An affordable hotel in the city center. A good service for the cost ! The personnel was kind and attentive and the room was clean with comfy beds. No easy parking near by.

Not familiar with this are. Friendly, helpful staff. Good access to downtown. Clean but a couple mosquitoes in the bathroom & black grout in shower. Smells clean. No musty smells. Only one electrical plug in room. Bed was comfortable & clean. No coffee/tea device in room. Needs more sound proofing between rooms. No air conditioning. No hair dryer. Plenty of nice clean towels , good water presssure & temperature control. Bathroom door & frame need some paint. Drawers in closet need paint. nice strong fan for air circulation. Great for short stay.

Great value for money. Easy check in with friendly staff who let us store our bags for the day without any problem. The room was large with a good shower and balcony. Comfortable bed and very clean.

Good hotel right in the centre of town, easy to get everywhere else. Staff very friendly and the cafe downstairs offered breakfast. At most to get any where in Ourense you'll be a 20 minute walk. Clean and comfortable, definitely feels better than one star.

The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good but the room was a bit grubby. There were marks on the walls and the shower tray filled up and spilled out onto the bathroom floor. Fine to get your head down for a night before walking.

I loved this hotel! It has a good price-quality and the people of the staff is really nice! The ladies of the cafeteria were super friendly and the attention was amazing. It's not a fancy place, but the staff attitude and the location makes this place really nice and comfy to stay. Thank you!

For a one star hotel is quite nice. Cheap, with enough sockets to charge more than one mobile at the same time, window blinds to totally darken your room are some pros that you don't find in a 4* hotel.

I love this cute little hotel in the heart of a wonderful, city. The location is a 25 minute walk to thermal springs and 15 minutes to the excellent cathedral. With lots of interesting stuff in between. I stayed before and after a camino, a short train ride from Santiago. Rooms for 1 are small but perfect, offering a shower and toilet en suite. Rooms are clean and quiet at nught. The staff is very helpful, speaks English, and are generous of spirit. There us a cafe/bar attached at street level - very convenient. Thanks, Hotel Mino!

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Value for money. Reading reviews befor i expected that room will be small, however, it was quite big room. Very comfortable.

Great location. Public parking at reduced rate for hotel just outside front door. Rooms very basic, but clean and with all necessities. Beds and pillows nice and comfy. Price unbeatable.

Very good cheerful service and basic but good breakfast (fresh croissants and fresh orange juice). However our room could have done with new flooring although the rest was fine. Also, not the hotel's fault, but the walls are thin, so we could hear noise from the bathrooms on both sides. Also, I don't know what their smoking policy is, but it was disconcerting to smell smoke drifting in the bedroom window. Overall I would say it was good value for money.

First room was small and has no view, second was good. It was fun and near everything you need.
