Maybe I caught this store on a bad day but I thought that the variety of the selection of items they had in the store lacking. Sure they had the usual stuff we normally see at big box stores but those were basically at regular price. Maybe go there when there's a good sale.

We purchased items at end of shopping trip , noticed the store promotion was not applied to one of the items . I called the store and gave them the information and kindly said that I can email the proof and the manager didn’t even return my calls and when I called back I was told by the floor manager their was nothing they could do. Again no phone call from store manager. Terrible customer service.

I must say this is the BEST ADIDAS STORE in 🇨🇦. The manager BEATRICE is such a Helpful, Courteous, Friendly, n Welcoming executive I have ever met. I bought Adidas slides(Slippers) a month ago but its strap came out as strap was not threaded but glued only. I lost my original receipt n went to the store last Sunday to tell about their product was very in-durable n flimsy. Fortunately, Beatrice was there N helped to get the copy of the receipt from their systems with the date/time and the bill price (that I found from my Bank app). She told me to bring the Slides at the store to check the condition one-time and they will be available to assist me happily. Today, i went to the store with broken slides N the manager Beatrice recognized me N helped me to get the new ones. The staff was super friendly n helped me in guiding the better slides. I truly appreciate such a Nice Gesture by this Adidas outlet. 💯 Respect++ 🫡

Staff are very friendly, helpful, and understanding. Selection in store is fairly good, but stuff goes quickly because there is so much traffic on a daily basis.

Overall, a good store. But they have recently been very low on stock. I used to buy soccer shoes in this store but they have nothing at the moment.

Came in for a pair of shoes. Ended up buying a tracksuit for my 2 month old and some shorts for my niece! Store is super tidy, sales associates go above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I was looking for. (Sarah was helping me today and even found sizes in the back!) Especially nice because everything was 50% off. Didn’t have high expectations going in but this outlet location blew my mind. Will be coming back again for sure!

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Manager Mark at the Adidas store in Tanger Outlet Ottawa. His customer service was appalling, and he displayed a level of rudeness that I found entirely unacceptable. This encounter has left me with a highly negative impression of the store and its management.

Not the best selection and the place is a mess. Ripped boxes on the shelves, boxes all over the ground and no associates working the floor when I went. Management needs to hire more employees. Those who were at the register were nice.

Bought a pair of the "daily 3.0" a week ago that had a stitch come loose on the left shoe 2 days after purchase, was able to exchange the shoe without problem, despite have worn them out of the store and not having kept the receipt. The associate who sold me the shoes recognized me and got the manager over to help facilitate the exchange. Very satisfied with my experience here

Worst customer service ever , the girl in the front cash ( blonde girl ) was so rude and mean . Not a way to talk to customers when they ask u basic questions ….. everyone else were still better except that one girl !!

I went to the store to look for a specific jersey. Pri was very helpful to find the one I wanted as I had no clue they had different types. He made my shopping experience enjoyable and painless and always with a smile. Zack at the cash was friendly as well, offered a sticker to my little one. Thank you!

I went to the store today to get some Black Friday deals. The employees inside the store were fine except the security guard pretending to be a customer. He was staring aggressively at me and my girlfriend the whole time we were in the store like some sort of creep. When we tried leaving with the clothes we bought, the security guard grabbed the bag out of my girlfriends hands and started looking through it. We had passed the security sensors and they didn’t go off so he had no reason to look through our things. We told him this and he said he didn’t care. He didn’t find anything but he did ruin our shopping experience. We’ve never felt so uncomfortable shopping before…. We’ll probably never go there again.

No complaints before my last purchase, didn't give less stars because I still believe they have good selection and best prices. I bought a pair of white soccer cleats last week. Copa pure 4 FxG. Sometimes I wear 9. Sometimes 9.5 and sometimes even 10. I was in a rush when I bought this pair. Thought I got 9.5 when it was actually 10(Eur-9.5). Didn't feel like it was a bad fit when I tried. Went to the field the next day. Did warm up with the ball, kicked long balls few times. Felt it was half a size big for me. Tightened the laces but that didn't help as my ankle was not comfortable and twisting. I took off the cleats and played with my old shoes. Cleaned as much as I could. It is not dirty and has no clearly visible marks. Just when you compare with new shoes out of the box you could tell someone has worn it, but the same kind of marks even worse you will find on demo samples. Went to adidas this week to return, they said they would not take it back as they have been used, stained and deformed. I explained everything but they would not take it back , reasoning, they wouldn't be able to sell it. I said I do not need my money back, and will take another pair, but they declined. Now I am left with the cleats that I cannot use. The same day I had to return a pair of shoes to a different store there. And they didn't even open the box to look at the shoes and refunded without question. I had the impression that customer satisfaction will be more important for adidas but I was so wrong. Very bad experience this time. I went there to buy a pair of socks. But I ended up getting 2 pairs of socks , a sweatpant, a soccer ball and cleats on that trip. And now I regret I made that trip.

I will never and I mean never go back to this store ! I understand times are different and yes you are To wear a MASK but when my children are medically exempted I don’t want to be harassed about it . When going back to School shopping here my poor girls were so embarrassed and emotional a worker came up to us when the girls were trying on shoes and told us the kids need mask . I explained very nicely that no my children didn’t need masks he then got very excited causing a big scene saying it’s the rules and my children can wait outside because my husband and I had masks on my children are 6years old … he then said we needed to leave the store I told Him I would like to talk to a manager he said I needed to leave can’t saying this to my children who at this point are almost in tears !!!!!!! I said we wouldn’t be leaving until we were done … they were in the middle of trying on shows another staff came up to me and said she would need to see proof from a doctor that my children didn’t need to wear a mask !!!!! I told her absolutely not would I be showing them any medical information for my children they have no right to ask this .. I was still waiting for the manager when the worker came back out said they manger said it was ok but we needed to stay away from people with masks !!!!’ At this point my children were in tears they were being looked at and made to feel so uncomfortable!!! This is not right !!!!!!!!!!!!!!’ You can’t treat people this way !!!!!!! I’m over the top upset with how they acted we took our business elsewhere. I have to add we never once got asked to leave any other store they were treated just the same !!!! Shame on you for treating people this way !!!!!!!!

There was a good sale when I went. I got shoes. (this outlet mall is the best place for shoes in Ottawa)

Good collection and helpful staff

Walked into the store, had eye contact with a couple of the staff, no acknowledgement, no greeting. After browsing around for about 10 minutes I decided to leave. Not worth giving them my hard earned money.

Nothing wrong with the store except the people working here. You will be quickly reminded you are not welcome here if you are a person of color.

Good selection and the staff were doing their best while it was very busy.

Everytime I go into this store the staff are horrible. Is Adidas paying their staff since they act like they're doing you a favour by answering a questions. Whoever is managing this store is doing a terrible job judging from past reviews too. I will no longer buy from them. I rather wait in a 1hr line up at Nike and be shown respect than step foot back into that store. I would go to Reebok but I'm pretty sure they're an affiliate company so they're being banned too. What is wrong with this Company?

The staff are super friendly and helpful and the first and only time I’ve been, they had amazing deals going on! Enmanual, the team lead, cashed us out personally and he was so patient and helpful with our questions and requests. The store is also offering an additional discount for healthcare workers which was very appreciated!

Farah, cam, Alex and Seiyf all helped me at one point or another while I was there. Being the annoying customer with 100 questions they were all super patient and helpful. Couldn’t recommend a better place to shop at in tanger.

Huge disapointment of a store. Called and asked if they stocked Adidas Ultraboost 22's (their top selling shoe). Was told yes, drive an hour, get to store and find out they only have 1 pair. Lol And a pretty bland one at that (black upper, white sole). I have seen more exciting shoes at a Bingo Hall. Clerk was probably new but had no training on the differences between the Ultraboost models... basic stuff to review before he hits the floor imo. He also went on to tell me that they probably have lots of the model I was looking for in the back but I cant buy them because they all have dates which tell them when they can hit the sales floor... again, this is their best selling product and they have 1 pair on the floor but this system makes sense to their employee somehow. When I asked what wasnt part of the sale he had no clue... I suspect the Ultraboost 22's were not since they are typically excluded from any sales and promotions. Also, maybe worth noting that they were full price ($250). They had shoes that were 7 years old and they were only 30% off. That's what a flagship store is worth to Adidas?... old junk merchandise with the smallest discount on the market for that year shoe. The clearance section looked like a hurricane went through the area. Having mens and womens shoes all mixed together to give the apperance of more stock is just lazy retailing (note none of the other athletic wear stores in the shopping complex do this. WAY better selection online through Adidas directly and much better prices on some of the 'new resale' sites. The store was fairly busy but I only saw 2 employees (1 on cash and buddy that I talked to). Can't expect employees to create miracles though and that was what was needed to salvage this customer. But I saved $100 not buying the shoes there so maybe I won the day.
