From my dealings with the owner, Mark Nelson, on down, my experience with this company in the face of a time-sensitive and challenging water situation in our newly purchased house has been overwhelmingly positive. Nelson Water was prompt to provide us with an appointment and they showed up as indicated in the timeframe established. The technician was very professional, clean and tidy after he was done and did a great job at doing our annual maintenance on our waters systems. Very please with their service.

Just before Christmas, our water system went. Nelson had a technician out within a couple of days. Ryan obviously knew his stuff even though the equipment was probably installed when he was in high school. He suggested a number of fixes but ultimately we decided to replace the entire system. Ryan shifted gears immediately, and his knowledge of the new systems was as detailed as the knowledge of the ancient relics we were replacing. He didn't try to up sell us, just gave us a very patient and detailed account of the relative benefits of the various component parts. On the 28th, we had the new system installed. It took a full day. The two installation techs, David and Zach, were very efficient, knowledgeable and respectful both of our home and our time. They asked questions throughout the process to ensure they were setting up the system according to our needs. On completion they spend 45 minutes walking me through all aspects of the new system even though they had already been working for seven hours. When they left, they took all the all the old equipment and left our back room as clean as it was when they had arrived. We had priced similar component models with another vendor and found the Nelson price the best. We're very happy with the final result. Would highly recommend Nelson Water to anyone who needs either technical work or parts.

I had my annual maintenance at the end of April and I reported poor water pressure. The technician cleaned my iron filter and said that that another technician would follow up. No-one contacted me and Iwas still struggling with poor water pressure. A month later, I decided to give the company one more try and this time the response was immediate. Another technician diagnosed the problems immediately and gave me full instructions on how to obtain a new pump for the well. Within 3 working days, I had a new well pump and a new iron filter. The staff were pleasant and efficient and even mended a garden hose clamp that they noticed had broken with the increased water pressure. I am very satisfied with this latest service.

Attention to All Clients: It is imperative that you meticulously review your invoices! Our service provider often neglects to credit your account for accumulated bottle returns. As a loyal customer for many years, I, like many of you, never bothered to scrutinize the accuracy of our invoices. However, I recently discovered that the credits, which are supposed to be applied when we return a substantial number of empty bottles, were consistently missing from our bills. Upon contacting customer service multiple times to inquire about this issue, I received the response that it is my responsibility to proactively request the application of my rightful credits. Without this request, it appears the credits simply vanish into thin air. When I requested an audit of my account, they promptly sent me an Excel file and suggested that I perform the audit myself, which left much to be desired in terms of customer service. This raises serious questions about their accounting practices. After years of loyalty, I have made the decision to switch to another service provider. It is clear that better options exist, and I refuse to accept such questionable accounting practices any longer.

David Ospina and Zac did a great job setting up our new water filtration and softening system and Nelson Water we're great to work with, in coordinating the removal of my old equipment and the installation of the new, as it needed to be stagger due to the basement foundation repairs being done at the same time. Great job!

We had our water softner installed by Nelson Water in our new home. Being newbies to well water, the staff at Nelson Water and their manager have always been very helpful and kind in helping us understand and adjust our water softner system. Our dealings with this buisness has always been very positive.

If you hire Nelson Water - make sure you pay with card ( not cash) and keep the receipt for the rest of your life as a proof of payment, because they might contact you a year later and accuse you of not paying for the service as they did to me.

I'm going to write a much longer review at my computer, but suffice to say, what matters about a company is how they take care of you when challenges arise, and Nelson water has come through with flying colours. Ryan, David for the install. Mark for the post-sales service, and David again for the after hours support. If you want clean drinkable water, this team is the one you want behind the project.

Choosing Nelson Water to install a water filtration system was hands down the best decision I've made in a while. They made the process very easy, from determining scope of work to the scheduling and installation. The technician that installed it was very professional and his explanations were top notch. We have had an Eco softener obtained from Nelson about 17 years ago when the house was built. Recently I thought it wasn’t working as it should. Called Nelson Water and Mark came and assessed what the problem could be. Said a salt bridge was a likely issue and strongly recommended that the unit be serviced. Service technician Ryan came and took it apart and found other issues that needed fixing as a result of its age. Cost of parts, , one of which was no longer available, plus labour, was considered not cost effective. So, we ordered a new unit that was installed by Ryan, excellent job. I highly recommend Nelson Water for your water softener needs and their fast and attentive service,

The water quality is excellent and the driver was great. All in all, I'm satisfied with this company. I've recently reviewed my Post and I've been doing business with Nelson for a few years now. He arrived on time and did a thorough review of our water system; we feel safe in the hands of Nelson Water knowing that our water treatment is looked after so well. Nelson Water installed our softener when we bought the house. Since then, they provide courtesy calls to remind us when our UV filter needs changing, or when regular maintenance is recommended. Had Nelson Water in today to replace an RO unit motor & an iron & water softener tanks. Dealt with Sales & Service tech Ryan re necessity and details of entire job. He was absolutely fantastic. Not only his product & technical knowledge but his concern for the cost of the project. After going through all the details, I knew exactly what had to be done and at what cost all thanks to Ryan. When the actual install started, Nelson sent their service tech Will & he very quickly gave me a ton of confidence in his ability to get the job done. As it ends up, Will worked & was trained by Ryan. Overall, Nelson and their two reps Ryan & Will did a fantastic job. It sure is nice dealing with a supplier and their people that you can totally trust and know the job is going to be completed properly. Ryan & Will definitely know what they are doing product wise but go way beyond just the product in looking after the customer.
