パーソナルトレーニング未経験&運動音痴のため不安でしたが、終始優しく指導していただけました♪
トレーナーさんがとても素敵な方で、課題や悩みに親身に寄り添い、解決のための道筋を明確に示してくださいます。
私の場合、姿勢や歩き方、そして食生活に課題があり、根本的な改善を図りました。
過度な食事制限はなく、朝昼を中心に3食しっかり食べることができます。
また、トレーニングは簡単な動きかつ効果が実感できる内容が中心で、自宅でも気軽に取り組むことができました。
標準体型からの減量は難しいと思っていましたが、減量に成功できたのは、知識・経験共に豊富なトレーナーさんのご指導のおかげです!
