I
am
absolutely
disgusted
at
the
lack
of
customer
service
and
the
poor
business
practices
at
this
store.
This
store
is
forcing
customers
to
use
their
retail
neighbours
fitting
rooms
instead
of
offering
their
own.
In
the
mean
time
saving
themselves
time,
money
and
hassle
in
not
having
to
maintain
their
own
fitting
rooms.
I
specifically
waited
for
everything
to
open
so
I
could
properly
shop
for
new
bras
(to
fit
the
new
covid
body).
A
friend
suggested
Victoria
Secret.
This
is
the
only
store
I
planned
on
going
to.
Nobody
informed
me
upon
entry
that
their
company
has
chosen
to
not
offer
their
fitting
rooms
for
use.
It
wasn't
until
the
end
of
the
shopping
experience.
I
thought
shopping
was
fully
open,
but
maybe
I
was
wrong?!
Got
home
and
complained
to
a
friend
about
the
experience
only
to
have
her
say
to
me
"why
didn't
you
just
go
into
La
Senza
and
pick
something
up
to
try
on
there
and
try
the
victoria
secret
item
on
in
their
fitting
room."
WHAT?!
All
the
other
stores
are
using
their
fitting
rooms?!!!
Yet,
your
company
thinks
it
is
reasonable
to
ask
a
potential
customer
to
buy
something
and
take
it
all
the
way
home
to
try
on?
Home
to
what
kind
of
environment?
Then
drive
all
the
way
back
to
the
mall
again
to
return
the
item.
Utterly
ridiculous
and
selfish,
when
all
the
other
stores
are
open
for
business
as
usual.
Unfortunately,
trying
on
bras
is
one
of
those
evil
necessities
of
life.
I
understand
the
risks
I
am
taking,
during
covid,
in
venturing
out
into
a
mall
to
do
so.
Therefore,
I
only
planned
on
visiting
one
store.
Yours.
Then
heading
home.
Hence,
I
didn't
even
clue
in
that
other
stores
had
open
fitting
rooms.
Otherwise
I
probably
would
have
come
up
with
the
notion
to
use
their
fitting
rooms
instead
of
driving
all
the
way
home
to
try
on
a
blasted
bra.
This
is
one
SUPER
FRUSTRASTED
woman
who
will
never
shop
in
this
store
again!!!!
and
will
spread
the
word,
too.
