Very disappointing. At the beginning of winter (October 2021), CK tanger outlet in Ottawa had a sale on Jackets. I bought a black jacket (shown in pictures) as a gift for my wife who lives in Regina, Saskatchewan. She wore it one time and now every time she takes the jacket out, a button falls off (please see the picture) not to mention that the buttons cannot be put back. Now this jacket is useless and my wife cannot wear it anymore. A very disappointing quality from a brand that identifies itself as a designer brand. This was a final sake so I cannot even return it.

This place is a rip-off... They used to have good prices on dress shirts and pants, but their prices have dramatically increased. Not to mention their selection has as well.. I went in for a suit jacket and got surprised that it costed a whopping $300+. I went to an actual suit shop and got a jacket and pants combo for the same price after tax with tailoring... The quality was better too...

I like the clothes and the products. The cashier however when I was at the checkout was rude and treated me as if she was donating the clothes to me rather than me buying clothes. She seems to be a manager or something.. but the bad attitude was not necessary.

Pay attention at the cashier if you grabbed items from the clearance section. When the item scanned, it won't show the clearance price and you have to point it out at the spot. The staff is friendly enough to change the price for you, but you need to pay attention and point it out!!!!!! Otherwise you will be charged way more without knowing.

It took a while to pay for our items at the cashier. I was asking two cashiers at the front to call for someone to help them. There was a big line and people were waiting for a long to pay for their items. On the weekend, when you want to do all your shopping quickly, you must wait 20 minutes because the store can't afford extra people.

This store is full of dust. The floor, table and clothes are covered with dust. Very disappointed to see new clothes with lots of accumulated dust. Please clean and dust the store regularly 🙏

Love the clothes - the style, the quality. The prices are usually fantastic, although the last time I went they didn't have great promotions. Only took a star off because their staff aren't great. It is always difficult to get a fitting room, they care more about their tasks than helping customers. Not rude, but definitely not warm or helpful.

I like this location. The guy who is the cashier and it seems he is a manager is amazing. Excellent customer service and task delegation to their employees. They were attentive.

Lots to buy here...so dangerous coming in for one item, and you ended up with like 5 full bags

Sooosooo Slooooowwww. One cashier. 12 minutes with a single customer. Lineup getting longer and longer. Starts chatting with another clerk. Left without buying items that we picked out. My life is to short to tolerate...

I bought 2 items off the 75% off sale rack, and at the checkout, the sales associate wasn't paying attention and mistakenly almost charged me full price- $71 (even after stating the items were from that particular rack). Had I not been paying attention, I would've ended up paying this. We went from $71 down to $17 total because I caught it. The sales rep was very nice and no other issues, but perhaps more training or attention to detail is needed.

Just a bit sad that I purchased a 500 dollar jacket that I found for 59 dollars exact same one at a competitor that sells authentic CK products. I am an avid shopper at this store but this has now made me leery about buying an item for 500 dollars without price shopping elsewhere in ottawa first. I bought the second and third jacket at the competitor as Xmas gifts. Kept the original 500 dollar jacket but can’t express how dissapointed I am.

Terrible experience. Made an online purchase. The order was confirmed and my credit card was charged almost immediately. That same order was then very abruptly cancelled with zero explanation as to why the order was cancelled in the first place. I was told it will take up to 3 days for my money to be returned. When I reached out to customer service, they refused to explain the reason for the cancellation, except to tell me that they were unable to re-place the order on my behalf and that I could do that myself. I tried to purchase a second time and the very same thing happened. They took my money for a second time; only this time, they didn't confirm the order or cancel it. So now what?

I wish the staff(billing) were more sincere to their jobs. Poor attention to detail. He was busy enquiring about coworkers. Forgot to deactivate the alarm sensor inside the jackets, no one to help at door either. Had to get help from Reebok staff to figure it out since it kept triggering alarms at other shops. Other than that good selection available at Tanger outlet location. Excellent deals, extra discount on boxing day deals for members.

Its a good place with good price I would say. Only issue is, I found it a bit disorganized as well as missing CK's latest promotions! Every CK around world is going crazy with a BTS singer, but Ottawa CK is miaaing the whole vibe of this craze!

I love the Calvin Klein women wear athletic line. The cut and sizes just for perfectly to my shape and tone and this year the spring colour selection was spot on and trendy!

Great store, friendly staff and deals for everyone. my husband and I went in a few days ago. He was looking for some dress pants and the deals were so good we ended up making a whole shopping trip out of it.
