I was going to purchase a few bras but wanted to try them on first to ensure they were comfortable. I was told that I couldn’t try them on without having a bra fitting. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been wearing the same size bra for 15 years and did not require or want this. I will never shop here again.

Absolutely amazing service! I was at the store yesterday Oct.31 2021 desperately looking for a new bra. I wish I can remember the employees name that helped me, but she was wonderful. Very tentative, continued to check on me as I was waiting to use a fitting room. Extremely knowledgeable on all the VS products, and even went as far as explaining how a bra should properly fit, which you’d think as a woman would be common sense but apparently I’ve been wearing my bras wrong. I found the perfect fit with excellent comfort. Extremely satisfied with the service I received here yesterday!

Terrible. 50%off overpriced merchandise. .... 50% Off a regular everyday $70 bra .... most people may be dumb but not all.... Also the staff at this location : incompetent and slow. A big fat zero.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. There were also very willing to leave you alone and shop by yourself if you prefer it. They offer services to measure what size of bra you need. The change rooms are a great size as well.

Girl working on Jan 9th around 5 foot 6 at 4 o'clock was a very bad amount of sassy/rude. Incredibly hostile doesn't seem to understand how to have a normal conversation. Felt like I was being bullied in high-school. First ever bad review I have posted in my lifetime.

As is so often the case, the staff makes a big difference, whatever's being sold. Recently, Julia at VS Bayshore was very helpful when I was hunting for panties that really FIT... Not only did I find them -- in two styles and a bunch of cute colours -- but Julia was also able to sort out an issue with a discount not registering at the cash the first time. Many thanks to her, to the other staff who helped that day, and to everyone there who's made me feel comfortable in the store ever since I started visiting. [December 2023 addition] Well, you folks did it again -- and on Boxing Day, no less! If I was going to get out to the mall, work was going to force me to be there on the 26th, but despite the crowds, the VS staff (Teylah and Iman in particular) helped me build a great bundle -- including a new style for me that has proved to be a great success. Worst experience ever. Bought two items that had a red mark on them which means they are 70% off. Cashiers are clueless and just scanned them without checking and I was charged original price for both. I had to waste my time going back in line just so they could correct their mistake!! Horrible service. I also found out the blonde girl at the cash didn’t even reduce the price on my other item and I paid full price for that. My goodness do your job correctly!!!! Manager there is useless

My friend and I came here just to browse Thursday evening and left with some good deals!! The ladies there were amazing and soo helpful. I didn’t get all their names but thanks to Jenn I left that store satisfied with all my purchases :)

This store staff was amazing and supportive towards me! I had just lost my mom and the staff was patient and so caring with me! She sized me and lead me to all my questions about different bras and clothing!! I really like the options the store had ! It is difficult to find 34-36 ddd but they had plenty of options for me to chose ! I absolutely love there brand and quality ! The most comfortable and affordable bras I ever have worn! Only location left in Ottawa which is unfortunate! The gentlemen who works on the Victoria secret side is always extremely helpful! The store is smaller because pink is attached but they usually have a good amount of stock available. I love their pink side and they always have well displayed deals and promotions going. I also like that when they have gift with purchases they have them available past the first day!

The only VS Store in Ottawa as of 2020, always busy no matter what. Well-stocked and with many options, but yeah, prepare for lines/crowds, especially during annual sales and so on

Online orders only review. Please beware that once you hit the order button there is no return. I called VS not even 10 min after my order and they said there was no way to adjust the order. So I was unable to add the coupon code that I had forgot. After several emails. The matter was not resolved. I did notice also on my bill a 25$ charge for delivery even though it was to be free. Again with the code. Ordering.from VS has been the worst ever with customer service. I order often online and never had this situation before.

I was there with my girlfriend and rather bored with how long our outing was taking but was impressed by all the associates in the store. First of all there were many of them, you wouldn't have to look if you needed any help and every single one of them was pleasant, friendly and asking if they could help in any way. It was a very pleasant surprise in this day when in a lot of stores not only is it impossible to find staff but when you do they treat you like an inconvenience. Very impressive!! Oh yeah they also seemed to have a lot of stock and my girlfriend loves the quality!

Had an excellent experience the other day in the PINK side of the store. I was unable to catch the name of the kind young woman who gave us a hand multiple times but she was super sweet and helpful. She was also very easy to talk to and comfortable to approach. I’ve had many uncomfortable experiences in the store but she definitely provided the best experience yet! The deals were fairly good compared to other times I’ve been in. Each bra purchase you got a free pair of underwear which was a pretty sweet deal, as well as the bras were on sale a good chunk too! All of the super cute Valentine’s Day pieces were out so we scored some of those with the deals and it made for a great visit!

A great place to buy a bra. The staff were friendly and helpful. They determined my size and recommended several types that might be comfortable. They also answered my questions about washing care of my new bras. I'm very happy with my visit and my purchase.

Went in here a couple weeks ago and the employee was extremely helpful in helping me finding the stuff I needed. I believe her name was Sam or Sara. It was a short brunette girl. She knows her stuff and what would fit best on people. My wife loved the fit when I brought it home.

Victoria's Secret is a great store to buy lingerie and sexy clothing. The staff are friendly and there are good deals during seasonal sales. It's definitely worth checking out if you're looking for these types of products

I am absolutely disgusted at the lack of customer service and the poor business practices at this store. This store is forcing customers to use their retail neighbours fitting rooms instead of offering their own. In the mean time saving themselves time, money and hassle in not having to maintain their own fitting rooms. I specifically waited for everything to open so I could properly shop for new bras (to fit the new covid body). A friend suggested Victoria Secret. This is the only store I planned on going to. Nobody informed me upon entry that their company has chosen to not offer their fitting rooms for use. It wasn't until the end of the shopping experience. I thought shopping was fully open, but maybe I was wrong?! Got home and complained to a friend about the experience only to have her say to me "why didn't you just go into La Senza and pick something up to try on there and try the victoria secret item on in their fitting room." WHAT?! All the other stores are using their fitting rooms?!!! Yet, your company thinks it is reasonable to ask a potential customer to buy something and take it all the way home to try on? Home to what kind of environment? Then drive all the way back to the mall again to return the item. Utterly ridiculous and selfish, when all the other stores are open for business as usual. Unfortunately, trying on bras is one of those evil necessities of life. I understand the risks I am taking, during covid, in venturing out into a mall to do so. Therefore, I only planned on visiting one store. Yours. Then heading home. Hence, I didn't even clue in that other stores had open fitting rooms. Otherwise I probably would have come up with the notion to use their fitting rooms instead of driving all the way home to try on a blasted bra. This is one SUPER FRUSTRASTED woman who will never shop in this store again!!!! and will spread the word, too.

Great customer experience

I love Victoria’s Secret’s products. However the associate that helped me when I visited was extremely rude and made me walk out of the store more self conscious and embarrassed about my body than ever. I’m very small and wear a B cup, however the associate helping me tried to get me to try a C or even a D cup. I tried to explain to her that as much as I appreciated her help, I knew what I needed and just wanted to try on this specific bra so I could be sure it fit me properly. The associate was adamant that I try on a larger size to the point where I almost wanted to cry. I had to open up about a physical condition I have on my chest that makes finding comfortable bras very difficult so that she could understand why I was so uncomfortable. Although yes I could’ve returned the item within 30 days, I’d rather not since commuting to Bayshore is a hassle and I needed this bra for a specific event happening that day. Only feedback I have is please do not judge your customers. Next time I go back I definitely do not want help from that same associate

There's not much choice, I liked the panties on the website, so I drove all the way from Downtown to get them. When I got there, I could barely find one, and there was a promotion of five for $38 or so. But you just can't get those 5 shorts together because there's nothing to choose from. Unless you get the same ones. Huge sizes, you can't find a medium size.

Great bra except for the rash. Why is this happening? Never had a problem with other bras.

What you would expect from the store. Impeccably clean and organized. Staff was easy to find and assist. Good sales. Price is what you would expect from the name. Highly recommend.

Well the products are nice but I was harassed by one of the staff members to no end. Every single product i just glanced at she would be right behind me to tell me about it, you can definitely tell they work on commission. Although I'm sure she just wanted to help it does get annoying when you can't shop in peace.

A large and well-designed store on the 1st level inside Bayshore Mall. Quite a large selection with very beautiful products. The team is very professional and very helpful. Currently, they are giving a 30% discount for the period of the Christmas holidays. Don't miss it, it is worth it.

Was there today and they were short staffed and a cashier asked for manager, which she came over, saw a customer upset and Walks away and says we are understaffed. Understand that but not the customers fault as well and was very unprofessional of the manager. We had to go into Victoria secret to be rung through and the young lady there was amazing!!! Not sure I would be back there.

Amazing store. Great prices, well organized and very helpful staff. I especially loved that they were not hovering you and let you shop on your own. The staff was great, they let me know about promotions and where to locate sizes and additional styles. I will definitely be back to this location. Amazing!
