I have been to this saloon 4 times, (regular customer) every-time i reach before the time ,5-10 minutes earlier. Just one time i reached 10 minutes late because of some unavoidable reasons , they told me they can not do my appointment because i am too late and they are too busy. I have never faces this type of issues in any saloon in netherlands before . Services are good but Very bad experience & also felt very bad this time. I do not think they did it to not to compromise the quality of their work because in my earlier appointment, i have also waited for 5-7 minutes after my scheduled appointment and never complained for the same.
