The room was great and the staff was friendly. Upon getting home me and my fiancé noticed we had been bitten by bed bugs. We contacted the hotel and they said they were “sorry’. My fiancé tried reaching out to the manager and they did not call her back. Very disappointed with the follow up on a pretty serious matter.

Best hospitality we have been given in a long, long time! From check in to breakfast staff to housekeeping the smiles were genuine, the greetings were pleasant and not forced! The room was perfect, quiet and clean! The breakfasts were very nice with big assortments daily and always something different from day to day. This hotel and staff were worth our 7 hour drive! Highly recommend!

Every time I've stayed here, 1 of the elevators has been out of service. Many times front desk staff was rude. But even worse than this is how greedy this hotel is. They want to charge $300+ a night during an event that has brought them so many patrons in the past. So much for gratitude. I would advise anyone to avoid giving this hotel money if they have any other option.

Great hotel with great rooms and a fabulous view of the Ohio River. We lived its close proximity to the Bluegrass Hall of Fame. Highly recommend!
