The staff at this location are a delight - super friendly and always available to help. Unfortunately I can't say the same for their selection. How is it that this location carries almost NO jeans from the curvy line? The only options available (aka, 1 style in 2 colours) were tucked away in a corner of the store and almost impossible to find. AE loves to insist that they support all body shapes but having larger sizes isn't the same as supporting different body shapes. It's such a pity, because the single curvy option available fit a million times better than any other pair of jeans in the store, all of which featured a gaping waistband and were ridiculously snug everywhere else. Please, if nothing else, add a bootcut or flare style to the curvy options so I can keep shopping from you guys!

I never have any issues with this store and would say I order from them frequently. Always easy returns/exchanges, pick ups, friendly staff, etc. This was the first time in the years Ive shopped here that I had a pick up order that had gave me an incorrect date I had to pick up my order by. Upon calling the store when I got an email saying my order was cancelled as to no understanding as to why, I was directed to the manager who told me they still had my order and could hold it for me for my intended pick up of the next day and repurchase the items at the price I paid online. Arriving the following day the manager I spoke to happened to be working and was extremely helpful, kind and efficient. I docked a star only because the manager told me I had 7 days to pick up my order from the date of creation despite my email telling me I had another few days to spare for pick up. She wasn’t understanding as to why it was telling me an incorrect date but nonetheless i’m grateful for her help and she made the process super easy and accommodating! I didn’t catch her name but thanks again :)

I had a really great experience at this store specifically because of sales associate Dayle! Thank you so much to this incredible person who turned my shopping experience into such a fun time. Dayle helped me find my size (which she somehow just knew, like wow) and suggested a few new looks that I absolutely adored. It turned into laughs, chats, and I left the store so excited to wear my new clothes and feeling super confident. Dayle, you seriously rock!

All staff standing around chatting, walked around the store for 5 mins and no one greeted me or offered assistance.

The staff was extremely obnoxious, screaming and laughing extensively. Almost always unable to help because of their conversations. Swore multiple times (loudly), and I personally found extremely rude. would recommend rehiring

My favourite store to buy comfortable jeans. I tend to buy them when they have sales. This specific location I give 4 stars only because the lay out is different then the other locations it’s odd.

Gabriella was phenomenal and helped me find 4 new pairs of jeans!! She’s very knowledgeable and an exceptional associate! I will definitely be back because of her.

Since they didn't have shirts in the style I was working for, they gratuitously offered to make them for me. Also, their staff is super friendly and even snort when you make them laugh enough!

I went shopping 🛍, this morning to this stores, around 10: 20 am ,I got 3 items, the cashier propossly didn't take the alarm detector off the items: why would you do something like that , this the only one job you got to do, when I went to the door the alarm went go off, Eva was nice she has a good customer services 👍 I give her 5 Start.

Every time I go in, he has been more than helpful in locating items for me, placing orders for me, assisting with AE rewards customer service and showing me offers that I didn't even know I had. He always goes above and beyond, big smiles and just a pleasure to see every time I'm in the store. I can not thank him enough! Gelena

Terrible Review Incomming The staff here are just so helpful, they love when you gently close their change room doors, they all have beautiful bright smiles and refuse to take the membership points when you check out. Overall great shopping experience. ;)

I went in to get some new jeans for work and Gabby went above and beyond to help! She was absolutely amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm making sure to tell all my friends that when they need jeans to go to AE and have Gabby help! She made the experience fun and enjoyable

Rana was the employee that helped me. She assisted me in finding some jeans that were my exact size. Even though they did not really fit to my standards, Rana was still determined to ask me and find me more jeans. Very great customer service. This customer service is once in a blue moon you will find. I will definitely come back again.

Very unhelpful customer service judging people according to there race specially manager standing on gate and telling if you are not here to shop don’t go in because we have other important customers waiting in line.

Nice looking clothes but expensive... good quality so you get what you pay for but not the place for bargain shopping! Would have been 5 stars but a serious lack of eagles!!!! Like I didn't even see one!!!

I had Sam and Alisha (I failed to get their correct spelling) and they were fantastic. Both were super charming and great to chat with! I had Sam running around on a wild goose chase and they were super chill with it even though I didn't take it in the end. They were courteous and helpful and made my experience great! I wasn't sure where to leave a review because I didn't get at receipt (since I didn't buy anything) but I would sing their praises everywhere if I could!
