was so happy when I left that place. Especially the customer service by the men’s perfume department was amazing.

    The worst “purchase” experience I have had. It’s my first time to know that the system comes on priority than customers. Because the sales guy in furniture department is not on duty, all the furnitures there are not for sale but only as an ART display! We wanna buy a sofa, even when we talked to the GM, the lady named Evelyn, she said no. And she also questioned me why you didn’t buy it when you see it. Come on, do I need to buy it at the first sight? Especially when we need to go home to do a measurement. When we said we trust the Bay and we are loyal customers. The lady, Evelyn Ruiz replied, we have a lot of loyal customers. Ok, that means no singe one could be treated well bc we don’t care about your purchase or not. When the system is so out, no one is going to improve its efficiency, maybe just only an authority needed to improve the daily business. No! Anyway , Good luck, the low efficient Hudson Bay!

    Horrible customer service. This store doesn't not stand behind what its employees say. Employee tells you one thing about their return policy but when you actually buy the product and need to return it, be prepared to be told something else. I try shopping at the Bay in order to support a 'Canadian company' but the best that Chantal could tell me is that the Bay's systems as "not as new as Walmart's and other companies out there." So, there you have it. If you want to buy and product and be sure that you can return it without a hassle, do your shopping at Walmart or other companies which will honour your return and hassle free!

    Went in to buy something for my son for prom. The men's section seemed messy and disorganized. It was also very hard to find any good help and it wasn't even busy that day. We ended up leaving and went to Moores and found something right away.

    I went up to multiple cashes. And tried to purchase my items. I had to leave without paying because my baby was hungry. This was my first outing with my baby. Shopping is definitely too hard with an infant here.

    Don't have much experience when it comes to interacting with staff, but selection is great. All sorts of colours and sizes, men's and women's, unisex too, for anytime of the year. Reasonably priced, usually has an awesome sale going on

    I used to buy most of my clothes from the Bay and used to love it. I recently decided to try shopping online from the Bay website. I bought a pair of boots from the website which took more than a month to arrive. They were supposed to be leather boots, but what I received was basically cheap plastic uncomfortable boots. When I went to the Bay store to return them, I was told that they were not belong to the Bay!!!! They belong to another company which is advertising its products on the Bay website!!! And the name is “marketplace” I was told that I should contact that company in order to return the boots. I did, and they accepted the return, but I was told that I have to pay for the shipment! I can’t believe it! I thought I can trust the Bay and its website as I did always…but not anymore.

    The store is very nice and an anchor, but as a retail concept, it is dated, high end stores won't survive unless they bring value or uniqueness. The clearance event, seemed to discount greatly overpriced goods, which gave the impression they were a good deal. Very nice product lines. Would and does appeal to upper scale clientele.

    The shopping experience was alright but my experience at the perfume/skin care section was pretty awful. The workers were really rude and when I simply lifted off one of their products from the counter to show my mother, they accused me of “stealing”. Terrible store policy really, I really recommend they change up the way they treat and speak to customers who are just trying to look around.

    Staff isn't friendly at all, I was in the shoe department for over 15 minutes trying the demos on, and nobody came to say hi. I ended up having to walk up to the counter. I wasn't greeted by a "Hello, how can I help you or Hi there, can I get you a size?" I had to say hello to them, they checked the shstem and didn't have my size. I asked if they could check if other locations have it as I wanted to try it on for fit before buying. They told me the stores and I said thank you. I had hoped to hear a "have a good day" or soemthing, but I didn't get a hello to begin with, so I think I was expecting WAY too much for a goodbye.

    The location of this Hudson's bay is very convenient, two minutes walking distance from the bayshore bus station. Many Parking are available. There's a walmart nearby in the shopping center, as well as many well known brand shops, and a well sized food court.

    I went in to buy a spatula. Spent most of my time in a line of people doing online returns while trying to maximize their points cards. I get that buying online and returning to the store is common, but there really should be a dedicated till/cashier.

    When looking for the notorious female clothes - bras. No such thing as wireless, front closing bras. On top of that I want wide straps and a size 36e. Doest not exist.

    The customer care here was ridiculous today (the lady who worked close to the fitting room second floor) She doesn’t speak properly and she is very arrogant. She needs to be disciplined and thought how yo speak to customers. She is pushing customers back instead of attracting them to buy.

    While the store was organized, one of the cashiers were quite rude and had an attitude. After telling a customer to go to another cash and form a line, a new customer arrived and was helped ahead of the customer who arrived first.

    I went to shop for fragrances received no assistance. Had to wait for 20 mins to talk to someone. The testers for men were all hidden. The testers for women were all on display. I called and requested a manager but was advised of call back. I received no call back. Left to Sephora where your purchase is appreciated. The customer service at this location is horrible. Don't shop here go somewhere else.

    Ridiculously overpriced luggage! It's useful to go and see/feel the luggage, but then you can save hundreds of dollars if you buy it online. Same product! The luggage I was looking for was $650 here, but $250 online. What?!?!?

    Negative experience this weekend. No staff available - had to run up three floors to find a cashier to pay for an item. Have been shopping here since I was a child and have never seen such poor customer service. I did give one extra star for the lovely displays in housewares on the third floor - well done - would have shopped longer if it wasn't so hard to find someone to pay for items.

    Usually had great experience with cosmetic department. Today was a bit different. Goal was to return face cream that I got as a gift and to purchase a perfume instead. First reaction of a young salesperson woman I found rude. “Did you use it!?»- she exclaimed. Then told me to go to different spot. Because, as she told me, she suppose to wrap some gift for other customer. So, why did she even bothered to come to me and offer her services? Obviously didn’t want to deal with return. I was waiting and waiting. Finally other lady offered her help to wrap and the young one gave me different remark - “ I have to go and check the cream.” Sounded rude to me too. Box was not open, gift receipt was there. She disappeared and then came back with cream, mentioning that it’s Ok. Very unprofessional behaviour and unacceptable remarks.

    Me and 3 friends were sitting on one of their couches for a few seconds to decide where we're going next and an employee snapped very rudely at us to get off the furniture if we're not going to buy and when we got off to walk around the store she shouted at me to place a pillow I had slightly displaced. After that we looked at the candles and were deciding whether to get one or not but then saw probably the manager aggressively walking towards us. We went to wait between the doors to the parking lot and the store when he yelled and gestured for us to come back which we did and explained that we were waiting to be picked up, but he then screamed at us and kicked us out of the store to just wait outside in the cold and rainy weather. Overall VERY bad experience.
