Let
me
start
off
by
saying
the
staff
at
this
facility
was
very
nice,
and
was
empathetic
to
all
the
issues
we
had.
If
your
a
business
traveler
DO
NOT
stay
here.
To
begin
there
were
more
kids
screaming
in
the
pool
area
to
the
point
you
could
not
hear
your
own
voice.
(However
not
the
hotels
fault)
proceeded
to
go
to
the
room
and
elevators
took
so
long
that
we
had
to
use
the
stairs
nearly
every
time
to
the
seventh
floor.
Upon
failing
to
use
the
pool
area's
jacuzzi
do
to
over
use,
I
found
that
my
bath
tub
had
hair
in
it.
(Still
I'm
understanding
it
wasn't
a
lot
so
I
cleaned
it
myself)
finally
sat
down
to
use
the
shower/slash
bath
tub
and
found
there
was
absolutely
NO
hot
water.
Waited
because
I
understand
this
hotel
must
be
full
tonight,
checked
water
periodically
for
hours
and
no
hot
water
was
ever
available.
Finally
at
midnight
I
was
able
to
take
a
Luke
warm
short
shower.
Woke
up
the
next
morning
to
kids
running
and
screaming,
no
problem
I
needed
to
be
up
very
early
for
business
anyway.
Proceeded
to
try
to
take
a
shower
and
you
guessed
it
STILL
NO
HOT
WATER.
Packed
up
just
wanting
to
put
this
horrible
stay
behind
me
and
guess
what
still
had
to
take
the
stairs
seven
floors
with
our
luggage
due
to
elevators
obviously
being
overused
or
not
working
properly
or
both.
Went
to
get
breakfast,
and
there
was
barely
a
place
to
sit
and
little
selection
left.
All
in
all
this
was
the
ABSOLUTE
WORST
hotel
experience
I
have
ever
had
with
Hilton
in
30
years
of
being
an
honors
member.
