We had been driving a long time we ate so quickly forgot to take pictures of the food, so I took only pictures of the tea. We had the beef kefta and beef tagine, with some Moroccan tea, bread and fries. It was more delicious than we had expected. A local place that delivers amazing flavour and quality at a great price. Service was great, amazing restaurant.

I found this place by mistake, and first look do not made our trust. But grilled kefta was fantastic, very fresh and tasty. All dish was served very nice, was really delicious and in very good price. Minus one star because of style, dish was perfect

Amazing food, especially meat kofta! Great homemade fries, fresh veggies, cold water. Probably the lowest prices we found in Marroco. Pretty dog.

Restaurant El-Bahja is a nice place located at Avenue Moulay Tahar Ben Abdelkarim, Ouarzazate ,Morocco. The restaurant serves authentic moroccan food both grilled and Tajin. I tried both grilled meat and lamp tagine. All were very tasty especially the merguez sausages that were mildly hot and were made to perfection . There is plenty of vegetarian courses.

Was expecting more after reading the reviews. We didn't enjoy the lentils, bland and looks like bad cafeteria food. Moroccan salad was ok and the lemon chicken was mediocre. Merguez was good. Price was reasonable

Great food. If you like fancy places you’ll hate this. If you just want great local food and cheap prices. Eat here. Don’t mind the homeless guy randomly eating people’s left overs. This is were the locals ate and we got directions the whole way by random people that knew exactly the place we were talking about. Great Moroccan food.

Walking out of the bus station I found this place full of locals happily eating. Sit to try. Booooom, delicious and fairly priced. Repeated since then! I loved the brochettes of filet and chicken with the unbeatable Moroccan bread. All prices are listed in the wall so you don't have to worry!

We went to Bahja restaurant because we were recommended and it was a good idea, indeed. The service was super fast and the waiters were really nice and friendly and I have to say its the cheapest food I ate in Morocco for sure, and good valuable for money, they have an excellent cook, very well prepared dishes. We had the beans stew wich was delicious, a moroccan salad and the grilled chicken brochettes. We liked so much that we had to come again to try their famous tajin, very good, only served during lunch time.

A very local spot to eat traditional foods, especially grilled meat and organs. We ordered 1kg of mixed meat/organs for ~€10. Good price fast service and very lively, and nobody hustling you. Just beware of the cats skillfully begging for food!

Food is very tasty and the service is fast. Their roasted chicken is perfect with fries. We also had Morocco sausages which weren't too greasy or spicy. Expect the place to be busy.

Our accomodation recommended this place to us and so glad we checked it out. Yummy food and really affordable prices. Vegetarian options too.

Excellent and very affordable local place to eat! This is a local restaurant not a fancy luxurious one, it is always filled with locals, when you travel to another country and see a place filled with locals, that’s the place to eat and go. So expect very simple set up with plastic chairs and tables, the service is very friendly and fast and the food is deliciously homemade! Don’t mind the beggars around there, they are too insistent and know its the jackpot place in ouarzazate, just ignore them, even if it’s annoying sadly!!! This is the ideal place to try many authentic Moroccan food!

Very nice local restaurant. Lots of local people dinning here. If you want to experience a local restaurant where locals go, this is a good choice, if you want go to an upscale nice restaurant, you'd better choose another one. I liked it in general, just the fries can be fried a bit longer.

Stopped on my way through town. Rotiserie chicken looked good but I ate tangia. Very cheap but literally 3 prieces of meat on a plate. Fries were terrible.
