    I came there in the morning without making an appointment and immediately had an X-ray. get an appointment. After only 45 minutes I was finished again. Brilliant! Very friendly staff at reception, well-kept & modern center & quick treatment. What more do you want! Definite recommendation.

    GO TO RADIOS INSTEAD! I would give 0 stars if I could. I called them in advance that my visiting mother from canada had a fall and needed an xray since she already had a fracture on her foot a few months earlier. The man on the phone said it was fine since she is paying privately And to come in an wait. The ladies at reception are TERRIBLE. I didn't like them when I went for my MRT but due to them I would go somewhere else even if it is further away. They were all nice on the phone when I told them my mom was visiting from Canada but a different tune when they saw we didn't "look like we were from canada" . They said we needed to speak to a doctor so we went to my Hausartz and the lady at the reception organized everything. She said they shouldn't have made you come to the doctor office in the first place if it's privately paid anyways. We went back and were still refused. They called the people my doctors office called, they called my doctors office and in the end refused service to us despite that we wanted to pay out of pocket and no insurance. They have a monopoly in the inner circle of dusseldorf unfortunately. I called another clinic and they said it was also strange so they called this branch. I guess they found an old rule to justify why they don't want to serve us thay we need a diagnosis from the doctor even though my doctor said we didn't need one. The main lady on the phone took pity because she also didn't agree with the ladies in reception and recommended radios. They took great care of us. Go there instead. Never again here.

    Appointment and examination go smoothly and very friendly. What is not possible at all is sending the findings. After 14 days the invoice is there but there is no trace of the report despite the request. And that is not an exception but the rule.

    Am Telefon wurde mir gesagt, ich brauche für eine Schilddrüsenuntersuchung keine Überweisung, da nur Ultraschall und Blutabnahme geplant sind. Vor Ort wird mir gesagt, eine Überweisung ist zwingend notwendig. Termin verpasst, bis Ende des Jahres (im Juli) keine Termine mehr verfügbar. Es wird darauf bestanden, dass ich für Nuklearmedizin der Schilddrüse eine Überweisung brauche, obwohl ich 10 Mal erkläre, dass ich nicht für Nuklearmedizin sondern für Ultraschall da bin. Keine Rücksprache mit dem Arzt, einfach abgewiesen, obwohl der Arzt letztes Jahr die jährliche Kontrolle festgehalten hat. 20€ Taxi und 2 Stunden meiner Zeit für nichts.     I have no idea how anyone can afford to be so unfriendly and customer-focused today (especially when they've only been working for 15 minutes). You should perhaps think about what impression you leave with patients (customers) on the phone. How it calls into the forest... In short: I recommend Doctolib for making an appointment!

    Was the last patient for the MRI today at 9:30 p.m. Both the receptionist and the radiology assistant were extremely friendly despite the late examination date. Since my appointment had been brought forward via Doctolib, I was even reminded by phone two days beforehand. So I can only recommend this perfectly organized institute.

Es herrscht eine sehr gute Organisation, eine äußerst freundliche Behandlung, sowohl von den Sprechstundenhilfen, als auch von den Ärzten heute besonders von Frau Dr. Schwarz. Frau Dr. Schwarz wirkt sehr sympathisch, hat eine sanfte beruhigende Art und man fühlt sich gleich wohl bei ihr. Ich kann besonders die Mammographie Abteilung nur empfehlen.

    Such rude staff. The lady in the reception had a disgusting attitude. Don’t even walk into that horrible place! We had an emergency and instead of trying to help us she just told us to go and call them back for an appointment ! We asked her if she knew a hospital or anywhere that we could get an MRI in, she said just go and look it up yourself! I just want to know what is the hiring process in that place and how would they feel themselves if they were treated like that in a time of need!

    Treatment and adherence to appointments as well as friendliness were very good. However, the telephone availability was and is really unheard of. My orthopedist and I have now spent a total of 9 hours on hold without success. My orthopedist couldn't even do anything with the CD because the format wasn't compatible. Given my current pain, it's really not nice and he still tried to treat me, but the therapy cannot be adjusted at the moment because the X-ray institute is not available.
