Always great coffee and it’s a great price. One time a product was incorrectly listed as available and I was contacted and refunded without issue; great customer service. It’s nice to have such a wonderful local company. Our home is a big fan of the decaf vanilla hazelnut. As far as I have searched, I could not find a local roaster that offers a flavoured decaf.

We visited the shop for the first time a couple years ago and enjoyed the atmosphere and coffee. It is now one of our stops every time we are that part of Montana. We live in Tennessee and have been ordering 5lb bags of whole bean every few months. Our first favorite was the Montana Blend and now we are enjoying the Rising Wolf Blend. The service and quality have been reliably consistent. We love have a bit of Montana in our house each morning.

We start every day with a Cappuccino made with Montana Espresso Deluxe coffee, the perfect choice of roasting to create a beautiful crema. For us going to Montana is like visiting family. Jean, one of the owners, always receives us with a warming smile and a friendly chat. I remember one time we called to discover they were closed but Jean, who was about to leave, stayed in the office and waited for us, good thing because we would not been able to enjoy our Cappuccino the next morning. We highly recommend Montana.

The owners are awful. When I contacted them about the lack of service I received for the delivery, they told me I was crazy, to shut up and hung up in my face. Never have I felt so disrespected by service providers. I hope they find peace in whatever they are going though and stop treating people so terribly.
