The staff were helpful and I was in and out extremely quickly. They gave me the option between the more invasive or more gentle COVID-19 nasal swab and explained the difference in accuracy between the two options. The nurse gave me tips on how to reduce the discomfort of the test, and it was relatively painless and over quickly. Great company - it will be my primary test site for any travel I have to do.

An un-assuming clinic located in the Blackburn hamlet area of Innes road, the process is friendly, streamlined and efficient. Essentially one books an appointment online, shows up, completes an intake form, pays, gets test done and leaves. The name is accurate that the process is Swift. I went in the morning and I got my results that evening. Check with staff for your wait times. But overall, I do recommend then.

I am travelling to Asia on short notice and was very concerned as my inoculations were not up to date. It was reassuring to consult with the knowledgeable staff in the Orleans clinic. I can now focus on having some fun with minimal risk to my health. Thank you Halley!

Very efficient. Brittany explained all and made sure we only got what we needed for the trip. One example was we thought we needed a yellow fever vaccine and in fact it was not required. She also gave us added info and a schedule for what to take and when to make it we easy to remember

We had two appointments for a trip my husband and I are doing in October. We had no wait, the nurse was very professional and helpful and provided with advise and the list of vaccines we needed to take. All in all, we received an excellent service.

Scheduled appointment for 4:15pm, received a call from a 'blocked' number at 2:00pm earlier in the day to confirm, and filled out intake form prior to arrival. Front door was locked when I arrived at ~4:05pm (advised to arrive early), no one visible at front desk. Waited until ~4:15 before leaving to see if anyone would show up. Both phone numbers listed on google direct to their main office, can't call the Orleans location directly. Get an email at 4:39 saying 'no more time to do consult'. Unsure if this means they had another client before me and are running late, or I 'missed' my appointment. Either way, waste of a trip and lost ~1 hrs pay because of it. Glad I didn't pre-pay like they recommend.

We were able to set out own time, quickly, and Brittany was extremely efficient. We completed the online forms so she was informed and prepared. Having a screen showing us the information relevant to our trips was very helpful. We were in and out very quickly with all the information and advice required.

Hailey the nurse was sweet, quick, shared good tips for what was needed, and what we could do to protect ourselves, and when the vaccine wasn’t in stock, called us every day so we didn’t make a trip for no reason- much appreciated!

Clean, prompt and quick! I was seen as soon as I got there and the exam was over before I knew it. I was there for a total of 5min. I got my results at 8pm that night. I would highly recommend this clinic for PCR tests.

Swift was able to give us our PCR travel tests and provide the results the same day, even on a Sunday of a long weekend. The service was very efficient and professional and the two employees we interacted with could not have been nicer or more courteous.

Based on my experience at Swift Clinics, I can enthusiastically recommend them. They were friendly and efficient, and answered all my questions with aplomb. Note to anyone traveling to Japan: this is a safe and dependable option for the (mandatory as of 2022/08) pre-flight COVID test. Don’t bother with pharmacies which don’t offer the required tests. Swift is a solid option and well worth the fee.

Swift Clinics came through for us when our appointment had to be moved from one clinic to another (due to massive power failures affecting the original location). We were communicated with clearly and regularly and the results were back an hour earlier than committed. Great experience all told.

Excellent service! I had very complicated travel plans and Halley took the time the get through all the vaccine requirements with me. She also printed relevant information that would be useful to me (e.g., malaria zone maps, etc.). She was thorough, professional and patient. Highly recommended
