We ordered fajitas for 2 last night, and chips and salsa. The chips and salsa were good, although a bit too salty for my taste. As for the fajitas, we received one box of condiments, cold fajitas and sad looking lettuce for lettuce wraps (see picture). Not only was the lettuce wilted, it was way too small to use! The onions were pretty raw as well. I was disappointed in my meal. It's too expensive for the quality of food we received.

Love Lonestar. We got seated fast, had a wonderful server named Hooch. She was fast efficient and pleasant. Food was excellent and my lime jalapeno margarita was so good. Never come out of there hungry or disappointed. Fantastic spot!

My friends and I placed takeout orders and proceeded to wait for close to an hour until they were ready (the estimated wait time was 15-20 minutes). I ordered mushrooms fajitas - they were overpriced and the sautéed onions were burnt. A friend ordered quesadillas, only to be told they did not come with sour cream and salsa - there was an extra charge. Another friend ordered chicken fingers and received a “side salad” - quite literally iceberg lettuce and ranch dressing. The staff seemed inexperienced and confused much of the time. More training appears to be necessary.

First of all when I walked in it was superbusy but that did not bother me all consider I was going there around dinner time but what did bother me to me was that the lady seated next was seated was after but yet she served first and got her food first as well. It took over 30 minutes for order to be taken and once it did it was not taken correctly. I ordered the fish tacos and I asked to have three instead of two and to also have guacamole on my tacos as well. The server said “okay no problem.” When we got our food it was not even a waiter who brought us the food it was some random guy from the kitchen and we didn’t get utensils until we asked. When I got my fish tacos, I only got two instead of three. My tortilla wrap was not even cooked, my wrap was stuffed with lettuce, there was no salsa in my tortilla and the fish had simply been placed on my top of the lettuce and I had no guacamole on the fish taco at all. In addition I also ordered a side of garlic broccoli but the broccoli was just steamed with no seasoning at all. There is was no garlic at all and it was was a very small portion to what my friend got. Overall I was very disappointed with this dining experience.

I sat at the bar. I think it took 20 minutes, for a waitress to acknowledge my presence & take my order. The complimentary chips came out at the same time as my meal. The food tasted fine.... The only reason I drove & ate in person, is because when I had ordered from here via Uber eats in the past, the rice wasn't cooked. This place has let me down, in person & delivery.

Visited in June 2023: We were looking forward to dine at this location. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. We were first seated outdoor as we wanted to take advantage of the nice weather. At soon as we approached the outdoor booth, a strong ammonia (urine) smell hit me. My husband didn't smell it at first, but when he finally got a whiff of that smell, we moved indoor. We did inform our waitress of our findings, but she didn't seem to care. When food was served, I could see some white dots on my cheddar cheese. I didn't eat my cheese as I'm not sure if it was white mold or not. Cheese doesn't look fresh with white dots all over it! Also, a dirty plate was brought to us when we were seated outside.

I've always been a big fan of Lone Star, but this has to be one of my favourite meals there. Everything was perfect! The waitress was so sweet and friendly. We didn't feel rushed, and when the food came out, everything tasted delicious.

Lone star stays on the top of grill places especially the steak. Variety of tasty dishes that bring us always back to explore more and eat more Keep it up I wish we can do review every time we visit but google always brings me to delete old ones I don’t know why

We hit up Lone Star on Saturday around 1pm to enjoy some patio drinks , it was our first time since opening. The drinks in the pics are Mexican Bulldog and Blue Raspberry. They were excellent !!! at 13$ they better be 😃. The server was very polite and attentive, he gave excellent service . We ordered the wings , 2lbs. Half in Habanero hot sauce half medium hot sauce with fries . Oh btw they start you off with a basket of nachos and salsa , they are super tasty . The fries are really good and wings are on point . Overall experience is a 5 plus. I’m looking forward to dinning in . In my option a little pricy but I believe they have menu options that fit everyone budget. Can’t wait to go back . Food was as expected, had to go to bar for menu and drinks. Wasn’t a bust time, not sure why our meal took over 2 hours. Spent a lot of time waiting. Menu, drinks, food even the bill.

Greatest well and got a table right away. 15 minutes in, we hadn't been approached by anyone yet to get our drink order or complementary nachos chips and dip. Then two guests get seated just two tables over and by 25 minutes in, they get their server, drinks, chips and salsa and they placed their order. We walked out of there and went to Shoeless Joe's. Oh by the way, we talked to the front entrance greeters and one server (caught their attention as she was serving other tables) during this whole scenario. The place was only half full and they didn't look understaffed.

Service was incredibly slow (short-staffed, I presume). Server was very pleasant and helpful though. They had run out of their brand name hot sauce, the tortillas weren't cooked. Food was good..

Our server Twilight was super sweet and very attentive! Food was great! Nachos were the best I've had in a very long time & was extremely surprised when I tasted the pickle Margherita! DELICIOUS!!!

My husband is disabled and the washroom was not very accessible. He couldn't even bring his walker inside the bathroom. In this day and age all restaurant washrooms should be accessible. Will be looking into whom I should be contacting in the city.

Ordered takeout to be ready for 6 pm. I was late and totally own that and knew my food was probably going to be cold. But when I got there at around 6:20 to pick up, I had to wait a very long time. I’m writing this at 7 pm as we speak and still nothing. It should have been ready to go by the time I was here, especially that I was late. This is not the first time. They’re always at least 20 minutes late in preparing take out. If you order take out, just know it will be incredibly late so pack your patience.

We were served by Sunshine, and she was really great. She accommodated us when my partner wanted to move to a different table. The prices are a bit high, but the food is good and came quickly. You also get free chips and salsa which was a nice little snack, and we didn't need to order an appetizer. I would eat here again to try different items on the menu. My only complaint was the loud music, we found it intense at times but its understandable for a big family restaurant.

The service is great and friendly even when they're busy. I give one star to the managerial style. We wanted to reserve over the phone but we were instructed that they do not take reservations on Friday and Saturday. When we arrived we were told to wait for an hour due to some big table reservations. We asked to speak to the manager and explained why we could not reserve when they do take reservations. The 'manager' came up with nothing but excuses and blaming everyone from upper management (the director) down to the greeters (the helpers on his words). This is a poor management approach. Not once we heard how can I help how can I make this a more pleasant experience? He was more concerned about blaming everyone else. What a poor example of a servant leader. Thumbs up to the 'helpers' who did everything in their power to make my wife's bday special.and a huge thumbs down to a poor management style. Overall I wouldn't put the place down for one person's poor attitude. Still a good place for drinks and food with friends and family.

We had a wonderful experience at Lonestar last night! Got a nice booth in the back corner was nice and private. Brought the husband to try the famous fajitas we got the dos buffalo chicken and grilled steak fajitas and it was amazing. We loved every bite, nice little date idea sharing a dish of food making your own fajitas. Food came out very fast, didn’t have to wait long which was great. Good service, nice atmosphere and good food doesn’t get much better than that. Thank you, would definitely recommend !

The food was hot fresh and delicious. We had the chicken and steak fajitas and were given extra tortillas right when we asked. The churros were absolutely delicious as well. Service was very attentive and friendly! We will definitely be back!

Had the brisket sandwich and the alligator bites. They where both pretty tasty and the food and drinks came pretty fast. I expected the food to taste much worse. Only downside was it is kinda expensive to eat there compared to other places. Would recommend.

Exceptional service that made our experience really amazing! Attentive and helpful, our waiter, Wyatt, was professional and extended an outstanding level of service. Food was very good, ambiance super chill and fun. Recommend their fajitas for sure. Unlike the typical reviews, am sharing empty dishes to show how good was our food! Highly recommended!

everything is great! food is fresh, i wish the piece of fish was bigger in its ratio to the lettuce on the taco but other than that its really nice. service is great and workers are friendly

Stopped in for lunch, our server was very attentive took good care of us. Taco salad in the edible bowl was very good. Portion size was large. Everyone in the party was happy. Definitely worth trying and this place has ample parking and a good vibe.

Margs are great. Patio is amazing. Food is typical bland chain food. Go for the frozen drinks, good vibes, and enjoy one of the only patios in the area during the summer. Parking lot is pretty terrible. Park in the east end of the lot and walk.

Thank you tonight. I came with my family. Everything was very delicious. The server is smiling. Very nice and positive very helpful. Her name is her Kentucky. She’s a wonderful person especially she helped my daughter bring your feet, a special cup water and my daughter was very happy. Thank you we will be back again.

I have gone to Lone Star a few times, but this was my first time at the location. The restaurant was very clean modern and nice. I enjoy my drink the 3 amegos , but my Fajitas were on the bland side. They were missing something like perhaps salt or not sure. They were definitely not what I have been use to getting when going to this chain. Most likely wouldn't go back.

Lone Star always has the best fajitas. I do wish they had better prices but with their fiesta combo platter they do end up giving you free dessert. We I specifically enjoy Lonestar because you can get lettuce wraps instead of there homemade tortillas which are also incredible. Last outing, we were brave enough to finally try their alligator bites which was like fish texture stringy and chewy. Still a great experience! The drinks are good. Although, be prepared for very sour margaritas. I opted for mango! Great place to get together with your friends certainly for birthday as they sing you a loud birthday song! Unfortunately, you don't always get a good server but that is with all restaurants, it is the luck of the draw. Overall I recommend this restaurant!

I ordered Nashville chicken and waffles from Uber eats and upon opening my meal, I find that I got chicken strips and eggos without even any syrup. Very dry meal and disappointing.

Nice patio, fantastic service. Enjoyed the wings Habanero and Medium Texas butter. Wings were tad bit over cooked and sauces didn't taste all too different but nevertheless quite good. Great nachos and salsa, served as soon as seated, fresh and yum!

Went with a group of four...had lunch... a variety of dishes were served...food quality was excellent all items prepared with care. Beverages including margaritas and some wine were fun and tasty. Service with a smile and clean.

Clean and observant of all Covid guidelines. Server was very friendly and efficient. Ate on the patio and was very comfortable with the adequate spacing between the tables. Food and drinks were delicious and good value for what we paid. Will return.

Worst food I have had at any of their locations. Fall off the bone ribs were good at best super fatty, salad had croutons even after I asked for none so couldn't eat that and no utensils, or napkins for a takeout order hard to eat any of it. I would recommend you find a different place

Baby/toddler friendly patio alert!! We just took our 15mo to Lonestar and were so impressed. They have high chairs, crayons/colouring menu, dough ball for him to play with and a good kids menu selection. Our server (Silver) was absolutely LOVELY! The COVID screening and protocols are on point and the socially distanced tables are great!

Poor service when arrived. Hostess wouldn't clean tables. Entire patio but one table (occupied) had not been cleaned. Ended up inside. Same experience for next customer who even offered Lysol wipes to clean table. Customer service what a joke. Oh and COVID screening system not working. QR code
