2022 June update Sat down for a coffee in a rainy afternoon. The decor is a bit scattered as it was a bit industrial, a bit zen and a bit of contemporary. There were 4 single sofas and they were all overly saggy…… but at least they were thicker than the covers on the benches. However their terrace with angular boulders looks like a nice tucked away space with trees and some natural elements. Ordered cafe latte. First batch was weak so I went back and asked for one more shot of espresso because it was all milky and no coffee …… staff remade the latte for me as she explained it is 2 shots of expresso. The new batch was slightly better but still not stiff enough for me. Nevertheless , at least she did not just ditch me and told me to drink the milky blunder……🤭. I would however suggest the cafe shop to use a stronger blend of espresso cause it really lacks punch……….

Chill café with summer slushes, pretty latte art, and tasty baked goods from friendly staff. Caffeination has seldom been so relaxing.

I visited today. I was given a horrible coffee. We ordered an espresso and dark roast black. It was NOT espresso and the other one was not a coffee. It was TEPID water. I asked them to give COFFEE. She found millions of excuses. When I understood there was no coffee coming, I simply asked for a refund. Another million excuses. Starbucks closeby, try them next time. By the way, when i paid i added some tip to support them. Good luck.

Some of the people who work here are great! So friendly and polite. There is one though who is always a little crusty :(

Decided to order an iced coffee with birthday reward, service was "frosty" to say the leas at the Iris Rd location. Notified me a Med size was all I could order (no such mention on your website or FAQ is this really the case?) Even then, was only filled to 3/4 level. Won't be back to Bridghead anytime soon...

Nice coffee shop and place to grab a coffee and meet friends or colleagues. Good location near Ikea and right off the 417 exit, service was good and often find a place to sit. Coffee was good also...

I honestly never tried them because Starbucks was always my go-to. But went for the first time and their Coffee was amazing; even better then Starbucks. Stronger too, even for a medium roast coffee, woke me right up. Atmosphere and selection were good as well. My buddy had a maple latte and enjoyed it as well.

We love Brigdehead coffee. Is a local coffee and I'm always surprised that is not as popular as it should be. The quality of the coffee is good, and this location is bigger than the others. The location is clean, well decorated, and it is great for a nice chat. They even have a jar with water for you to serve as desired. I recommend the managers to bake more Ham & Cheese Croissant, this is my favorite product here, and in my opinion, is the best in town; unfortunately, they usually don't have it! 😞

We were passing by my wife and I and stopped by this place. The coffee ordered was aromatic although I requested a plain coffee. When I shared with the hostess she refused to changed it. It is not about the value of the coffee it is about the attitude and the service. I sincerely do not recommend this place.

I always go to this location but on my last 2 visits, service and drinks kinda disappointing. Ordered a iced vanilla matcha latte. As you can see on the picture, uhmm does not look like matcha latte. Taste like milk and saw here smell the drink before she gave it to me.

The staff are so friendly and the drinks are amazing. If you are a fan of lattes I highly recommend the vanilla latte. It is hands down the best one I have ever had.

Great Service, they have microphone installed on the Covid plexiglass division to make talking through it much easier and more audible.

Very rude management. Been this way for many years. Even with changes in lead supervisors/management the rude service persists at this location. Every once in a while I will give it a try but it never redeems itself. Perhaps the proximity to the IKEA disrupts things, meaning they don’t have a regular customer base and therefore can never get a proper flow going? Also, because the management/lead supervisors are so poor the staff that tend to stay are immature young staff. It seems that the good more mature polite staff seem to get burnt out or decide “Yeah, this is not for me” and go elsewhere. A truly horrible place.
