Pool is spacious. Seafood pizza is bomb. Tennis courts are lovely, I saw a few local Davis Cup pros training there; asked for a sign!

First time to Burkina Faso, was informed by our friends to stay in this hotel. Breakfast is enough for foreigners like us. Dinner with beer + Burger was also good. Rooms are more than my expectations. Swimming pool, i did not use but there was many people using Will stay again if i go to BF.

These guys are crooks! The pool was beautiful and the pizza was good. Not much else to say about them.. The newly renovated rooms appear nice but the Air Conditioner does not work.... with it on full blast the room stayed at 28°C and sounded like a car in the room (video - turn sound on!), i called for help many times and they finally sent in a technician who made it worse. After this, I called repeatedly for an update and they said they were working on it! I had translator who negotiated a room change which they were not keen on offering. Then the wifi didn’t work for 2 days and they kept telling me they were working on it.. then they told me they were running routing maintenance and knew it wasn’t working. They simply just lied. I documented all my interactions and emailed the manager who didn’t care. I asked for a reply to my complaint email (which they translated to French and printed, I witnessed all staff laughing about it) by the manager before settling the final bill (taxes only - room prepaid), the manager called security who came with their machine guns to intimidate me to pay and get me off the property. Be warned.

good spacious renewed rooms. excellent breakfast. very good swimmingpool area and bar. unfortunately lots of improvements possible on all other parts of the catering. the food needs vast improvement and is below standards. if they can turn that around they deserve 4 stars.

The hotel is located in a serene and quite environnement, with great view of the lake and the park on it sides. The hotel offers airport transfer and the driver will be waiting even if your flight got delayed. The swimming pool currently under rehabilitation and the soft landscape of the hotel should be properly managed to give the complete feel of a resort. All in all, I enjoyed my stay there. Merci

The service was very nice, the pool was beautiful and the food was very good. The newly renovated rooms are gorgeous but the Air Conditioner does not work.... with it on full blast our room stayed around 28°C that is way to hot when it's 106/107°f outside. For the price you pay to stay here the air conditioning situation is just not worth it.
