Everything was customer-oriented then, extremely professional and friendly. However, on March 8, with the permanent employee back, customer friendliness and professionalism were missing. It is precisely these types of “bad apples” who embarrass their hard-working colleagues and also the name of the company. Hopefully this incompetent employee will be caught quickly. Don't go here! Bad gold price, you can't see the weight on the scale. You don't get a receipt. I have now been to a jeweler in Amsterdam South on the Beethovenstraat and that is 1000x better, good price, honest communication and openly weighed the gold. Not tested for carats at the gold exchange office either. And in Amsterdam South it does. I definitely don't recommend going here!

(That's why I went to Strego to be on the safe side) When it was my turn and I could show my gold jewelry to the employee. he looked at it for a moment, took out his calculator and came up with an amount of 400 euros.
