As usual the same old same old. You’ve been to one Costco you’ve been to them all. That’s my experience anyway. The parking here was spacious and the product is the usual though it can vary from one location to another. Satisfying experience and great staff! The lineup was already a mile long at the top of the hour opening but it went quick. 👍☺️

Your typical Costco store, a bit smaller than other Costco locations in Ottawa or Toronto. I love this store as it always offers a great selection of meats, cheeses, breads, and fruits and vegetables. The store tends to get very busy during the weekend, and finding a parking spot anywhere close to the entrance is not easy.

My favourite place for all my household needs. Everything is amazing at Costco. After there launch of Pistachio Cake, I am now fan of there bakery products too. Meat section is amazing as well with lot of variety & good prices. Cherry on cake is there food court, which offers delicious dishes at very reasonable prices.

Neat and clean, well organized. Parking is surprisingly tough on a Wednesday afternoon. Bought the mussels. There were 2 different harvest dates varying by a week, so make sure you pick the fresher ones, if that is important to you.

Pretty large selection, good deals keep on coming (and going) and very good bakery and deli section. Return policy is good. They have sections for car/truck tires, eye optics, cell-phones and appliances too. Parking is a pain even during weekdays and off hours.

Always enjoy going to Costco to see what new surprises they have. Just wish sometimes they would keep things longer...and that you could reach them by phone which appears impossible at best. Update: my local Costco can now be reached more easily and certain items are becoming staples on the shelf.

The guys and girls in the kitchen are awesome. I regularly come in for lunch and they’re always super quick and pleasant. (give them a raise)

Lady at self checkout was very rude today (morning of December 28, 2023 Kanata location). She was following protocol which I’m all for however her approach was not nice and made us very uncomfortable. My boyfriend had his mother’s Costco card and his mother was not present. We had no problem putting the 2 items back but the lady asked us very rudely who the picture was. We ending up leaving respectfully to turn around seeing her staring at us posting us out to a coworker in front of a large line of people like we’re criminals. Will not be returning to this Costco, more than happy to buy membership and use their Barrhaven location where the employees are actually kind.

Great prices on meat, dairy, oils, and frozen good. It's my favourite place to get pizza mozzarella because they sell it in huge blocks and they freeze well. As we are only feeding two people we generally buy items that freeze well or keep a long time and it works out perfectly.

A little crowded for the first thing in the morning. But its an amazing place to shop. There is Deals you just need to look for them. Like the Pork Ribs attached

On December 27th, 2023 at 14:15:38 went to Costco to return a piano I bought a few months ago because one of the keys was not working properly. When I got there, I spoke with the customer service team about the return. Unfortunately, I forgot the small bench at home, which made things a bit complicated. Despite my attempts to find a solution, the first person I talked to said they couldn't process the return without the bench. I suggested a few solutions, like leaving the piano there for a refund while I went to get the bench, but I faced resistance, especially from the membership refund manager, Karen. Things got more intense when she accused me of stealing the receipt, even though she was the one who aggressively snatched them out of my hands. Her overreaction and lack of social discipline expected of a manager led Mark, another manager, to step in. The situation was already very stressful, but more so since Karen's choice of words fueled Mark's anger to the point where he was visibly shaking. All in all, she was very rude and impolite during the customer service interaction. As someone who shops at Costco regularly, this experience was disappointing. Eventually, after talking to Mark, he apologized and acknowledged that things hadn't been handled well initially. Thankfully, he listened to both sides of the story and understood that Karen had been rude and unprofessional. While I appreciated Mark's efforts to fix the problem, the whole experience left me feeling confused and frustrated.

Costco is one of the best stores to shop too. Even, the nourishment at the food court was delicious. Too bad the inflation rate is so expensive. Still worthwhile more than Walmart. Highly recommend.

Costco is busy for a reason. Good products for good value. Today I got to witness 2 separate staff members leap to assist customers without being asked! Feels like the staff enjoy their jobs which is such a treat! Well done 👏

Best place for all your needs and groceries. There is nothing complain. The foods are always pre-made foods are always fresh and the frozen foods are so easy to prepare. Most importantly, the prices are amazing for anything. It feels like everything there is far cheaper than other retailers.

Nice staff. Spacious bathroom stalls in the ladies bathroom. Organized large aisles so even if there’s a lot of people, it doesn’t feel overly crowded. Efficient check out. Food area is busy but the orders are fulfilled quickly. Good prices for a quick bite to eat.

Pretty standard Costco warehouse. Large selection of products. The bistro, however, has fallen off since COVID as many of my favourite items such as the Montreal meat sandwich, and ice cream sundae, have been taken off the menu.

The store is well-organized and spacious, making it easy to navigate and find what I needed. The selection of products is extensive, ranging from groceries to household items, electronics, and more. I was impressed by the quality and value of the items available. The staff members were friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience pleasant. The checkout process was efficient, with minimal wait times. The only reason I am not giving it a full 5 stars is because parking can sometimes be a bit challenging due to the store's popularity. Overall, Costco in Kanata is a great place to stock up on essentials and enjoy competitive prices.

This is a very pleasant Costco experience. It’s a huge box store (like most Costco stores). It has a great standing inventory and their seasonal department is always very well stocked. We loved working with the tire department and their management is top notch. As far as Big Box Stores go this is one of the better ones!

Just always the selection, prices, the neat and tidy layout. Never disappointed. Great staff too!

I love shopping at Costco. The best times are weekdays between the lunch hour and 3 PM. If you don't mind the crowds, by all means go on the weekends. Sometimes the item you are looking for is not on the shelf and someone has to check the warehouse stock and location to determine if any are available. If this is the case, be sure you have at least half an hour to spare.

So busy on weekends but better throughout the week. Good deals, we live 45 min away so it’s every could months for us. Yogurt, nuts, crackers, cheese and many other things are our go to. Can’t beat the size of a block of Costco cheese. Good service.

Okay, so I bought one of the fully cooked entire pizza's from Costco. My word. Delicious. These kitchen folk are fantastic. DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THEM OR BERATE THEM. These folks are one of the few fast food employees that actually get orders right. The entire staff in this place need a raise. Never a bad experience. Ever.

This place is always a mad house best to go early in the morning especially if your looking for handicapped parking, bdecause everyone seems to have 1 no- adays. I have seen 20 yr old parking in them. Theres no checking from the city shame( at least I've never seen them). The selection in bulk is great but you need the space to store it. Happy shopping

The only store I purchase at weekly. I can't say enough great things about Costco. They constantly surprise me with amazing deals, awesome support and great items for sale. 11/10 to anyone looking to buy bulk items for a great price.

This is my favourite Costco so far, it's less crazy busy and I feel like I can actually shop instead of hoards of people blocking all the aisles. They have good selections and the staff was friendly.

Overall happy with our experience shopping there. But wanted to put out a warning about my Costco Cooler bag theft. I'd left my Costco brand cooler bag on the bottom of my cart while shopping, one of the older cream colored style ones, to pack up my freezer and cold item purchases at cash. I left my cart near the clothing section to browse clothes, and the cooler bag was gone from the bottom of my cart when I returned to my cart. I asked at cash and the Membership desk if it had been turned in, but it hadn't. Staff seemed very indifferent about it, which makes me wonder if this happens regularly. So a word to the wise, keep an eye on your cart if you've placed any personal items in it!

Great location. Easy to find what you are looking for. Clean and spacious aisles. Parking access is busy, but moves quickly and lots of parking spaces available. Staff is always helpful, friendly and approachable.

Hi Guy’s I want to thank the technicians that were beyond helpful. I had changed my own oil the night before and somehow didn’t have the gasket in the properly . Needless to say by the time she reached Costco there wasn’t much oil left. One of the technicians from the tire centre noticed and went out of his way to see what the problem was. Nice to see that customer care still exists. They pushed the car from the farthest area of the parking lot to get it into a bay …changed the oil and installed the gasket the right way this time !! Awesome well done guys …. again thanks so much!!
