A very effective gyming center, can't say much for it's aesthetics, if you go to the gym for the sights, then this gym is not for you, but if you go there to gain something, for an advancement on your physique then this gym will whip you into shape, the instructors are helpful and the energy from the members of the gym is infectious...i highly recommend it if you're serious about getting fit

Best of gym equipment. One payment gives you access to two gym. One in NTA Road by Okpanam Road and the second in 5, Nze Francis Road (inside Bia BestView Hotel) Bonsaac.
